Stuck on Itunes and Usb Logo after Restoring?

So i updated my iPhone from 6.1.3 to 6.1.6 and did not back it up. After the update, i restore it (Deleting all the files and datas).
And then after the restore, the iPhone is rebooting, then it is again in the Itunes and Usb logo asking me to restore it over again.
I have restore it 2 times, and it is annoying! What to do now? How can i bypass this after restoring the Phone?

Thanks for reply, but the problem still not solved. On iTunes > Devices (iPhone), the message "The SIM card inserted in this iPhone does not appear to be supported"
What the meaning of *only compatible SIM cards*? How to buy or get that card?

Hi, I just bought my iPhone 3GS this week (From Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia). When my iPhone was fully charged, it ask me to connect to iTunes and update to 3.1.3 automatically. Now, when switch on the iPhone, it only show the iTunes and USB connector logo. Besides, it also can make a emergency call only.
So,
1. How to enter the iphone's Home Screen Display?
2. How to activate or unlock my iphone at Malaysia?

That is its way of telling you to connect it to your computer, and open iTunes (if it doesn't open automatically).

Restore iPhone. Open iTunes on computer, connect iPhone to computer and Restore iPhone.

This indicates that the iPad needs to be registered first.
If you have iTunes already installed or are using a Mac, you might have to manually open iTunes to get your iPad to be recognized in iTunes.

i have my itunes uptodate but the iphone is stuck with the itunes and usb symbol on screen, i havent got the disk for the computer either :/

There is no "disk". You have iTunes.
Have you tried a different cable, a different USB port, rebooting the computer?

Ipod Touch Stuck on Itunes and USB screen(more details inside)

Right. Couldn't quite explain the whole thing just from the topic description, but I'm pretty sure you're all familiar with this issue. I tried to restore my Ipod using Itunes and once it was done, the Ipod Touch(2nd Generation), simply stayed on a screen with the Itunes logo and a USB cable. Naturally, I tried plugging it back into my computer, but it didn't recognize the Ipod. Then I tried putting it into recovery mode and DFU mode and it seemed to work at first. However, sometimes the computer(and Itunes) recognize the Ipod and sometimes it doesn't(says it's an 'Unknown Device'). But here's the biggest problem. Regardless of what my computer says, before I can do anything, the Ipod always 'restarts' on its own. So even if I go to Itunes and try to recover the Ipod again, it always 'restarts' and is unrecognized again. This is becoming quite a headache for me and I can't seem to find any solutions for my particular situation. Anyone got any ideas?

Anybody? lol. Really need help with this problem, as I have no idea what to do at this point. The Ipod doesn't do anything more now than show that screen I described before. If I hold the power button down, it just goes right off, it doesn't even give me the slider option. And it's still resetting over and over again...

Take your time... Pay particular attention to Steps 3 and 4.
Some users have reported as many as 8 or 9 attempts were necessary before success.

It sounds like your mom ended up jailbreaking her phone. That's what an error 1015 means.

Gets stuck on grey screen with logo after restore.

I restored my 2008 macbook and reinstalled OS X lion onto it. It downloaded items for lion and automatically restarted. When it restarted it got stuck on a grey screen with the apple logo and a spinning circle. I turned the computer off and attempted to restart again, same outcome. I restarted it again and pressed command option p r (saw it from other posts on here) and it brought me back to the screen where I can reinstall OS X lion, go to utilities, etc. So I clicked reimstall lion and it did its thing and automatically restarted. Then like last time it got stuck on the grey screen with the logo and spinning circle.ugh! What am I doing wrong? Please help.

Restarted it again with the p r command option brought me to the installing screen again and then said "there was an error installing please try agian" please any help is aporeciated, I have my files on an external hard drive but I need to be able to access my computer so I can continue applying to jobs/access my resume on the external hard drive and it is my only way to talk to my deployed husband besides email on my phone.
I also clicked repair disk in utilities and it says "the volume Mac os x base system appears to be OK" It will not bring me to the thing where I have the option to reinstall lion. I restarted and its yet again stuck on the grey screen with apple logo and spinning circle.

try pressing the home button and the on/off button until the apple logo appears. if that does not work you have to do a restore.
