Stuck on "Provide your payment details" step.

Hello,
I am trying to pay for creative cloud for individuals with annual monthly plan, but the "Provide your payment details" step is stuck and loading forever.
I tried different browsers, restarting internet connection, trying different PC, no success. I need to start a project right now, but I can't buy the software?
Please help! Thanks!

The Creative Cloud single-app membership for Illustrator (month-to-month) has been placed successfully on January 12th 2015. Please confirm if you were placing any other order.

I asked the same question to iTunes Store To delete your credit card information from your iTunes Store account: support before and this is what they sent me:
1) Make sure you're using the latest version of iTunes. It can be downloaded free of charge from the Apple website at:

Note: Installing the latest version of iTunes will not affect your library or any items in your account that you haven't downloaded.
2) To launch iTunes and be taken to your Apple Account Information page, click this link:

(If you are not already signed in, you will need to enter your iTunes Store account name and password and then click the Account Info button to sign in.)
3) The Apple Account Information page will appear. On this page, click the Edit Payment Information button, which is the second button from the top.

5) Be sure to click the Done button at the bottom of the page to save your changes.

I'm looking to change my card details, but on my account page, password, username etc ect, it tell you you can edit your payment method, but I have been through the 5 headers and there's no where at all to change it. Can anyone help please

Where on your profile can you change your card details, got a new card and I need to apply it to my account, I have gone into profile and there is a part on one of the headers that says you can change your payment details but when you do go into it, there's nothing, nowt, nada, not a thing.

In a roaming network, your "main" router is the device that would require port mapping/forwarding to be configured in order to access the IP camera from the Internet. This router is also the one that would be provide the private IP address for the camera which you will want to be a static one.
So as you described your network, the IP cameras should be getting an IP address or you assigned it a static one and this is the address that you would enter in the Private IP address (or equivalent depending on the router used) field when setting up port mapping.
If you are not able to access this camera from the local network, then this should be troubleshot first.

HT2534 even though downloading apps is free y does it ask for payment details

Hey why do i need to enter the payment details although the app is free?? Even though the option none is available do i still need to enter my address?? I just tried downloading an app.. Please help..

It's just confirming your payment details, it's not charging you anything.
So go ahead and re-enter them, as long as it's Apple asking you for them.

Stuck on "Your payment is being processed."

I'm trying to purchase Adobe Photoshop CC paying on a month by month basis, I'm a student and have filled out all the forms correctly and have provided my Visa debit card information and it is stuck on "Your payment is being processed." - I started this nearly 20 minutes ago and it still says the same message :

I closed the page because it was taking too long.
I want to purchase Photoshop CC but how can I ?

Have you tried changing the browser, there can be internet issues too.

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!
If the account you are using has already been created, you will have to add a payment method to verify the account. You can add the payment method and then remove it directly after it is added. If the account has not yet been created, please use the following article for instructions on how to create the account without a payment method.

Have yuo contacted AmEx? From what you describe it seems like AmEx is blocking the charge.

If you have a credit card on your account then it will need to be valid and accepted by the store, if not then you won't be able to download anything until you have valie payment details.
If it's a credit card (i don't think that debit cards are still accepted) then is it registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, it was issued by a bank in your country and you are currently in that country ? If it is then you could check with the card issuer to see if it's them that are declining it, and if not then try contacting iTunes support and see if they know why it's being declined : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management
