Stuck Pixels: Lots of them. Can Apple give us Perfection?
Should we just accept that a screen that has 163 pixels per inch is bound to have some stuck ones. My ipod is a week 37 and i have at-least 10-15 stuck pixels some are bright while others not so. I am very tempted to go to the apple store and return it, but then what is the guarantee that the replacement would not have any.
So my first question is should we as consumers ask for perfection when it comes to a 1st generation product. And Second question is Can apple give us Perfection?
Yes to both.
You should expect it to be perfect, and Apple can give us perfection.
Case in point, I've got a week 38, and the screen is flawless, but if it wasn't, I wouldn't be satisfied, regardless of if it's a 1st gen product (which it really isn't, because it's too similar to the iPhone to be such).
If you feel that it's defective (stuck pixels count), go get yourself a refund/replacement, you're entitled to one.
Week 37's obviously seem to have more problems, but I'd think if you get a replacement now, you'd probably get a Week 38/39.

You might want to check your firmware version. Go to: Settings>General>About. Look at the version field, it should be: 5.0.1(9A406). If it's 9A405 you need to update the firmware by connecting your phones to iTunes and updating it. This worked for me as I work on a ship and don't have a signal inside. I was having to do your little trick many times during the day when I would go outside to check for messages.

Hmm, then it could be something somehow with the actual camera sensor behind the lens or maybe software issue. But i'd recommend ringing Apples support line and seeing if they can fix it, if it's still in warrantly they should do it free of charge.

Can apple give more improve to Ipad 2 ?!
Why does Apple doesn't give any attention to Ipad 2 ?! , its still an ipad though their specs is already behind the latest but we are still using for it . Can you give more improve for it , so that we can still enjoy how Ipad 2 works .
An iPad 2 can run the latest version of iOS 7.1 and run any of the apps in the iTunes store. However, compared to newer iPads, it's not as fast and the display is not quite as shary as the retina display. There is no way to update the hardware specifications.

Can Apple give me a new replacement phone for one that is defective?
I just purchased the new iPhone 5s about 4 months ago and have come to realize that the phone itself is messed up and not just my usage that is causing the battery to drain at an extremely fast rate. The phone was purchased at best buy and the best they can do for me is a refurbished phone so I was just wondering if I took my phone to the apple store if they would be able to give me a brand new one...

Since the phone is faulty, you can't be any worse off. Replacing the phone from the same retailer may result in another faulty phone. -
Why some ipad 2 have yellow tinted screen? Can Apple give us an explanation?
It's so obvious.
Every ipad2 showed to us in the stores has cool screen.
Yet what we got have warm ones with yellow tint.
This also happens on iphone 4 and 4s.
Is it quality issues or something else.

OK so I recently I broke my iphone5 by putting it in my back pocket and I guess the pressure of my earbuds caused it to break and the screen also broke in the inside practically just showing random colors . My friend told me that when her iPod screen stopped working she took it to the same apple store in the mall we live near by and that they couldn't fix it so they practically just gave her a free one so would it work for an iPhone5
Not when the problem is caused by user damage; unless you have Apple Care and you pay the user's cost, that is.

How can I fix stuck pixels on a MacBook Pro Retina?
I have a MacBook Pro 15" Retina bought on Nov 2012 and I always have stuck pixels, mostly when whatching videos from YouTube.
Is this normal or can I fix this easily?What do you mean by stuck pixels?
Display issues can only be remedied by replacement of the display, the connection or the GPU.

want to update iPad 2 to ios6. I am warned by itunes not to do the update until I transfer purchased items (books) to my computer. When I try to transfer into itunes I am warned that I will lose all the books I have on iPad.....there's lots of them.

To transfer the books, highlight the iPad in the iTunes Devices list and right click on the iPad's name. Choose transfer purchases. -

Well, if it's that annoying to you, I'd go to the nearest apple store, but before you do, you should make reservation to see the genius there. I'm sure they will help you. Just show them where the stuck pixel(s) are.
But honestly, though I don't want to be a downer here, but even if you get it replaced, the possibility that you might get more stuck pixels when you get a new one. But of course, you can also be lucky that you can get a perfect one too. Usually stuck pixels should fix it self (not all the time tho). -

I DO remember them but Apple chose to put them in Japanese and I can not change the language on Manage my Apple ID so I do not know if I made an error ,it threw me off , it was the wrong question Where did you fly to on your first Aiplane trip ? then I was unable to enter until 8 hours then called Apple Japan 4 times each time threy asked me would you like to speak with an English speaker,I said yes then they told me sorry today is Sunday no English speakers ,but they refused to speak Japanese, then I called 5th time and a kind guy could speak English we were on 1and 1/2 hours he got me to log in but the reset key chain could not be completed still pending.
He said do not mess with that ! then I got a text from somewhere to reset 4 pins suddenly it was very strange I said to him that I got this pin this morning but it said you can use maximum 3 hours it had a UK number and I told him I do not like this and will not enter the code he said do not do it if it is from the UK and then I said to him ok you did a lot to help but we can not go any further ! and we cut of I went back to my computer to re do the ID but I found everything a mess so I call and a stupid sounding Japanese women with a squeaky voice came on I was calm at first and they want your phone number your IMEI number your iPhone serial number date of birth Address email address it takes 10 munutes to check then they ask what are you caling about so I try to explain my keychain is broken or problems with language security questions and can not change my pasword because the security question have failed me so it is ONE BIG HEADACHE AND I START I GET STRESSED she says Do want an ENGLISH speaker ,I say yes ,that guy i talked to earlier but I never got his name and first time I ever talked to him but they said he is not here so I said ok and then she said today is sunday so call back in the morning ,I said ,well ok in Japanese but they make you feel stupid because they do not want to speak Jap@anese with none natives and they are to busy,And they feel that I should not bother them ,then I say that Apple Japan is trying to refuse Apple foreign customers and then she wants to hang up and ask me to visit the shop ,but they are the same I have a very bad time with Apple Japan since they do not discuss software problems or security with customer meaning if you have a problem they ask you to come on a time 20 minutes max so they do hardware test and say you phone is fine then I say no I can not reset my ID they say you must call call centre so I am going around in circles ,When I call English it is usually Australia so if my problem is in Japan surely if do not want me to talk to them in Japanese and they ask me to call Australia but every time my call charge is expensive after asking them is this free because I have Apple care they say yes but when the call goes to Australia 0120 277 535 it might change to paid call so I call then I have to ask is this charging they say we can not give you that information ! so what can I do I have have been at the computer and phone all day on my day off work and in tre week I am so busy and can not use my phone I can not work without it ,this new technology for you ,they can not cope with the fact that the customer have problems yet they do not want to deal with us because they can not solve it and so it shows them to be useless they like to walk around in their cool tee shirts and retro shop but when it comes to functionality we are unwelcome they got the money so do not return because apple is perfect that nothing should go wrong .
But it does somehow my English security answers do not work on a Japanese Question especialy if I did not choose that question I set up the multiple choice In English and wrote the answers in English or Roman and set them langauge preferences in English, do you really think you can correctly write english name or word in Japanese they write a police patrol car pato caa パトカア they do not have r and l .So it is my choice to make my security easy for me and as difficult for others to hack.But they also have patororoo choo meaning ' now patrolling ' so why they have pato caa patrol car and patoro patrol and have thousands of Chinese words kanji they can find patrol.

Hi! Sorry for the late reply.
You could go back to Verizon, though it's highly likely they might send it away for repair. If you go into an Apple Retail Store instead they tend to do everything on the spot.
Not entirely sure with Verizon's options (Im in Australia) but can only give it a try
