Stuck with ORA-02266...even through I've already disabled the FK constraints...?

I'm working to help some people on a structure I really don't know much about...they're trying to truncate the table.
When trying to truncate table1:
I got the ORA-02266: unique/primary keys in table referenced by enabled foreign keys error,
I went through and have disabled every FK on the table....so, I'm a bit puzzled why I keep getting the same error.
I was thinking of disabling the PK...to see if for some reason that was holding things back (so far out of a bunch of tables, this is the ONLY table not responding to having all FK's disabled).
However, when I try to disable the PK I get:
ORA-02297: cannot disable constraint (owner.table1_pk) - dependencies exist
I've been looking around, and was going to maybe try the disable constraint with the cascade option, but, I'm not familiar with the cascade in this context...what will this do?
Will it cause any problems with this or other tables when I try to re-enable the PK constraint on table1?

Thank you, this looks like I'm on the path to untangling this mess.
One question, please...would disabling the PK constraint with the CASCASE clause take care of this? What would this do exactly...disable the other tables' FK constraints..?
If so, would it re-enable them when I re-enable this PK constraint?

I replaced my hard drive and am installing the OS 10.5.6 that i got from Apple. It is stuck with 7 minutes remaining. Help! this is the first time I've ever done this.

Did you properly prep your new drive first?
Drive Preparation
1. Open Disk Utility in your Utilities folder. If you need to reformat your startup volume, then you must boot from your OS X Installer Disc. After the installer loads select your language and click on the Continue button. When the menu bar appears select Disk Utility from the Utilities menu.
2. After DU loads select your hard drive (this is the entry with the mfgr.'s ID and size) from the left side list. Note the SMART status of the drive in DU's status area. If it does not say "Verified" then the drive is failing or has failed and will need replacing. SMART info will not be reported on external drives. Otherwise, click on the Partition tab in the DU main window.
3. Under the Volume Scheme heading set the number of partitions from the drop down menu to one. Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Click on the Options button, set the partition scheme to GUID (for Intel Macs) or APM (for PPC Macs) then click on the OK button. Click on the Partition button and wait until the process has completed.
4. Select the volume you just created (this is the sub-entry under the drive entry) from the left side list. Click on the Erase tab in the DU main window.
5. Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Click on the Options button, check the button for Zero Data and click on OK to return to the Erase window.
6. Click on the Erase button. The format process can take up to several hours depending upon the drive size.
Steps 4-6 are optional but should be used on a drive that has never been formatted before, if the format type is not Mac OS Extended, if the partition scheme has been changed, or if a different operating system (not OS X) has been installed on the drive.
When formatting has completed quit DU and return to the installer. Complete the OS X installation.
I think you should shutdown the installer then erase the drive per the above and start again.

TS4532 What other fix is available since my battery drains faster with 6.1.1 update, and I already tried the Exchange fix.

I don't hace email set up on iPhone, I barely have any notifications turned on. Ive already tried the "reset" with exchange and the calendar. What else can I do to stop this battery drain problem I've had since upgrading to 6.1.1?

Adobe cc will not sign in, even through i am in both the web portal and desktop app.

i have three machine, a work station at the office and home as well as a laptop that is for going on locations. the problem is cc is working perfect on both workstations but just recently it will not activate on my laptop. i've tried just about everything. it gives me "sign in failed please make sure you are connected to the internet or change your time settings". I'm defiantly connected to the internet, i can browse my cc files online, download and install apps and even talk to adobe chat about this issue, everything but use the actual applications ie:photoshop, lightroom and aftereffects. i've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, logging out of cc on all machines, deleting my OOBE folder, my opm.db as well as checking certificates. nothing has worked. i can't sign in because it says my id is in use, and i cant deactivate because it times ou@@t on every atempt. please help point me in the correct directions as this has been very frustrating.

thanks john, did not know they could remote in, they were able to jump on and find the issue, all through i had wish they just went straight to looking at my system instead of having me jump through the same hoops i had already gone through. adobe gave me a case number, but i guess the number does not keep a record of the steps i've already taken to try and solve my issue, that said it doesn't matter my laptop is working and in time for my next job. re-leaves alot of stress.

Then the answer is that each of you purchases and syncs from your respective iTunes accounts and Apple IDs, therefore to transfer any purchased item from one iPad to the other would require syncing that iPad with the other person's account, and that will mess up all your respective synced data.
Of course you can swap iPads for bookreading, I suppose.

Close your iTunes,
Go to command Prompt -
(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
(Win XP SP2 & above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
netsh winsock reset
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now.
If you are still having these type of problems after trying the winsock reset, refer to this article to identify which software in your system is inserting LSP:

I'm stuck with uk iTunes Store and need to change to the Australian store so my cc billing details will be accepted. How do I do that?

Has anyone else had this problem? It's not intuitive and very frustrating. I just need to be able to switch iTunes Store to Australia so their software will accept my post code as being real in the billing section.

I keep getting the message that my computer is associated with another apple id. I have already removed the device from the other apple id but I still get the message. How long does it take to update?

I am trying to download a tv show that I purchased and I get the message that my laptop is already associated with another apple id. I knew it was my wifes id so I went into her account and removed the association. I still get this message even though there is no other apple id associated with the laptop now.

That's not how it works. Once a device (including a computer) is associated with an Apple ID it cannot be switched for 90 days. See this Apple KB article for more information: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1420.
