My iPod Touch Is Stuck In This Mode (Picture Below)

Hey Guys, so my iPod Touch 4 gen. is stuck in this mode . Everytime I plug it in, it says "your iPod is in recovery mode, please restore it" , so I restore it, & then it at the end of the part where it says "extracting files" , my iPod makes that sound when you unplugg it, & then something pops up that says "your iPod cannot be restored because this device cannot be found, unknown error 1656." I've tried it on several different compuers, & nothing seems to work. My computer doesnt even reconzie my iPod as mine, because it changed the name to "iPod" , instead of "Kate's iPod", & under all the information, it just says N/A , I think the iPod went through the process almost all the way, and now it can't finish it . I'm thinking about bringing it to an Apple Store, but I don't want to buy a new one because I've only had this on for about a year . Thanks Guys! Any advice helps! ( P.S. I have a windows computer, not a mac, if you need to know )

As Niel says, no way to go past 10.5.8 on your Mac, but there is a more upto date Browser...

You dont have any data on your phone yet right?
If you dont connect your device to the computer and
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least 15 seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
after that click okay when it says itunes has detected an iphone in recovery mode. Then click restore
after that try again

Stuck with this query

i have stuck in this query. it is giving compile error that v_customerloop invalid identifier. this does not make sense because if i comment the sql, it runs fine and i can actually see the count in the dbms output. i tried commenting out some of the where clauses but cannot pinpoint where i am making a mistake.

Hi,
I don't know much about object types, but I think that the error is due to the usage of v_CustomerLoop variable in a different context.
Imagine that using the EXECUTE IMMEDIATE you spawn a different process that communicates with the caller using prameters (USING) and return values (INTO).
In this case, the variable is not visible by the new environement (it is not the same behaviour of nesting a BEGIN/END block in a procedure and referencing a parent variable)

All media and apps should be in iTunes on the computer. Simply select the content desired to sync to the device and sync it.
FYI, backups have never included media or apps.

I installed all the packages and it allowed me to proceed furthur
but now it throws another error saying that
The log says "ORA-12003: materialized view "SYSMAN"."MGMT_ECM_MD_ALL_TBL_COLUMNS" does not exist" during the OMS Upgrade using graphical mode.
We are not sure if that Materialized view ever exists on it or not.
Please advise

thanks for the reply, brian, but unfortunately that is what i meant by the hard reboot. i've done that many, many times and it's still stuck. nothing is helping and i can't even get it to sync to iTunes to restore it.

I can't answer why you are not able to connect to WiFi but I can tell you to try the basic things, turn WiFi off and on again, restart your iPad, reset network settings, reboot your router, forget your WiFi network and try again .....
The issue with the email is probably a password issue. Make sure that your password is entered in the incoming mail server setting and in the outgoing mail server setting as well. The outgoing server setting can be accessed by tapping on the SMTP under the Outgoing Mail Server Setting and then tapping the smtp.comcast.net in the next window under the Primary Server Setting.
The outgoing mail server setting will be in the first window when you tap on the Comcast account in the Mail settings.

Hold down the on/off button and the home button for 20 to 30 sec, when the iPod starts and the Apple logo is on the screen release the on/off button but continue to hold the home button until you see the plug into iTunes screen. Connect the iPod to iTunes and you should be good to go.
