Student Discount Disappeared

I've been using Spotify Premium with a student discount for about a year but this month I was charged full price. I am still a full time student, so I dont understand why I don't have discount anymore and why I wasn't notified when this was going to happen and if I can be reimbursed for this months extra payment?

Hi Pete, Im having the same problem. Twice Ive been charged full price and did not recover the funds back (I am a student and was charged 9.99 then 4.99 the next day in april. I wasnt charged the next month, but I paid for three months. Now, it charged me 9.99 again, three months later, but I am still a student. Can you please help me get all of this situated? I cant keep paying more than the agreed amount and spend all of this time to fix this. Thanks for your help! Jonathan

I have always paid for spotify at half price (in the UK) by using my NUS extra card. The card is still in date and I'm still a student but I have started being charged full price subscription again. There is no option to change my payment details and add the student card and when I go to the student subscription page it redirects me as I am 'not eligible for this discount'? Doesn't seem to make sense to me. Want to go back to paying half price without cancelling my subscription and restarting it again if possible.

The student discount lasts one year before it expires. After it expires you should be able to renew it from the student discount page.

Student Discount suddenly disappeared?

I've been using Spotify Premium with a student discount for months now. April's bill charged me full price for Spotify Premium. I've gone back to the Student Discount page, gone back through the process and now Spotify is showing me that my price is back the discounted price. Am I supposed to go through this student verification process every so often? Why didn't I get a notification that my price would be increasing? Is it possible to get the discount reimbursed for April?

Student Discount, Double Charges, and Mediocre Support

I have been using spotify for quite some time now. I have paid my fair share of 9.99/mo, and quite frankly, I don't mind paying money to avoid someone or something blaring obnoxiously in my ear every 45 seconds. The one thing that did, and still does, irk me beyond words was when I attempted to sign up for the $4.99/mo deal for twelve months, I was not given the 4.99 rate for a full twelve months...but that was a while ago, and I had since gotten over it...until... Today I attempted to renew the 12 month $4.99 deal and was not only charged once, but twice; both charges appear on my bank statement and not at all on my Spotify Account Receipts. It gets better, though...I wasn't even given the promised upgraded features, and after reading some fine print (lovely) I noticed that I could reuse this offer 4 times (just as long as I am still enrolled in my accredited university, which I am). So, after realizing that Spotify doesn't have a support number, but rather a bulletin board and more-or-less a system to send complaints to, here I am, posting, hoping that I can get reimbursed the money I was charged. The student discount must be renewed each year.
You need to first cancel your current Premium, and once you revert back to Free, you may resubscribe to the student discount.
Now for the refund, you might want to contact support directly here so they can help you. Keep in mind they will decide your eligibility for the refund.
If you receive an automated email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

Is it at all possible to still get the physical cd's for the CS6 from the adobe website with my college student discount?

I am currently a college student studying photography and my college gives us a free download of Adobe Creative Cloud Master Collection, but once we graduate it will be deleted from our computers. I graduate in May. I am trying to use my student discount to get the the CS6 Master Collection while I still can, but I would like to get the physical CD's to download the programs, and not the Creative Cloud apps simply downloaded over the internet. Is this still possible at all?

Meagancon it is likely you will be entitled to receive a download. You are welcome to download and burn the installation files to a DVD.

I am slightly confused about this, looking for an answer on my own I went through this process:
I found the page for the Creative Suite 6 Products, and on the right side it says "CS6 or Creative Cloud? If you want all-new versions of your favorite creative software — including Photoshop CC and Illustrator CC — join Creative Cloud. If you prefer the previous version, CS6, you can purchase it here. So, I went to the Creative Suite 6 FAQ, where I saw the question, "Does Adobe offer education discounts?" with the answer, "Yes. Qualifying full- or part-time students, faculty, and staff of accredited educational institutions can purchase Adobe products at a reduced price." So, I poked around on the checkout page for Adobe Photoshop CS6, but there seemed to be no way to apply an education discount. I then clicked the Purchasing FAQ link on the checkout page, next the Education FAQ link, and from there the student and teacher product catalog under purchase options, but Creative Suite 6 is not listed in any form. The only options presented on the page are Creative Cloud Membership, Photoshop CC, Photoshop Lightroom, Creative Cloud Photography Plan, Photoshop Elements 13 & Adobe Premiere Elements 13, and Photoshop Elements 13.
Is there another spot with other student discounts, is the CS6 FAQ misleading and there's not really a student discount for CS6, or am I missing something else?

Student discounts are only available for college and university students. Proof of enrollment is required when you place your order. So, yes, you will have to wait until you have officially enrolled in a university or college.

I purchased my laptop (mac book pro) in march 2014 & I'm thinking of buying the care plan which will be valid for 3 years. Could I know if there's a student discount for the care plan & if it's valid from the date of purchase of the laptop or the date of purchase of the care plan?
I bought my laptop from a UK apple store for student price & my university is registered as an educational institution on the apple website.

The care plan extends your coverage from date-of-purchase to the three-year mark, and provides free telephone support for that entire period.
In general, there are no additional student discounts on the care plan.
The care plan covers defects in materials and workmanship up to the three year mark. On a MacBook, it does not cover accidental damage or liquid spills. But owners of the care plan have been known to get the 'benefit of the doubt' in close judgement calls about warranty coverage.
You must choose to purchase it within the first year of coverage, or it becomes unavailable. This is to preclude users waiting until a problem occurs and then buying care. Like any sort of insurance, it remains affordable because some purchases will be covered, but will not need to collect on it.

Hi, ordering (Well, my parents are. Im just helping) a Mac book soon for my brother who attends NJIT. What would I need to do to obtain the student discount? Is there anything I would need from my brother such as student id or something like that or is it just straight "order with student discount".
