Student Discount is gone

I had student discount, but back in May I started getting charged $10 a month. When I try to resign up for the student discount, it says that it's unavailable for my account at this time. What do I need to do to get my student discount back? And is there any way I can get refunded for the full charges that I shouldn't have received? Thanks.

The student discount must be renewed each year.
You need to first cancel your current Premium, and once you revert back to Free, you may resubscribe to the student discount.
Now for the refund, you might want to contact support directly here so they can help you. Keep in mind they will decide your eligibility for the refund.
If you receive an automated email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
Support usually answers within 24-48 hours.

I've been using Spotify Premium with a student discount for months now. April's bill charged me full price for Spotify Premium. I've gone back to the Student Discount page, gone back through the process and now Spotify is showing me that my price is back the discounted price. not sure you can get "student discount" for this app. you will have to ask more detail from your Apple representative.
when you click/ order some merchandise from the Apple store (https://store.apple.com), there's link at bottom of page (like "Apple Store US," "Education Store," "Business," or "Government Store"). you click on the [Education Store] & in the prompt you enter the name of your university/school. but Logic Pro is not purchased here.
you have to purchase Logic Pro from the App Store... and APP store doesn't have [Education Store] link. so your Apple representative in Prague may have a different way to complete this. or Apple World Wide.

Student Discount no longer applies to me

So for the last year, I've been using my Spotify Student discount to listen to music with no problem. Today, I check my card statement and it appears that Spotify has charged me $10 instead of the student discounted $5. What's up with that? I'm still a student at my university, I already submitted a screenshot of my schedule this year to appease you scheisters. (completely ridiculous) You want me to pay $10 now that a year has gone by? Great policy. You see, the only reason I use Spotify is because it's $5. There are plenty of more established music services (looking at you, Google Music) that I will use instead of Spotify if you guys decide to keep this braindead policy of jacking up the price on students. Fix this. I'm still a student. You still want a customer. I will jump to Google Music if you charge me $10 a month instead of $5. And if your policy is to cancel the student rate after a year, WHY IS THIS INFORMATION NOT SHARED? It's like pulling teeth trying to get info from this website.

i would like to highlight the problem that we are experiencing. We are STILL students. We were never notified about the ending of our contract as a student. the fact that they can just charge us double the amount that we have been paying is f*cking unacceptable. yes, we enjoy musc at a reduced price, but it is unfair for us to be charged without any notification on my account that i would be charged double from now on. Yes, i understand that the saved their asses by having that written in the contract. i think the real problem that i have is the **bleep**ty customer service that they offer, or should i say DON'T OFFER. no way to contact, no way to call, just discussion boards tht we wait to have commented on by other frustrated cusomers. On top of all of this, i should not have to cancel my subscription in order to apply the discount again on my account.

Student Discount, Double Charges, and Mediocre Support

I have been using spotify for quite some time now. I have paid my fair share of 9.99/mo, and quite frankly, I don't mind paying money to avoid someone or something blaring obnoxiously in my ear every 45 seconds. The one thing that did, and still does, irk me beyond words was when I attempted to sign up for the $4.99/mo deal for twelve months, I was not given the 4.99 rate for a full twelve months...but that was a while ago, and I had since gotten over it...until... Today I attempted to renew the 12 month $4.99 deal and was not only charged once, but twice; both charges appear on my bank statement and not at all on my Spotify Account Receipts. It gets better, though...I wasn't even given the promised upgraded features, and after reading some fine print (lovely) I noticed that I could reuse this offer 4 times (just as long as I am still enrolled in my accredited university, which I am). So, after realizing that Spotify doesn't have a support number, but rather a bulletin board and more-or-less a system to send complaints to, here I am, posting, hoping that I can get reimbursed the money I was charged. Is it at all possible to still get the physical cd's for the CS6 from the adobe website with my college student discount?

I am currently a college student studying photography and my college gives us a free download of Adobe Creative Cloud Master Collection, but once we graduate it will be deleted from our computers. I graduate in May. I am trying to use my student discount to get the the CS6 Master Collection while I still can, but I would like to get the physical CD's to download the programs, and not the Creative Cloud apps simply downloaded over the internet. Is this still possible at all?

Meagancon it is likely you will be entitled to receive a download. You are welcome to download and burn the installation files to a DVD.

I am slightly confused about this, looking for an answer on my own I went through this process:
I found the page for the Creative Suite 6 Products, and on the right side it says "CS6 or Creative Cloud? So, I went to the Creative Suite 6 FAQ, where I saw the question, "Does Adobe offer education discounts?" with the answer, "Yes. Qualifying full- or part-time students, faculty, and staff of accredited educational institutions can purchase Adobe products at a reduced price." So, I poked around on the checkout page for Adobe Photoshop CS6, but there seemed to be no way to apply an education discount. I then clicked the Purchasing FAQ link on the checkout page, next the Education FAQ link, and from there the student and teacher product catalog under purchase options, but Creative Suite 6 is not listed in any form. The only options presented on the page are Creative Cloud Membership, Photoshop CC, Photoshop Lightroom, Creative Cloud Photography Plan, Photoshop Elements 13 & Adobe Premiere Elements 13, and Photoshop Elements 13.
Is there another spot with other student discounts, is the CS6 FAQ misleading and there's not really a student discount for CS6, or am I missing something else?

Student discounts are only available for college and university students. Proof of enrollment is required when you place your order. So, yes, you will have to wait until you have officially enrolled in a university or college.

I purchased my laptop (mac book pro) in march 2014 & I'm thinking of buying the care plan which will be valid for 3 years. Could I know if there's a student discount for the care plan & if it's valid from the date of purchase of the laptop or the date of purchase of the care plan?
I bought my laptop from a UK apple store for student price & my university is registered as an educational institution on the apple website.

The care plan extends your coverage from date-of-purchase to the three-year mark, and provides free telephone support for that entire period.
In general, there are no additional student discounts on the care plan.
The care plan covers defects in materials and workmanship up to the three year mark. On a MacBook, it does not cover accidental damage or liquid spills. But owners of the care plan have been known to get the 'benefit of the doubt' in close judgement calls about warranty coverage.
You must choose to purchase it within the first year of coverage, or it becomes unavailable. This is to preclude users waiting until a problem occurs and then buying care. Like any sort of insurance, it remains affordable because some purchases will be covered, but will not need to collect on it.
