Student Membership is $29.99 now?

When I signed up for Creative Cloud last year I was put at $19.99 a month for my plan. But, Now that it auto-renewed it is set at $29.99 when I see the price at $19.99. Why am I being charged an extra $10.00?

It was a promotional pricing which is for the first 12 months, After that the contract is renewed automatically, at the standard annual plan price (currently at $29.99/month), unless you cancel.

I started a creative cloud student membership but Premiere Pro and After Effects are not in the app and won't download from the adobe website, all that happens is that the creative cloud app opens and sends me to the list of programs available for download which still do not contain Premiere Pro and After Effects

Hello! I have a CC Student Membership, and I usually pay about $21 and change a month for the programs. I'm a student at AiO and I use all the programs that come with it for my classes. I just got notification that my rate will be jumping up to 29.99 plus tax, so I'll be paying over $30 now. I'm just wondering if it's because my student membership is expiring, if there's something extra I have to do to renew it as a student membership, or if we're only allowed to receive the student rate for 1 year and then have to pay full price? Or are everyone's rates going up? I'm just kind of lost - checked my account for information and found no explanation on my bill or notification it was going up except for the e-mail I received this morning. Help!

Can I purchase the Student Membership of CC with an accepted unconditional University offer?

I am studying photography next year at uni and therefore need to have photoshop etc. With the current deal going on with the Student Membership of Creative Cloud, I was hoping that I could purchase it now. However I dont know if I currently would be considered a student, even though I will be at the start of the new academic year.
Is there anyone that could help me with this and shed some light?!

I'm pretty sure you need a student ID to qualify for the Student edition.

If there is no billing issue,

If you use Photoshop at all, you may need to install the latest update to resolve this issue. See this blog post for more information:

If you do not have Photoshop, then try the solution that others have mentioned previously:
Open the Adobe Application Manager (AAM).
If applicable, let AAM complete any automatic updates and restart itself.
Sign in with your Adobe ID. (Optionally, you can close AAM at this point.)
Open a CS6 application (e.g. InDesign CC).
If prompted (e.g. you get the trial screen), click "License This Software" and sign in with your Adobe ID.

I just finished the 30 day trial and bought the monthly student membership but my programs are not updating and it still wont let me use them. How do I fix this?

I've already purchased creative cloud student membership. Where do I send verification?

I received an e-mail saying that I need to submit proof of student status within 7 days to verify my eligibility for creative cloud student membership, otherwise my membership will be cancelled. I purchased creative cloud at the beginning of October and have been using it since then. I believe that I showed proof of eligibility via my student e-mail address back when I purchased it. There is no information in the e-mail regarding where or how I submit this information. All it tells me is what is acceptable for verification (including student e-mail address). Basically all I need to know is where I submit this information so that I can keep my membership.

The Student membership is an annual plan so you'll pay the same price each month for 12 months regardless of when you graduate during that year.

Problems upgrading from free membership to paid Student membership

I have tried twice to upgrade to the Student membership of Creative Cloud and have provided my credit card details twice but have yet to be upgraded... what is going on?
