"Students and Teachers" special offer for $19.99 per month covers how many machines?

Dears,
I am a staff from the American University of Iraq, Sulaimani and we are planning to run a course using adobe creative clouds, therefore my question is how many computers would the special offer students and teachers for $19.99 a month cover?
It's very confusing and some clarification would be highly appreciative.

    There's only one Cloud membership per Adobe ID.
    You'll have to set up and manage a brand new Adobe ID and run a second Cloud membership off that.

    There are no upgrades for Student and Teacher Editions. You can continue to use the version you are using, or you can buy CS6 with no special upgrade price, or subscribe to Creative Cloud. However, I believe if you still qualify, you're offered a discount on Creative Cloud.

    I have had to re-install my Adobe CS6 Design Standard for students and teachers after having problems with my computer (MacBook Pro)
    I am wondering if there is a way to access my old serial number from when I originally installed CS6, or do I have to start over again and get a new serial number?

    You normally use the same serial number that you are first issued.  If you registered your product when you first installed it then you should be able to find your setial number available thru your Adobe account online.

    If all you are looking for is Lightroom, I would suggest going to your campus computer store. The computer store where I worked had Lightroom in stock. If your store doesn't have it in stock they can order it for you. There is really only one Lightroom 5 license that comes with the standalone version, student or otherwise. The program is identical either way. Licensing for the creative cloud is handled through the web and the payment method, But you aren't concerned about that.
