Stumped on how to delete my videos from my iphone 4s

I have an iphone 4s and have several movies I loaded on it before my machine crashed. I re-installed itunes and synced it with my phone. I can add playlists, songs, etc, but I cannot find anyway to delete the videos I put on my phone.
I tried to access them directly as a device on my pc and it only shows me the photos and videos I made with my phone.
I clicking on the phone, choose Summary, and select "Manually manage music and videos" and it only lets me hit cancel or "Erase and sync" which is not an option.
What am I missing here besides erasing my phone (which is ludicrous).
I am totally stumped. I would appreciate any help.

Not sure if it will work, but try syncing a new movie to your phone. I believe iTunes will remove any existing movies not synced from your new iTunes library prior to transferring it.

I accidently transferred a .3GP format video from my phone over to my Tungsten E2 handheld using BlueTooth connection. The handheld does not support this video format, so I just want to delete this file from my Tungsten E2, but I cannot figure out how. I if go to the “Photos and Videos” “Media” application on the handheld it does not list the file so I cannot delete it from there. I do not see the file in “Info”, but I know it is there because it successfully transferred and is using space on the handheld. I did a HotSync to the Palm Desktop, but I cannot find it in the desktop or don’t know how. Any ideas how to locate and delete this file? When I use search (Find icon from silkscreen area) it doesn't find the filename.

How about installing a free File Manager program like 3xCommander or Filez?
They both work like Windows Explorer, and list all the files in RAM or on an SD card. You then can Delete, Move, or Copy any of them.

How do I delete a video from my iPhone if it only shows in desktop iMovie?

As subject, really - somehow I've got a 3m37s video on my iPhone 4S which will ONLY show up in iMovie on the Mac when I go to import other clips. I cannot see it in Camera Roll on the phone, or in iMovie on the phone, or in any of the other photo / video apps. The ONLY WAY I can see this movie is through Mac iMovie - which only has the option to import clips, not delete them.
How am I supposed to get rid of this video? I've already tried resetting my Photo Stream and it seems it didn't work. iTunes shows 1.1gb of "Other" when my iPhone is plugged in, and I have a feeling it's this video since it doesn't seem to know it's there, other than - well, you get the idea.
Any help appreciated.

Replying to my own post - heh. I downloaded iExplorer (http://www.macroplant.com/iexplorer/) which allowed me access to the files on the phone and there was the phantom movie in the DCIM folder. Deleted it, and all is well - although I still have 0.65gb of Other in iTunes.....

I bought an iPhone 4S yesterday - recorded a video with it a few minutes ago, tried to upload it to Facebook via my phone, but got an error saying "Your video can't be uploaded now".
I've tried searching YouTube and Google and can't find any guides how to transfer videos.. I tried importing through iPhoto but got an error saying it couldn't import the file.. so.. how do I do this?
