Stumped with how to replace frames

Question

Hi everyone,
I wish to remove the frames from my site and replace them
with the scrolling
DIV or tables.
Can anyone recommend a tutorial on how to do this,
I know nothing about frames whatsoever, The person who
created my site 3
years ago used frames,
I would like to redo the site with no frames, but using a
sidebar instead
that can work the same way

Terrie
Basically you copy the code from the page that the frameset
calls onto your
new page (excluding body tags). If this is to appear on
several pages then
it may be better to save the code separately and then call it
via a server
side include.
