Stupid exam question from last year

Question

I need help, this is a question i just cant seem to decifer.
A simple way of shortening words is to remove all vowels (Like in tel. directories).
I must write a programm that will take as input a string (of up tp 255 chars) and pritn out the same string with the vowels removed. Vowels are a,e,i,o,u. I must remove lower and Upper case vowels. without changing case of reamining string. I am not allowed to change the sapcing or punctuation.

doesn't klingon only cover angry words?The sounds of tlhIngan Hol have occasionally been used by the KLI tribe for writing Klingon. There are no punctuation characters as Klingon doesn't use punctuation, although a few of Okrand's sentences do. Since Okrand doesn't use the Okuda orthography, and neither does Okuda, for that matter (except just randomly selecting glyphs), if we accept it as "real" Klingon pIqaD we don't really know anything about how it's written.
The convention has developed that it's written horizontally, from left to right, like English, and usually each sentence is given its own line and centered (some follow this convention when writing the romanized orthography as well). To my knowledge there is not a formal Uncode standard for this alphabet yet.
