Sub Total Field to be bold in a ALV report

Dear Experts,
Thanks for your help till date.
I have an issue with an ALV report where the sub total field is coming, it is highlited and showing in Bold. But when I take the print of that particular report, the sub total field is not coming in bold. Is there any way to make the sub total field bold in an ALV report and the print also the same.

certainly userexit_move_field_to_vbap in MV45AFZZ will allow you to change the values of VBAP fields during order creation.
I do have concerns about fields KZWI1 etc, as they are subtotal fields on the pricing conditions and consequently derived.
But yes you should be able to change them here.

Meaning and purpose of Sub Total field in Pricing

Could you please explore what's the purpose of sub total field in pricing.
In standard pricing, why we keep Sub total 'S' in MM pricing or 2 if its additional duty and where these sub totals makes impact.

u2022 The value of this field determines where the values of subtotals to be captured i.e. in which table and which field.
u2022 Controls whether and in which fields condition amounts or subtotals (for example, a customer discount or the cost of a material) are stored.
u2022 If the same fields are used to store different condition amounts, the system totals the individual amounts.
u2022 These condition amounts or subtotals are used as a starting point for further calculations. You may, for example, want a subtotal of all the discounts included in the pricing of a sales order.
Once you assign the below Subtotals in MM Pricing, it will carry over the values to EKPO Table in relevant fields, you can use these fields for calculations, in routines and also in report developments.

2 Carry over value to KOMP-KZWI2
3 Carry over value to KOMP-KZWI3
4 Carry over value to KOMP-KZWI4
5 Carry over value to KOMP-KZWI5

For e.g. if you assign subtotal "D" (XWORKD) to one condition and "E" (XWORKE) to another and create a subtotal line in pricing and assign AltCty as 12 to this line then system will give value for this line as XWORKD - XWORKE.
For e.g.
In Calculation Schema;
ZCT1 = 10000 (Subtotal "D" - XWORKD)
ZCT2 = 9000 (Subtotal "E" - XWORKE)
Subtotal = 1000 (AltCty - 12)
You can check existing routines in VOFM and also create new.

Field description in two line in ALV report

In ALV report I want the description for each field to be displayed in two lines . For example
the description for field matnr is " Material No for grade A " which is displayed in one line . But i want to display it as : Material No
for grade A
in two lines . Is it possible . Please help me out .

Hi Neetesh,
Its not possible to display as you like in 2 lines header for single column. But i can provide the alternative way , it won't good logically. Please try the following logic.
Let suppose you have 10 fields F1-f10. Each field has the 2 lines header. So take 20fields in your fields catalog ie take 10 dummy fields which are equal lenght of the fields F1-f10. and for the last 10 fields(F11-F20) set the row pos as 2, set the second line header to these field(F11-F20). So you will succed to display the 2 level header for single column. But the problem here is you will get one empty row additional row for each row. Because you have taken (F11-F20) fields are dummy and don't have the data also. This solution will works only in the case of ALV List display not in Grid Display.
But Before that tell to your customer about this problem , Because I have done the same things when my customer giving important to 2 lines header and he accepeted that also.
If suppose you have the data in 2 lines for each column then this solution will work fine. Thats what i implemented in my ALV Report.

How to add 2 more field to the Header of FBL5N ALV report output

I have copied and made some modification to the standard transaction FBL5N and added some fields to the ALV report line Items but how to add fields to the header part i.e if you execute the transaction FBL5n, you will get the ALV report, in the header part customer no, company code then I need to add the 2 more fields. can any one tell me that which structure or where I need to add these fields to be appear in ALV output screen.

How to add field to the header for FBL5N ALV report

I need to add fields to the customer line item display ALV report(FBL5N) header part.Right now there are four fields in the header like customer, company code, name and city, after that I need to add first name last name and phone no. Can any one tell me where exactly I need to add and populate there fields to be appear in ALV output list.

Yes I have tried, I have place a break point in that perform but it does not stop. I think that is not the correct place to added and populate fields. That routine is for populate selection screen ranges single and multiple values and parameters only.

How to make checkbox field inactive in the output of ALV report.

Dear All,
I am having one ALV report in whose output there are checkboxes against each record. Example: the output columns of my ALV report are:
Checkbox, Sales Document No, Billing Document No.
Now, my requirement is that if for the Sales Document No there exists any Billing Document No in the output then the Checkbox should be inactive but if the Billing document coloumn is empty for a particular Sales Document No then only the Checkbox field should become active.
Kindly guide me on how to make this checkbox field inactive.

1.Define as--> GS_STATUS TYPE SLIS_STATUS,
2.check layout check box fieldname is not initial.
then set the status according to your logical conditions

Field column not found in the ALV Report

Sorry my problem is not solved.It is in hidden fields under the column set and it needs to be come
under displayed column for ever in the similar way the other fields like Bill to # , VAT registration number, company code etc. are getting dispalyed.

Declare a dummy field in your internal table to trigger subtotal text event.
TYPES: BEGIN OF ty_ekpo,
          lifnr TYPE ekko-lifnr,    "vendor number
          ebeln TYPE ekko-ebeln,    "purchase document number
          ebelp TYPE ekpo-ebelp,    "Item Number of Purchasing Document
          matnr TYPE ekpo-matnr,    "Material Number
          bukrs TYPE ekpo-bukrs,    "Company Code
          werks TYPE ekpo-werks,    "Plant
          d,                        "Dummy field to fire the Subtotal text event
      END OF ty_ekpo.
Prepare field catalog for that dummyfield also and set attributes like below
wa_fcat-col_pos = 7.
wa_fcat-fieldname = 'D'.
wa_fcat-tabname = 'IT_EKPO'.
wa_fcat-ref_fieldname = 'NETPR'.
wa_fcat-ref_tabname = 'EKPO'.
wa_fcat-no_out = 'X'.
APPEND wa_fcat TO it_fcat.
Fill sortinfo table as follows
wa_sort-spos = 1.
wa_sort-fieldname = 'LIFNR'.
wa_sort-tabname = 'IT_EKPO'.

APPEND wa_sort TO it_sort.
CLEAR wa_sort.

fill the event table

How to calculate Sub-Totals/Grand Totals on repeating row.

I have a this form that I need to calculate to produce a Sub-Total.... An end user can keep adding a line item but I would like to be able to add the amounts entered to calculate in a sub-total field. So basically, I need help with the actual script that would total the amount calculated from a Quantity*Amount which is -->"Sub Total" column then taking all of those to a new calculating script down to the "Sub-Total" field below it. I probably should rename them because its too similar.. I've tried the recommended scripts from the forums but just could not get it to work.
Excuse my editing...but this is what it looks like. If i need to clean it up so it looks more consistent please let me know if you have any advice. I just started working on acrobat forms 2 days ago and my eyes have gone blurry from reading the help forums
and here's the javascript on my "Sub-Total" (Which should probably be renamed to "Total" and my "Total" to "Grand Total". Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Is there anyway i can update subtotal KZWI6 with a value, becasuse of a configuration mistake in the pricing procedure the system took zero value into the sub-total for certain invoices.

But, for some reason, I do NOT wanna to show up the GRAND TOTALS(line in dark yellow color) for my_alv!!

How to show the subtotal value of a field without showing the rows in ALV?

Dear All,
In my ALV I am showing the sub total value of a calculated field. But the requirement is, only the category and sub total value will be shown in the ALV not the all rows, i,e
CATEGORY     VALUE
Z01       186,000 (the subtotal value)
Here, the rows whose values are calculated to 186,000 will not appear. Plz give some idea.

Sum hidden fields in web dynpro ALV reports

Hi everyone
Could anyone tell if it is possible to sum a field that is hidden in an ALV Report in Web Dynpro?
I need to hide a row so as not to be seen by the user (like the filter option) but with the need that the value that is stated in that hidden row must still impact in the Column Total.
