Subcontracting Order - No error when delete an Item after I made 541 MB1B

Hello ,
I want to know if I can solve by Customimzing that the SAP send me an error when I try to delete an item of a
Subcontracting Order AFTER I have made 541(Transfer posting to stock with subcontractor) for this item ...
The system shouldn´t allow this action ...and it does !! .
Some body have any idea what could be ??
I have SAP R/3 Release 6 C

Why should not it allow? One thing is that you provide the subcontractor with components and one thing that they use it for production.
There migh be business processes when the subcontractor cannot avoid using the compoenents but there might business processes when the subcontractor won't use it (e.g. the subcontractor gets different instructions in the meanwhile or uses its own rawmaterial or the client changes his mind and doesn't need one component, etc).
In my opinion there's no such setting in SAP.

1) U can delete the SC at header level , only if it has not yet approved.
2)Once the SC is approved you can delete the SC at Item level under following conditions:
You cannot delete items that have already been approved and for which follow-on
documents already exist in the backend system, if:
A purchase requisition was created and the completed indicator is set for it,
or the quantity received for the purchase order is equal to or greater than the
quantity requested.
A reservation was created and the final issue indicator is set for it or the
quantity withdrawn equal to or greater than the quantity requested.
A purchase order was created and the delivery completed indicator is set for
it, or a goods receipt has already been entered.
You cannot delete service items that already exist in the backend system.

Help!! I get the message above wehn I edit or add an appointment in the calender. It happens every time. Under the message it reads "OK". and when I click it goes away and leaves me at the home screen. I have a Blackberry Pearl 8100. Does anybody know what I can do to fix this?

How long has this been occurring for you? Was this always the behavior that you've been experiencing? Do you happen to have the log from your BlackBerry, on a day that this occurred?

PURCHASE ORDER STATUS :When Deleting ALL ITEMS.

I need to make purchase order status stay " Release Compleated " when deleting all items.
Anyone Know How to do it?
Or anyone Know how to use BAPI_PO_CHANGE in BAdI : ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST
In my project , I use Release Strategy of purchase orders, and there is a case of deleting all items.
In this situation, purchase order status returns to "Active " and release strategy tab disappears.
This is our problem.
I need to make purchase order status stay " Release Compleated " and prevent release strategy tab disappearing.
I tried to update the fields EREKZ(final invoice) and ELIKZ(delivery completed) in
BAdI : ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST Method : PROCESS_ITEM using BAPI_PO_CHANGE according to SAP Note 456691.
But BAPI_PO_CHANGE couldn't update EREKZ because of our customize , and I couldn't find how to use
BAPI_PO_CHANGE in the BAdI.
Anyone know solutions to solve this problem?

When are the header conditions updated if a purchase order item is
deleted?
Answer:
If a purchase order item is deleted, the item is marked as 'statistical'
(field EKPO-STAPO = X) and the change is reflected in the header
conditions.
However, if for the item the final invoice indicator(EKPO-EREKZ) or the
inward delivery completed indicator (EKPO-ELIKZ) is set, the item is not
marked as 'statistical' (EKPO-STAPO is not set) and thus the header
conditions are not updated.

We are getting below error on production server,on development and test server its working fine.There is Application page to fill employee goals for appraisal,when user tries to save in draft they are experiencing issue that goals are deleting and not save.when

According to your post, my understanding is that you got ‘0x80131904’ error on production server.
The issue was caused by mismatched versions between the SQL Server and SharePoint.
In order to get the database stored procs up to the right version, the Database needs to be connected before the upgrade.
In addtion, you can install august 2011 CU patch:

Error when starting work item

Hi
We are having SRM5.0.
Trying to create Contract. Workflow Without approval of contract(WS1400086)is activated and start conditions also no workflow activated.
Contract is created and getting message Contract created.
But when tried to release the contract it shows "Awaiting approval".
In Workflow log (SWI1)it shows error."Error when starting work item xxxx".
What could be the reason. Please let me know the solution if anyone of you come across such error.

It is maintained as General task already.
It seems the workflow task WS14000085 does not have definition.
When checked in SWDD for the above teask there are no steps defined for that workflow.
SAP says that we need to define and action for workflow WS14000085.
But what is the procedure to define the workflow.
I presume this is the standard workflow and it should be defined by default when it comes along with the SRM package.
Anyone of you know how to define the workflow and activate the same?

Error when reading unassigned items on /CCM/MASTER_CATALOG

Hello gurus,
we upgrated CCM 2.0 from SP 06 to SP10.
After we uploaded new schema on /CCM/MASTER_CATALOG and mapped newly
Supplier Catalogs to Master catalog and Master to Procurements.
When I connect on /CCM/MASTER_CATALOG in edit mode, on "Content" tab we
saw an error "Error when reading unassigned items". In the catalog
structure tree, yellow arrow is on MASTER CATALOG name.
In the log there are error log with error information: "ERROR READING
HEADER DATA".
Is this problem dependent on upgrade or something else?

Attribute change run fails - "Error when deleting the data record /B05/X.."

Hello,
I get the error message "Error when deleting the data record /B05/X.." on doing the change run.
I have already done RSRV on this objects and found no errors, but still the activation fails.
please give your suggestions ASAP to fix the issue as it is on production system.

Attribute change run could fails due to 2 reasons-
(1) attribute xchange run is already runnnig for any toher object(monitor lock) (check by thi prog-RSDDS_CHANGERUN_MONITOR)
(2) data is loading deleting from the object on which attribut changerun is running.(go in a manage tab and check)
check this two conditions and rerun the attribute changrun again from program - RSDDS_AGGREGATES_MAINTAIN and give the master data name in the selection.

I am able to delete the SC item after PO creation..! Is it allowed as per general business scenario. Is it possible to delete SC items after PO creation?
How to curb this?

Hello,
As per standard design, it is possible to delete a shopping cart if only
one follow-on document exists. For example, a purchase order or a
purchase requisition.
When you delete the shopping cart in EBP, the deletion indicator will
be set in the purchase order.
You cannot delete the shopping cart if the follow-on document has other
follow-on documents, like confirmation or invoice.
The following is the standard behaviour for SC/limit SC deletion:
SC -> PO : deletion possible
SC -> PReq: deletion possible
SC -> PReq + PO: deletion NOT possible
SC -> PO + CF: deletion NOT possible
SC -> PReq + PO + CF: deletion NOT possible
SC -> PO + CF + INV: deletion NOT possible
SC -> PReq + PO + CF + INV: deletion NOT possible
Standard logic: in general SC does not prevent the deletion of SC items
just because of existence of follow-on documents.
The SC item itself does not know if the deletion is possible.
It just tries to delete the corresponding item of follow-on document.
If this deletion has been successful, then also the SC item can
and will be deleted. If the deletion of follow-on document item has
failed, the SC item deletion is not possible.
So it is a task of follow-on document to know if its items can be
deleted or not.

SharePoint Error "The security validation for this page is invalid" when delete an item

Hi,
I have SharePoint 2010 setup and works fine until today all of a sudden it throws error "The security validation for this page is invalid" when delete a SharePoint document or list item.
There is no custom event handler deployed on library/list, and it should not be account issue as the same account works yesterday, and even after I turn off security validation from Central Admin, it still doesn't work.
The only change I did is turn off Dynamic Compression from IIS, after that I tried enable back Dynamic Compression but it still doesn't work.
Does anyone know what could be the possible reasons? Thanks in advance.

Runtime error when updating service item with BAPI PO CHANGE

Hi,
I get rutime error TABLE_INVALID_INDEX after calls:
BAPI_PO_CHANGE-> PROCESS_NON_INTEGRATED_COMP-> CHANGE_PO_SRV_ITEM -> MS_CHANGE_SERVICE_PACKAGE_PO -> ROW_IN_PO -> CHECK_ACC_PO -> MS_CHANGE_ACCASS_PO -> ESKL_UPDATE.
the reason is, that ESKL internal table is empty, so the function retrieves last entry index, there is no entry , so sy-tabix = 0 , and function updates with index 0, which causes the runtime error. I dont know why it is empty, maybe I should copy this table gt_srvaccess from BAPI_PO_GETDETAIL to BAPI_PO_CHANGE.
This error appears only in mode KNTIMOD=2 (Multikontierung), not in KNTIMOD=1(Einfachkontierung), so just when ESKL contains more lines for one PACKAGE_NUMBER.
I am just updating the value ordered to be equal value delivered to close the PO, or delete the item in case ordered >0 and deliveded = 0.
Here is my part of code:

Error when deleting Page Group

Hi
I got the following error when i am trying to delete a Page Group.
How can i rectify this.
Portal Version:9.0.2.2.14A
Error: An unexpected error has occurred (WWS-32100)
ORA-1: User-Defined Exception (WWC-36000)
Error while deleting page. (WWC-44130)
An unexpected error occurred: ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows (WWC-44082)
And also clicking on "Actions" icon of a "Text" item in this page group, i got the following error....
Error: Item does not exist. (WWS-22507)
An unexpected error has occurred in portlet instances: ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows (WWC-44846)
Any patch is available to just rectify this "Text" item related issues.....!!

Error when deleting a record: "FRM-40202 Field must be entered"

Dear all, please I need your help in this little problem.
I am using Forms 10g , and I am having an issue when deleting a record at runtime. It is giving "FRM-40202 Field must be entered".
I have reviewed the code but still cannot guess what could be the reason.

This error is caused due to the NOT NULL constraint u have in ur db for that item...
u have 2 options to use ...
1.Either u set the Required property of that item to > no
2.Or u give it an intial value...
To get ride of this error message...

I have been trying to debug this for hours but I can't determine any reason behind this error.
I have a tree which I am populating with Array collections. The items in the array collection have views which I am adding to a canvas, however when I add the view to the canvas, when I try to drag any element in the tree I immediately receive this error:

If I dont add my view to the canvas I don't get this error when trying to re-order, but I cant find any reasoning behind this error coming up. When debugging the error it seems like the property listItems in Tree.as is causing the error, but in the debugger listItems is not null, why would this be happening?

The items in the array collection are just subclasses of object that have a label property, children getter and a view property which is of a UIComponent type, the error only happens when the view property is added as a child somewhere. The error seems to occur when the array does writeExternal. I have no idea why there is an error, because when debugging the writeExternal says no source and I cannot debug what is happening.
