Submenu is not showing up in the main menu

hey need help asap!!! The child page is not showing up with the parent page how can I fix this?

Hi,
Could you please check in the Menu, if you have selected Menu type-> All Pages, Selecting Top level pages will hide Child pages from the menu.

There have been some problems accessing pages on the Apple web site. If the hyperlink gives you a "We're sorry" message, try again.

If your problem persists get yourself a micro USB cable (sold separately), you can restore your Apple TV from iTunes:
Remove ALL cables from Apple TV. (if you don't you will not see Apple TV in the iTunes Source list)
Connect the micro USB cable to the Apple TV and to your computer.
Open iTunes.
Select your Apple TV in the Source list, and then click Restore.

If your iPhone display turned black and white after holding down the Home button for 2 seconds, first try pressing the Home button again to go to the main menu (Home screen.)
For reference, holding down the Home button for 2 seconds will trigger Siri if that feature is enabled:

If pressing the Home button doesn't return you to the main menu, try restarting or resetting your iPhone:

My new podcast episodes are not showing up on the main page

my podcast page hasn't updated in 2 weeks even though i've been adding new episodes to my feed:

When i click SUBSCRIBE, i see the newest episodes there, so iTunes is reading my feed correctly, but why aren't they showing up on the main page?

Does anyone know if there is a LIMIT to how many will show up on that main page? I have 45 being displayed, but my feed has 59 separate items. I've not read anything that indicates there is a limit.

I have exactly the same problem with the feed from my podcast at

My other podcast downloads fine.
The same problem is experience in iTunes on both my Mac and PC so it appears to be aniTunes issue, particularly since Juice has no problem updating using the same rss feed.
It would be great if the iTunes team would comment.

Right now my ipod is set on 'music'. When I push the menu button, it will not go back to the main menu's, but I can still go to all the music and play it.

Right now my ipod classic is set on 'music'. When I push the munu button, it will not go back to the main menus, but it will still go forward and select and play music normally. I tried resetting it by holding the menu and center buttons until the apple logo appeared, but the problem is still there.

If your battery level is low, recharge it first for at least 2 hours, preferably 4 hours.
After the Apple Logo, you release the buttons, what do you see on the iPod screen? (language selection?)

HT5260 iPhoto Browser option is not showing up in the import menu.

The iPhoto Browser option is not showing up in the drop down import menu in my Aperture 3.4.3. What gives? I want to do some targeted photo imports from my iPhoto 9.4.2.

That went away when the two apps started using the same Library. There's no need to import photos from one to the other, just open the Library in the other app.

Imported files do not show up in the project menu

When I import files into a new folder I cannot locate them in the project menu. The files do not have a project path. They show up in the "last import" section though. What's wrong?

You cannot import files into an Aperture Folder. Folders hold containers (Folders, Projects, and Albums); they do not hold Images that are not in another container. Projects and Albums hold Images.
Right-click one of the Images shown in the "Last Import" Browser, and select "Show in Project" from the context menu. This should make that Project the active one, and show you which one it is by selecting it on the Library tab of the Inspector.

Photos are not showing up in the edit menu

When I hit the edit button the photos all show up on the top of the screen but in the box they are not there to edit each individual photo. Please help, I need to edit my photos!

There are several possible causes for the Black Screen issue
1. Permissions in the Library: Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Include the option to check and repair permissions.
2. Minor Database corruption: Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild.
3. A Damaged Photo: Select one of the affected photos in the iPhoto Window and right click on it. From the resulting menu select 'Show File (or 'Show Original File' if that's available). (On iPhoto 11 this option is under the File -> Reveal in Finder.) Will the file open in Preview? If not then the file is damaged. Time to restore from your back up.
4. A corrupted iPhoto Cache: Trash the com.apple.iPhoto folder from HD/Users/Your Name/Library/ Caches...
5. A corrupted preference file: Trash the com.apple.iPhoto.plist file from the HD/Users/ Your Name / library / preferences folder. (Remember you'll need to reset your User options afterwards. These include minor settings like the window colour and so on. Note: If you've moved your library you'll need to point iPhoto at it again.)
If none of these help:
As a Test:
Hold down the option (or alt) key key and launch iPhoto. From the resulting menu select 'Create Library'
Import a few pics into this new, blank library. Is the Problem repeated there?

Panasonic DVX-100 audio sync tool not showing up in the tools menu

Using FCP 7 in new Mac Pro with a clean install. I following the directions for copying the DVX-100 audio sync file into the proper folder /Library/Application Support/Final Cut Pro System Support/Plugins/
The directions say the Offset Audio Sync command should now appear in the Tools menu. It does not.
I have tried trashing preferences - reinstall the Audio Sync Tool - but it still does not show up.
I use the Panasonic Camera and with my earlier editions of FCP I had no problem installing and using
the Audio Sync file.
Anyone have the same problem or know a solution?

I am not sure what's happening with IE9 (no live site) but I had real problems viewing your code in Live View - until I removed the HTML comment marked below. Basically your site was viewable in Design View but as soon a I hit Live view, it disappeared - much like IE9. See if removing the comment solves your issue.

I have deleted bookmarks, but they still show up in the 'unorganized bookmarks', how do I get rid of them? They do not show up on the bookmarks menu or toolbar, or 'organize bookmarks' Please help

There is a total of three. I have tried many different ways, but can't get rid of them. They are not bookmarked on Firefox, but in the past there was a person on this computer that used my 'side' of the home computer without authorization. I will try erasing history next, other than that, haven't the slightest idea of how to get rid of them. I don't go to those sites, and want them gone (as does my wife).

A possible cause is a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.

EAX splash screen only - not able to start the main menu Zen Xtra 3

I have purchased this six months ago. Warranty expired. When I turned the mp3 player, the EAX logo appears but does not do anything. I tried to setup using the clip. But no luck. Any suggestions...

But I still have problem with loading the songs. It says the palyer is busy.
I formated the hard disk and it does formats, it does cleanup and loads the OS on the the Zen. For a while, thought it could the hard dri've, but it does formats the dri've. What is the latest firmware for this player?. It takes long to appear the rescue mode after powering the player.
Any idea ?

The main menu does not show in explorer/PC!!

I have a problem that i hope somebody can solve. When i am publishing my site from iWeb directly to me.com the website is working fine. If i export the website and then preview it in explorer on PC the main menu does not appear for some reason. I would be greatful if somebody could give me an explination on what is wrong? Please!

Where are you "exporting" your site to?
The iWeb navigation menu will not show on a PC running IE if Java is turned off.
You can get round this by "hiding" the standard navigation using the "page" inspector and building your own.
