What I really wanted to do is make the submenu only visible when click one of the items of the menu. To acesse the others submenus, you need click another item of spry menu.

Window only visible on maximize, not visible on any other setting

Seemingly at random a FF window will "disappear." It is only visible when I maximize the window. When I click on the restore down button the window "disappears."
I have had to rebuild the window several times, and it is frustrating to have to do this, especially when there are several tabs in the window.

Not sure if this is exactly the same as the other reported problems.
But creating a new (via command N or via menu selection) window creates a long thin nearly zero width but full height window. Selecting the window via the window menu and zooming brings it up at full size.
I tried turning off all add-ons and things seemed to work but then stopped working again (sorry can't find a consistent set of symptoms here).

How do I create a new layer that is only visible in the current animation frame?

Normally when you create a new layer it's automatically visible in all animation frames. I want to set it so that the new layer is only visible within the frame it was created.

I was doing some playing with frames just to verify what is going on. and as far as I can see when you create a new layer it is applied to the last frame only, but if you create a new frame is is copied.
What I did was create 2 layers one a background gradient, second is a raster rectangle.
For frames, the first is the background, second is the rectangle and the third is the same rectangle, now I can click on either frame and move that rectangle.

Did you check the Zoom setting?
Have you tried a reset (reboot)? Hold HOME and SLEEP until an Apple logo appears.
If it isn't Zoom and a reboot doesn't help try Settings/General/Reset - Reset all settings

In Lion and Mountain Lion you must save the first time then it will autosave for you with versions.
ForEverSave, a 3rd party application, might actually prompt you after a set period. Check it out and any alternatives.

I upgraded to Firefox 4. Whenever I click on the firefox icon, msg appears - "ug-in object: TypeError: id] is undefined". Only when I click OK will Firefox open up and then work as per normal. How do I get rid of error msg.

I duplicated a picture and now iPhoto (11) is cloning that picture replacing all the other photos and only when I click directly on them I can see the real picture! How can I solve the problem without losing any saved picture? Shall I re-install? Thanx

I duplicated a picture selecting CMD and D but, suddenly, iPhoto (latest version '11) started cloning that picture and replacing all the other photos with it.
Only when I click directly on one photo I can open it and see the real picture it is.
But the preview is always the duplicated one...
I tryed to duplicate another picture just to see if it turned out ok but the only changement was the duplicated picture!
I started repeating the second duplicated one instead of the previous one but my issue remained the same.
So, how can you help me to solve this problem without losing any saved picture?
Shall I re-install iPhoto completely?

As Larry says, restoring the back up is the fastest and best solution. Otherwise:
Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Rebuild iPhoto Library Database from automatic backup.
If that fails:
Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. This will create a new library based on data in the albumdata.xml file. Not everything will be brought over - no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your albums and keywords back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one. .

After some regular updates I can open a site from bookmarks only by right-clicking on it and "open in a new tab". Have this problem also on my PC and a notebook. (Win 7 & Win 8). Didn't add any new add-ons lately, seems like they all work well.
My Mozilla Firefox is ver 31.0
How this problem can be fixed?

hello, the easiest way to find out if the problem might be caused by an interfering addon is to launch firefox in safe mode once...

Video control works only with right click

I published a podcast in my iweb website.
One of the videos has been published, but the play button works only by right clicking, instead of normal left click...
Other videos work well....
I Just tried to delete, rebuild and publish again the page, but nothing changed...
Does anybody know how to solve my issue?

Since you do not provide useful information so I can check it, I have to guess :
Is an image or object blocking the video? Or is the video below the bodylayer and in the footer area?
In a browser window, do Command-A to select everything on a page.
In iWeb do Command-Shift-L to see the outline of the page and it's object.
Study everything very carefully to see what's hiding.

In PBO you make the below condition. Find the screen fieldsof the two fields you want to hide , otherwise make a fields into a group and try to use the below code in PBO.

How to run a plan (once and only once) by clicking on a button ?

Hi all,
I've been using Oracle BAM 10.1.3.3 on a project and my customer is now asking for the following feature:
He would like to manually launch a plan (once and only once) by clicking on a button of a web page.
In my opinion a possible way of implementing this scenario is:
create a new alert which "Event" set to "When this rule is launched" and Action set to "Run a Plan". In addition I should copy the alert URL and paste it on the page, anytime the final user clicks on that link the alert will be launched and the plan will be run.
Is that correct? Otherwise could you please give an advice?

There are lots of online resources available at www.ni.com that will be able to help you, as well as the available resources in LabVIEW such as the LabVIEW Help and the Find Examples options under the Help tab.
Obviously, none of these will do the whole project, but will be relevent for different parts of it.
The link to the online LabVIEW manual is here and the part most relevant to yourslf when starting a block diagram is here.
As a guideline, the examples are a very very useful guide on good-practice programming as well as problem solving and introducing you to the different functions available.

Make the panel fit the image so MouseListener only invoke when click image

I want to add MouseListener to only the image itself. So I draw the image onto a image panel, add that panel onto the main panel, then add the main panel onto the frame. However, my problem is that the size of my image panel is too large, it take up almost the entire frame. So my mouselistener response not only when I click onto the image, but also anywhere in my image panel. I try to resize the image panel to fit the size of my image, but no luck. Is there a solution for this. I feel like, it got something to do with the layout. Here is my code, if you mind read it. Thank you very much

IPhoto is frozen only when I click on "print?"

Please forgive me, I am really not great at this.
But I printed a picture earlier via iPhoto, and everything was fine. Later on, I went back to iPhoto because I uninstalled my printer as I have a new one coming tomorrow. Only when I click on print, my iPhoto freezes. I have uninstalled iPhoto and re-downloaded it twice, did the command and option thing, and still absolutely nothing. It just freezes when I click on the print section/bar. I am so frustrated. Any help?
Edit: And boom. As soon as I posted this, it started working. AHHH.

What happens when you try? And do you mean "uploading" (per your title) or "loading" (per your query)
What version of iPhoto?
