I created a fillable form with FomCentral, saved it as pdf. I then uploaded it back to form formCentral and then opened it and distributed it. When I try to test the workability of the form by filling it myself and click on the submit button, I get an error message; Submission failed: This form can no longer be submitted. Please contact the author.
Note: I am using windows 8 operating system and have chrome, IE10 and firefox browsers.

When you say that "you were not getting any responses" do you mean that people told you they were submitting but you were not getting anything in the response table?
Once you delete the form in FormsCentral you automatically break all distributed PDF forms or distributed online fillable form link. You need to redistribute your new PDF form and resend your new online form's link.

    You get that error if an extension is using an old and no longer supported method to install a plugin.
    Which plugin are you trying to install?

    The statement above is in the pop up error box every time, when I launch Firefox. If I click ok in the box Firefox then opens. How do I fix this initializing/launch problem?

    Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).<br />
    See [[Troubleshooting extensions and themes]] and [[Troubleshooting plugins]]
    If it does work in Safe-mode then disable all your extensions and then try to find which is causing it by enabling one at a time until the problem reappears.<br />
    You can use "Disable all add-ons" on the [[Safe mode]] start window to disable all extensions.<br />
    You have to close and restart Firefox after each change via "File > Exit" (Mac: "Firefox > Quit"; Linux: "File > Quit")<br />

    This is some built-in "protection" that was engineered into Shockwave some years ago. It means that SW will ignore the first 10 script errors then throw the dialogue you are seeing. You really will have to contact the developer of the content in question to have it fixed - there's nothing anyone else can do. The developer needs to replicate your error, determine the cause, rectify it and republish their movie

    Clicking OK or closing the box leads to a further delay of about 20 secs. after which the required action takes place! Of course, it could be said that it's really only a delay, so I should just get used to it, but it's still a malfunction, it's a pain in the neck or another region, and I really would like to cure it. When this happens, Firefox can no longer be used...the system must be rebooted. This happens especially when many apps are running but even though there are plenty of memory resources available.
    I have tried to find if something is using Firefox in the background, but have no way to know what that would be.
    Their are no apparent viruses detected.
    Firefox is version v5.0 and occurred in earlier release.
    System is Windows 7 (64bit).

    well, it's not the same hardware and it's a bit different.
    I managed to pass that stage somehow but I still have a problem
    I don't use the built-in creator tool that comes with Spyrus as it doesn't know how to append a pre-staged media that was created by SCCM that should apply the Windows file system to a second partition and the WinPE to the first partition.
    I managed to do everything. my only problem is that the WTGCreator that comes with SCCM 2012 R2 creates the 350MB partition with FAT32 file system.
    when I boot from the device I get the WinPE, I can choose a task sequence and then it fails when trying to apply the wim file. the error tells me that the 350MB partition is FAT32 which is not supported (even though it chooses the second partition, which
    is all the rest of the disk space)
    what I did was adding another task that converts the 32 Fat partition to an NTFS partition and then the process continues and finishes successfully! but that's a workaround.
    I'm trying to make this process as smooth as possible without having additional steps

    If the form was created using LCD then it can only be edited there. This
    application used to be bundled with Acrobat Pro, but that's no longer the
    case. So if you want to edit this file then you need to purchase it, yes.

    It sounds like you are getting this error message when installing iTunes 11.1.4 on your computer. This error message is mentioned in the following article:

    Follow these steps to resolve the issue:Check for .dll files
    Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes and C:\Program Files\iTunes and look for .dll files.
    If you find QTMovie.DLL, or any other .dll files, move them to the desktop.
    Reboot your computer.
    Note: Depending on your operating system, you may only have one of the listed paths.
    Uninstall and reinstall iTunes
    Uninstall iTunes and all of its related components.
    Reboot your computer. If you can't uninstall a piece of Apple software, try using the Microsoft Program Install and Uninstall Utility.
    Re-download and reinstall iTunes 11.1.4.
    Part of the troubleshooting does involve re installing iTunes again, but the article linked therein will show how to uninstall iTunes and its associated programs as well for a clean install.

    I downloaded a song that had the bell next to it. Five minutes later, it's downloaded, and I click the bell icon to make my ringtone. A box popped up that said "this song cannot be made into a ringtone- this song can no longer be made into a ringtone"
    What's up with that??? I already had this song in my library. I only downloaded it again so that I could make the ringtone, and now it won't work. Anybody know what to do??

    I am having the SAME issue - I just bought a song 2 days ago that clearly had the bell icon next to it. Right after downloading the song I clicked "create ringtone" and received the same error message "this song can no longer be made into a ringtone". SO I called iPhone - they can't help...so I emailed iTunes and I am getting the total run around. I clearly explained this issue to which they have replied with FAQs on ringtones and articles on how to download ringtones, duh. I re-authorized my computer, restarted it, on and on...still nothing. It seems like iTunes support wants to ignore my true problem and just keep running me around in circles.
