Submit Trying to Send to Response Instructions
Last year I was able to make a simple form in LiveCycle, send it to my team, and they sent it back with relatively no problem. Now I need to do the same thing so I pulled up last year's and made the appropriate edits. I sent it to my boss for review and testing the "submit." It sent back the pdf as it should have, but she said she had to manually enter my address 3 times before it allowed her to send.
In trying to figure this out, it looks like it's trying to send to the default instructions for retriving/compiling responses, instead of the email address. I've tried searching the xml, but for the life of me, I can't figure this out!
I already had to change my Submit by Email button to a simple Submit button with Submit as URL with email to get it to submit as a pdf instead of xml. However, it doesn't seem to be registering the responses when I go to Track Forms.
Anyone have ideas or suggestions??

I've tried rebuilding the form completely from scratch and am getting the same thing. It works correctly when I preview the PDF in LiveCycle, but not when I distribute it and they submit it back. I am getting the same errors shaun_loc and nefnef999 mention in this thread beginning at post #13. I've searched everything I can think of, but cannot find a solution.
Even in going back to my original document created a year ago, I'm having the same problem.
Also, I do not have the Automatically download & organize responses ith Acrobat.com option when distributing my form. Even when I work through the email process of searching for the name and deleting the improper address from the submitting email, it is not tracking in Acrobat. Could these be related? (Though I didn't use it last year and it tracked responses.)
I have spent hours trying to figure this out and re-creating the form, to no avail. Can someone please offer assistance?

I am trying to send photos to the cloud from my phone to my iPad but they are not appearing in the stream. I have read the instructions and I think I am doing it right or am I missing a part of the process?

Have you done this before ? And if so, is photo stream turned on on your iphone and ipad. and as Alfred DeRose pointed out they must both on the same icloud account.
If you're new to this, you might want to do some research. Photo stream is different from camera roll and albums. Many have been on this sight looking for their photos stored in icloud after restore, etc. and they're not there. Also, after thirty days icloud deletes your photos from photo stream.
So if you're not aware, you might want to google your question. We're using the camera connection kit soon and I am learning about it. From all I've read, I'm also not the biggest icloud fan. I use dropbox. We plan to put photos taken on ipad with a camera/iphones into albums on the ipad. We'll keep all on the sd card until (and after) they can be uploaded to a computer.

I have completed an online form and am trying to send it to the organization. When I say submit, it tries to connect to File:///C/users/Gail/Downloads and not to the organisations site
There's nothing you can do about it. Report the problem to the organization. They need to fix it and send you a new version of the PDF.

3. Create a new Outlook profile and create a test meeting request to have a try.

I'm trying to send a photo from iphoto - but apparently I entered the wrong password, and now it does not give me the opportunity to resubmit my correct password - it only tells me that mine was wrong and will allow me to cancel but not correct. I tried to cancel and start over but it still doe not let me re-enter my password. Is there some "command" that will help me?

Sandeep.I think I should first tell you what we want to do:-
For each message that comes in:-
1) we want it to be sent to our program
2) from our program we want to call our application that will go through the message, and on the basis of certain rules built into the application, will decide whether the message needs to be re-enqueued or discarded.
For the above I need to certain configurations.
I think I can use the intermediate_channel.c program that comes with the SDK in the /example/mtasdk directory, and from that program can call the application.
Please suggest on the above.
Coming to my present configurations.
No, I had not added the xloop_test channel to the job_controller.cnf file.
However, I had added the channel to the job_controller.site file as:-

(where intermediate_channel is the compiled version of the intermediate_channel.c pogram that comes with the SDK examples.)
Now, I have done something else:-

I have added the following 2 lines to the job_controller.cnf file.

With this configuration, my message is going to my yahoo account, and the mail.log_current file is showing the enqueue and deque, however, my intermediate_channel program is not being invoked.

Error when trying to send an attachment

I'd be really grateful for any help. I can't seem to get past this error not matter what I try. Sending the simple mail works, but sending an attachment produces the error above. I have seen similar errors before but when the user actually wants to send html and not a file.

I want to send a response from the servlet and then call another servlet. can this happen. Here is my scenario.
1. Capture all the information from a form including an Email address and submit it to a servlet.
2. Now send a message to the browser that the request will be processed and mailed.
3. Now execute the request and give a mail to the mentioned Email.
Can this be done in any way even by calling another servlet from within a servlet or any other way.

We used Mobile Me for our default email. So if you answered an ad from a site or tried to send a photo directly from iphoto, it would use the mobile me account. Now that its gone, can I set a different address as my default?

You cannot use .mac or MobileMe as type of Account, you have to choose IMAP when setting up, otherwise Mail is hard coded to change imap.mail.me.com to mail.me.com & smtp.mail.me.com to smtp.me.com, no matter what you try to enter.
iCloud Mail setup, do not choose .mac or MobileMe as type, but choose IMAP...
On second step where it asks "Description", it has to be a unique name, but you can still use your email address.
IMAP (Incoming Mail Server) information:
• Server name: imap.mail.me.com
• SSL Required: Yes
• Port: 993
• Username: [email protected] (use your @me.com address from your iCloud account)
• Password: Your iCloud password
SMTP (outgoing mail server) information:
• Server name: smtp.mail.me.com
• SSL Required: Yes
• Port: 587
• SMTP Authentication Required: Yes
• Username: [email protected] (use your @me.com address from your iCloud account)
• Password: Your iCloud password
Also, you must upgrade your password to meet the new criteria: 8 characters, including upper and lower case and numbers. If you have an older password that does not meet these criteria, when you try to setup mail on your mac, using all of the IMAP criteria listed above, it will still give a server error message. Go to http://appleid.apple.com then follow directions to change your password, then go back to setting up your mail using the IMAP instructions above.

I m trying to send a email and sms alert to people and it works fine on all systems expect on Iphone,the problem is swedish charcters doesn't show on iphones used by people in sweden but works absolutely fine on iphones in india.

Can we disable the 'Do not send a response' option for invitations?
Our organization recently migrated to Outlook \Exchange 2010 from Lotus Notes\Domino R7.0.4. Users are getting frustrated with the many limitations, or hopefully our lack of understanding, related to calendaring in Outlook.
Current Issue:
Employees can select "Do Not Send a Response" to meeting invitations, but still accept the invitations for their personal calendars. This can be very frustrating to the invitee, who is attempting to orchestrate complex meetings, since they do not
get updates for invitees who have accepted the meeting using this option.
It is plausible that all invitees could accept a meeting, but choose not to send a response. The originator of the meeting may than cancel the meeting, thinking, "what's the point, no one accepted it". The originator or an Admin staff should have
the ability to disable the "Do not Send a Response" option or at least have the option to require a response if desired.
Additionally, when invitees do send a response, it would be nice to have an option not to see response in the form of an email, but simply as an update to the Calendar 'Attendees' status, to avoid inbox clutter.
Lotus Notes had these functions at least 10 years ago, so I'm sure we are just overlooking a setting or configuration. Any guidance Microsoft support or readers can provide would be greatly appreciated.Hi,

After adding the Office 2010 GPO templates to the domain, in Group Policy Management go to:
User Configuration / Polices / Administrative Templates / Microsoft Outlook 2010 / Disable Items in User Interface / Custom
Add the following Policy ID's: 19987, 19995 and 19991.
This will disable the three menu items "Do Not Send a Response" below the buttons Accept, Tentative and Decline. When the mouse pointer points to the disabled ("grayed out") menu item a message is shown telling the user that this menu is disabled by the
administrator.
If you are not used to the email response, simply create a rule to move all these responses to a single folder and clean them up periodically:
