Subscribe to podcast that is not available outside a country?

Does anyone know if/how I can subscribe to a podcast that is not available outside its "home" country?
More specifically, I'd like to subscribe to this podcast:

I can subscribe to it, but I only get "episodes" that say that it is available only in Switzerland.
Is there an easy way to still obtain the episodes?
(Setting up a proxy is probably too cumbersome to me.)

You need to be in a country to use its store, so unless you are in the US with a US billing address on your account then you can't buy from the US store - you can only use the South African store. You can try requesting that the song be added to the South African store, but unless the rights-holder agrees to it then Appl won't be able to sell it there : http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html

Iphone 6 tells me that "Item not available" in my country UK, when i click on the itunes store icon for the app to open the music, movies or tv shows section of the app. is this a bug?

I am based in the UK and have just got a new iphone 6, everything works well except when i try to turn on the itunes store app - i can do a search and buy music etc that way, within the app, however, if i go to Music, Movies or the TV shows section within the Store app, i get a message come up saying "Item Not Available" - This item you've requested is not currently available in the UK Store, but it is available in the US store. Tap Change Store to view this item". I therefore cannot browse the music, movies or tv shows sections at all, nothing shows up except that message. All my previous itunes purchases have downloaded ok, and i can access them. My apple ID works fine and restrictions on the iphone are turned OFF. The App Store app works normally. Connection etc is all fine and I can access itunes in the normal way on my ipad and laptop, so this is just an iphone problem. Any ideas? is this a bug? I cant find anyone else with exactly the same problem. By the way, the same message comes up when i click on the red Music icon, on the iphone (situated next to the Safari icon) and then go to the "Store" via that app. my playlists are in tact, but as soon as i click that Store button, I am told that the Item is unavailable - not that i have chosen any Item lol, I just want to access the store in the normal way. When go with a service that service provider locks the phone until the contract agreement is fullfilled. Even if you don't have a contract you still need to contact the first service provider and request to have the phone unlocked.

You can't. If that is in let's say Australia, then that is for Australian customer's only. If you want the album that badly, you can request for it to be available in your country.

If there is no iDVD on Your Mac (and it's not on newer Macs as Apple discarded it) then You need a program that can do this.
Your Mac can burn CDs and DVDs - BUT DVD as Data-DVDs not as Video-DVDs - they need a program to be encoded and STRUCTURED as such.
• iDVD is part of the boxed version of iLife'11 and can only be bought outside Apple as on Amazon and e-bay
• DVD Studio pro - Part of FinalCut Studio Pro bundle - this to has expired and can only be bought second handed. (High price and tough learning Curve - but best ever done.)
• Roxio Toast™ - Not as elegant as iDVD - but has many other positive additions (I like it as 10-Pro incl BD-component) (now version 11)
• Burn - only free alternative I know of on Internet. Very simple - Just for doing a plain Video-DVD

You can only buy content from your own country's store i.e. the Egyptian store if you are in Egypt - you need to be in a country to use its store, so to use the US store you will need to be in the US and have a US billing address on your account. I am registered in the Japanese and Russian AppStores, and the app I want is available only in the American AppStore. Do I have to change my AppStore for this? And how can I do it? You might want to contact the developer of the app in which your interested and suggest they offer it in your country. There may be reasons they can't but if they can and they know there's interest, they just might.
