Subscribed to ExportPDF but prompted to subscribe every time!
I have subscribed to ExportPDF today, about 7 hours ago, after my previous subscription expired. However, I cannot use it as I am asked to subscribe/upgrade every time I try to convert a file. It used to work fine until my previous subscription expired and I forgot to renew it, I updated today using a different credit card and it seems ok but I cannot use it and I absolutely need ! Any ideas? Is it normal to have to wait hours (or a day) for the service to be (re)activated??

Thank you so much for your prompt reply, I was actually considering subscribing a second time to see if this would work (and then I would cancel my second subscription, hopefully getting a refund).
I need about 10 files converted (and eventually translated - and I want to skip the formatting phase!) by the end of this week, so (according to Adobe) I think I will convert and translate one file manually and wait to see if I can get ExportPDF to work for the others...

my apple ipod classic 80gb says there is no music - anything on my ipod, but says it only has 37gb free. Then i try and plug it into my pc with iTunes on (i've set it to do not automatically sync devices) but it still freezes every time. the only way to unfreeze it is by detatching the ipod or resetting with menu/centre (until it loads up again, where it immediately unfreezes and comes up with a load of messages saying "cannot read iPod" and when i try and restore it by pressing menu/centre button while it's plugged in, it says "cannot restore as it is being used by another program" or "error 1415". Any ideas how to sort this out? hope i haven't majorly screwed it up. thanks.
Sorted it out. Ever since downloading the latest version of iTunes, my iPad (3rd generation) keeps appearing in the browser as if it's still connected. I eject it (even though I don't physically have it connected in any way). But it keeps reappearing every time I open iTunes. Is anyone else having this problem?
Do you have Sync over wifi enabled for this device?
Click on the device name, Scroll down the summary page to options and the second box is Sync Via Wifi. If you do not want this uncheck it and click apply -

Try it this way and see if it works. If you do not have a credit card registered to a legal address in the country in which you want to purchase, you will not be able to buy from that store anyway.

Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.

Sign into your ID
Tap your Apple ID after signing in
Tap View Apple ID
Enter your password
Go to Country/Region to change the store. -
I created a digital signature to sign forms using Adobe Acrobat 7.x. I really don't want or need this feature, but do not know how to remove it or keep it from popping up every time I need to sign a form. Can anyone help? I'm not that technically savvy, so please explain in layman's terms. Thanks!
It's not clear to me what you're trying to accomplish. If you get rid of your digital ID you will still be prompted to create/add one when you need to sign a form, which you say you still need to do? Do you really just want to e-sign (hand-drawn signature, or stamp) instead of digitally sign? Do the forms you're using have digital signature fields?

Cannot update email password in settings - prompted for password every time I check mail
Every time I open my email inbox I am prompted to enter my password. Whether I enter it or "x" out of it, it continues to ask me for it every time. I went into settings and the stored password is not the correct one, so I update it, press done & it either says "server unavailable" or "save/edit," either way, it doesn't work (doesn't save when I press save, or doesn't allow me to save at all b/c of "unavailable server." Please help!!!
I have, endlessly. It continues to prompt me every time. And when I try to update my password in settings I see it is the incorrect one, but cannot change it either because it won't save even though it says it is.. Or it says the server is unavailable.

Already watched a movie but now it downloads EVERY TIME I CONNECT TO ITUNES
Driving me up a wall -- every time I connect to iTunes, it tries to download old purchases to my computer. Immediately and without warning. I watched these purchases years ago and never want to download them again. I just want them in my iTunes account for downloading or watching on Apple TV if I ever feel like it, but don't need them on my computer or device. How do I tell iTunes to stop doing this? Every time I connect, it starts downloading them and I go and delete all the downloads right when they start, but it happens every time.
Note: it may be that I never fully downloaded the videos to my computer. Because I watched them on Apple TV or something. But still, I don't ever want to download them. How can I stop this? It's a huge problem downloading anything on my laptop because it's old -- I rarely use my laptop and the only thing I ever used iTunes for is backup old media that was imported from CDs, etc.The 3G stops at iOS 4.2.1 does not support abve that level .

Native Cisco VPN - Works but asks for password every time
After installing Snow Leopard, I found that my Cisco Application didnt work anymore. No worries, there is a native app now.
I made a new connection with the native app, and it works.
Except.
Every time I go to connect, it prompts me for my password. Even if I've already entered it in the network settings panel. That's rather annoying, as I would prefer it remember the password for me.not a problem here is a solution just follow the instructions from this link and you should be able to save your password in your keychain, i have tried and it works great. incase you dont find the keyAux thing just use the search bar at the top of the keychain access window and you should find it

Ok, I am sorry for not reporting adobe's problem properly, if I attach this "crash log" will somebody (you?) solve it then? Where do I even get the crash log? It's the adobe applications manager that crashes, I get this every time:
You have to understand my frustration here. Not a word in 24h from someone who's actually willing to help. And I am trying to purchase a product, i.e give this company money. Phew. It would be nice to actually speak (or chat or whatever) to someone who wants to help. -
Getting prompted for password EVERY time I open the App Store!
Does anyone have this happen to them? Every time I tap the App Store icon to go browse for new apps, it asks me for my password. Every time. Its driving me nuts LOL. It just started doing it recently out of the blue, so I'm not sure what's causing the issue. I've included a screenshot below...

Why does the solution center prompt for cd every time?
My HP 8500 constantl;y prompts for me to insert the CD each time I try to scan. I have lost the CD, and just paid $10 to get a new one, but it is very annoying! How do I stop this?

There is something missing in your Scanning software.
The Solution Center is like a dog with a bone about missing stuff.
Something to try/consider:
See the Solution on this Post - it has the information that might help you correct your Solution Center woes.

If, for some reason, you cannot download new software for your printer as outlined in the above Post,
and you really do not want to wait for your new CD, then you can Uninstall the Solution Center Software from your computer. See the warning below.
Uninstalling your Solution Center:
BE AWARE: If you elect to uninstall Solution Center to make it stop annoying you...Your printer might still work after you reboot and let the computer try and install some standard drivers - HOWEVER, it will only work with whatever "bare bones" drivers are available on your system. It might not work at all. It depends on your Operating system, whether there are enough HP standard drivers for your printer to run the basic printer HP8500 functions, and whether things get tangled up when you uninstall the printer software. It could go well, or it could become a nightmare and you could be more unhappy than you are right now.
The very best scenerio: You find at the Solution Center link a way to download the Full Featured Software for your HP8500 printer and it fixes your scanning error.

My Outlook prompts for password every time it comes back from sleep or started
I've Microsot Outlook for MAC 2011, version 14.4.1 installed on my MAC Book Pro Retina Display with OS X Version 10.9.2 and everytime my outlook comes back from sleep or is started or there is a little fluctuation in Wifi signals, prompts me for my email password. I checked the option of save my passord, deleted all previous passwords from Keychain but it doesn't works, so please help. My email at my official domain (not free domains) address is configured perfectly and my send and received is working fine.
I have that problem in Outlook, too. When I get the Yes/No dialog box, I simply click "No" and my machine continues to receive mail.
It's most certainly a pain, but coming out of sleep, your network doesn't kick in for a minute or two. I don't think that it's really a bug in either OS X or Outlook: it just takes that minute or so for the network to wake up.

All Studio 2 applications prompt for serial every time during startup
I had FCP 5.1 and some other tools installed on this machine before, than when my long awaited Studio 2 arrived, and i installed it, since than every application is prompting me to enter my registration info: Name, Last Name and Serial #.
What is wrong with this? Did anyone have this issue before?
I know it has something to do with previous installations.

I have searched through the FAQs and find stuff on "crashing". I have not had any trouble with flash crashing, but I can't keep it installed.
If I install flash, then it stays as long as I am logged in, even if I close firefox. Once I log out and log back in, I lose Flash and have to re-install it.I was having the same issue with installing Flash player 10.3.183.10 in both Firefox 6.0.2 and Explorer 9 -- the Task Manager would show the installer running as a process, but it would never actually install anything. It would just sit there until I killed it or rebooted.
It seems that there are multiple versions of the separate installers needed. The installer that worked for me in Firefox was
install_flash_player_10.exe -- a 3,017KB file
and for Explorer, it was:
install_flash_player_10_active_x.exe -- a 3,054KB file.
Neither of those files was sent by the main updater page, nor did that page offer the 239KB uninstall_flash_player.exe, which is needed to uninstall the previous Flash version before one can even begin to try to update it. I had to pound through the messages in the forums to find links to those "full" installers.
It is working now in both browsers, but jeepers creepers, it shouldn't take all day to find the installers for something that gets updated as often as Flash does. -
after downloading the new itunes and also ios 5 for my ipad 2, I cannot get itunes to open for more than 3 seconds without it crashing on me. I have uninstalled it and re-installed it with no luck. Windows says iTunes has stopped working. I have also tried a "repair" of the program but nothing. Help please?!
Do you have Internet Security Software turned on in your Internet Explorer?
I turned mine off, as I have Norton AV. Go into Internet Explorer and check to see if you have that on and try turning that off...and then try to get back onto FF. You may have to restart your computer, I'm not sure, as I'm not a techie. I just know that the Internet Security Software clashed with my Norton AV.

When I check the size of a .mov file in the finder it is 10.7 MB. When I add the file to an email Mail says it is 20 MB and the smtp server rejects the file because it is over the limit. Why does the email double in size?
