Subscription activation date overdue and still can...

My subscriptions normally activated automatically every months as I have set direct debit. This months however my account says activation due on 20 December but today is 21 December and still the subscription not activated. I also have received an email with delivery conformation pn 18 December . Anyone can help?!

  • Activation date passed and still no BB!!!!

    I left my previous ISP due to poor service.....I somehow thought BT would be better but so far they have been utter rubbish, I am actually regretting my move from Tiscali/talk talk!! that says a lot as they have got to be the worst ISP's out! My latest problem now that my eagerly awaitied activation date has now passed 22.08.11 and I have no BB connection. I waited up till after midnight last night to check that the activation works and what do you know it didn't! (why don't you activate after midnight the night before your equipment is delivered so that your customers don't get there equipment and then still have to wait till after midnight for any BB) anyways I tried again this morning before work and still no connection...done all the tests i could prior to work and still nothing. This is really frustrating as you were late in delivering the equipment in the first place!! I NEED this sorted asap!! Can anyone point me in the right direction to get the quickest solution please???

  • Activation date passed and still no broadband

    Hi Everyone,
    I recently switched from Orange to BT as I was having an issue with my broadband that Orange were far from helpful about. 
    My equipment (HH4) and activation email arrived on 16th September to say everything was ready to go.
    I followed the steps that came with the equipment, but the Hub light never returned to blue. It is stuck on orange and the broadband light is flashing red. I've been in contact with the BT support team for the last 3 days, but have just grown more frustrated. They advised me to wait until today to see if it would connect, so I did, but still no connection. They said they would book an engineer but when I rang back they wanted to do some extra tests, which are scheduled for this Friday.
    If any moderators could help, anything would be appreciated. It's now been a month with no Broadband, and the support team are slowly driving me insane.

    Yes, I filed police report, but there is nothing they can do until I get back to them on the tracking. It's been offline. I'm sure the whoever took it can find a way around breaking in the ipad..i really was hoping to get my pictures and videos of my kids back

    So I reset my Apple ID password. Which then stopped my MobileMe account from working. Hang on - these were 2 different accounts a while ago, with different passwords!!!
    So I have logged back in to MobileMe with my AppleID, and that's working again. After a short wait I can now create Home Sharing again.
    Folks, I think we have just had our Apple IDs merged with our MobileMe accounts!! With no consultation or warning.
    My guess is that this is the most seamless way for Apple to do it, as the vast majority of people use only one email address and one password for everything. Only those of us who had the same email adress but different a different passwords for MobileMe and Apple ID will have noticed. Annoying for us few, but a clever strategy on Apple's part, becasue we have been driven to fix the issue ourselves by chaning the password, and in doing so we have realised that our mobileme account is now the same thing as our Apple ID.

I have closed everyting I can, even took the phone to Verizon and they are not sure what is going on.   My company email is active and pushes to the phone....I use Safari regularly to look up stuff for personal and work use.  I am on Facebook but have turned it off in notifications.  Four phones and a hotspot on the account....we have 6g and have never come close to it, until lately and it's my phone that's eating up the gigs.  So what the heck is going on?

    Go to Settings/Cellular and you can see how much data each app is using. You can Reset Statistics, then track all of the apps data usage.

    i've set up and verified imessage and still can't add new contacts and send a imessage to my friends!!! all i got was a blank messages list and blank contacts and a new message screen but no add button or contact information section. how did i add new contacts? do my friends have to be registered users to imessage? cos i know a few of my friends either have an iphone or ipod.

    The Apple Messages app will only mesage/text top another deive with iOS 5 and they have to have activated Messages on their device.
    There are other apps like Text+ that allow texting to other phones and other devices with that app.

  • Tried both 25 and 587 and still can't send or receive

    I have tried changing to both 25, 465 and 587, and still can not use my mail app.
    These were the 3 primary port suggestions I could find on this site and forum. Sorry if I missed any other easy ones.
    Any suggestions? I have called support and gone to the store ("bar") and still no suggestion that works.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Typically, of most of the users that are having issues with their Mail, can receive mail fine but sending is usually the issue. You will need to know the correct port that you need - usually 25 or 587. If you can surf the Web, you can do email.
    You will need to check with your home ISP for the correct parameters, if you are at home. If you are at work, or elsewhere you will need to know those parameters in most cases if you want to send because more and more ISPs are blocking all SMTP servers other than their own. I know I do.
    If you have Web access to your email, you can use that, and some IMAP mail providers will work about anywhere, but you still need to know the particulars. We block Dot Mac's IMAP to where I can receive email. but I have to plug in the local SMTP server to send anything, because of the local blocking. I don't have any problem with that as it's another layer of security.
    There is nothing wrong with Mail 3.2 or Leopard, they are not flaky. The problems are setup and configuration issues - once you know the correct parameters and setup routines, it all works fine.
    I have never had an issue of note with Mail or Leopard - I use my Dot Mac mail and Exchange mail, in our Active Directory Domain, at work. I also have a Road Runner POP account that I use as well.

    in Dutch it says that there are no updates available. I know that after
    installing cs4 there are updates but i can't load them automatically. I did
    a delete and reinstall, but still get the message.

    Go into compositionReady and have 3 variables you will be able to set them like this
    strike1 = 0;
    strike2 = 0;
    strike3 = 0;
    So on the wrong item click have
    if(strike1 == 0) {
    PLAY STRIKE1 ANIMATION
    strike1 = 1;
    else if(strike2 == 0) {
    PLAY STRIKE2 ANIMATION
    strike2 = 1;
    else if(strike3 == 0) {
    PLAY STRIKE2 ANIMATION

    So this will make it so when the wrong item is clicked each strike will be played in order.
    Random Scrolling -
    You should look into the Math.Random function to make things random in edge.
    This is an example of the Random function. It will generate a random number up to 100.

    Lose Screen Score -
    So we can create another variable in compositionReady for the lose score.
    score = 0;
    Now when the user gains a point to add to the score you could do this code on the click
    score++;
    which would add 1 to the score, However you can add however much you like to the score doing "score + 2" and so on.
    To edit a text with the score at the end which I'm assuming you will want to do you will use .html
    so $("Text").html("You score is " + score);

  • Bought a new Ipod touch and the WiFi does not connect.  Tried Reset and total Restore, does not connect to Router on DHCP, tried Static manually and still can not get it to connect even though it registers as connected.

    Ok, so, a couple of things:  Denisefromwaleska and I have the exact same size/type/color iPod.  Now wishing I'd bought the black one maybe...
    Second, Airport is an Express and I have a second one that I carry with me when I travel.  Tried to connect my Airport Express to the internet and could not although the iPod did recognize the router and tried to connect to the internet for some time, unlike my previous problem.  Updated firmware on my travel router, still could not connect to the internet.  Going to try to set up a manual Static IP on the travel router here in a few and conect through it although I predict the problem will persist. Back on the Christmas Present Airport Express router, it is back in play and working fine for all devices save the iPod.
