Subscription automatically renewed and paid via Pa...

My subscription was automatically renewed and PayPal paid, but my number is not activated and when I click on reactivate it wants me to pay for a subscription. What do I do now?

I know it's bit confusing, but I'll try to explain it in more detail.
In 2010 you purchased Unlimited US&Canada for outgoing calls and Online Number for receiving calls:
Unlimited US & Canada 12 months     $30.48
Online Number, 12 month subscription     $30.00
In total it is 60.48USD
This year you have been charged with $30.480 which is for Unlimited US & Canada. Online Number is not extended as 30USD is not paid and Online Numbers are not extended automatically. This is something you would need to do manually from account page.
Basically, your calling subscription is extended till September 2012 and if you wish to receive calls then you will need to manually extend your Online Number as explained here: https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA10365

    You can manage subscriptions within your account in the iTunes app on your computer. Open the app. In Quick Links click Account and sign in. At the bottom of the first pane is the Subscriptions area.

    Hi, I have had a supscription for Unlimited Worldwide for a few years and I received a message today that my subscription was not renewed and also that it was cancelled (it expires in 2 days). When I tried to get a new subscription to avoid disruption in my service the payment was denied when tryin to pay with a different card.   • Installing Apps (free and paid) via Apple Configurator?

    Background:
    I'm a Mac novice (15+ years Windows background), so I'm probably missing something obvious - please bear with me.
    We're running latest Mac OS (10.8.2) and latest iOS (6.1) iPads & iPhones).
    I'm trying to set up a batch of iPhones & iPads for a business.  We'll have several with very similar profiles (e.g. Sales Rep1, Sales Rep 2 etc), and it looks like Apple Configurator is the tool do help with this.
    First up - is there a basic user guide for this?  That tells me what I can and can't actually expect to be able to do with the configurator app?
    Secondly - I'm led to believe I can use this to bulk install a load of apps (free and/or paid). I can see how to drag the apps into the configurator, but no matter what I do next, the apps don't install onto the device.  I hit apply / prepare / check out, whatever - nothing seems to do it.
    So far I'm just playing with it to get my head around how it all works, so the only apps I've been trying this with are free ones (e.g. Adobe Reader / Chrome).
    Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

    FYI - I figured it out.  All you have to do is highlight the app you want removed and then go up to edit and delete from there.

    Go to itunes log into your account and click manage subscriptions and cancel it from there.

    Have you done a search of your hard drive to make sure the purchases are actually gone and haven't just been erased from the iTunes library database? iTunes Music Store: Finding missing music and video downloads

    Failing this, you could try contacting iTunes Store Customer Service and you might be able to persuade them to sanction a second free download. There have been occasional reports in the iTunes forum of this happening, however just be aware that they are not under any obligation to do so. The official policy on music/media purchases is that you only get one download and it's up to you to maintain a backup against loss: iTunes Store: Purchased content can be downloaded only once

    I am using German OS therefore maybe the items are called differently in English:
    1) Go into the main menu
    2) Select "Alerts"
    3) select the Profile you like to adjust
    4) Select App Alerts
    5) Select Email
    6) You sould see your 3 mail accounts listed
    7) Select the one you like to "mute" and you can set everything (sound, LED, vibration etc. individually for this acount)

    Edge has very clear restrictions, one being that you must have 6 months of clean payment history which you don't. Either wait until April 14, or good luck at Sprint.
    I am unsure how it can be determined the payment mix up was the fault of CS, but regardless, the mix up was done. There can be any number of reasons why a payment could be missed without any fault on your part, however you are still the responsible party for the account and must live with the repercussions.

    If you are using your computer's iTunes then you can log out of an account via the Store > Sign Out menu option, that will then change to a Store > Sign In option
    Is that what you are doing ?
