Subscription charged but not working

I have an email that my credit card was charged for subscription minutes and my account says that it was done but I don't have the minutes credited to my account

PB battery charged but not working
I have a third party battery in my 15" Aluminium PB. It charges but doesn't power the Mac at all... It just shuts down straight away and messes up the date and time settings on reboot (rebooted using AC power). Any ideas?
Thanks.Did the third-party battery ever work properly? If not, return it. If you post the brand or vendor of that battery, perhaps we can direct you to another model that may do better. If the battery came from an auction site, i would be very leery of it. Lots of reports of counterfeit batteries that simply don't work.
the date/time issues are due to a dead internal backup battery. Many Powerbooks ave the same issue but continue to work. New inernal batteries are nearly impossible to come by except for the latest PBs, and require a major teardown to replace.
If you get a new main battery that actually works then the dead internal won't be such an issue. -
Subscription paid but not working
I have paid for an Unlimited world subscription to make calls to Colombia and we have used it for a while. The other day it was disconnected and on the 16/05/2012 I paid for it again to reconnect, when on the internet it says the package is delivered and I have paid for it but I still cannot make calls from my phone. Can you please help, thank you
I did all the stuff you guys mentioned, no go. Called Apple and did some basic stuff, one of them being Turn on Airplane mode then off. Fixed it for me. Here is the basic article from Apple. Great service from Apple again..

Charged an annual subscription fee but not getting my product.
It would seem that Adobe have helped themselves to £12.70 from my bank account. When I look to see what it is for, it would seem that they have taken a renewal fee from me for Adobe PDF Export. OK, so I had this last year and it didnt work. When I go to an Adobe file and try to convert it to word it asks me to renew. I have seemingly already done this so why does it continually ask me to do it again. NOT HAPPY.
OK thank you for that. Actually just as you emailed this to me I was looking on a pdf document on my pc and I didnt actually realise I needed to be logged in to my account for it to be able to convert a pdf whilst I was using my laptop. So everytime I was asking it to convert a document to word it told me that I had to subsribe but when I am signed in, it locates my account and converts the document straight away.
Its a bit confusing and there is not much help on the adobe website, but a note on the blod might be helpful so idiots like me know that they have to be logged in for it to work!!!

My iPad 2 charger is not working when plugged to a wall..but when plugged to a computer...it says unknown device...what's happening and how do I fix this problem?!
Have you recharge your iPod for at least 2 hours, preferably till the Full charge Battery symbol comes ON.?

The warranty is only good in the U.S.
You woulod have to send it to someone in the U.S. They could take it in and if it is defective, then it would be replaced. -

Are they going to replace it with a new one ?Most likely yes. There's a manufacturers warranty against defects for a year. I'd contact your place of purchase and talk to them about it.
