Subscription covered by promotion - payment still ...

Hello,
I have a skype premium account which is due to expire in July 2015, and it's covered by a promotion which I recieved when I purchased microsoft office.
Payment is trying to be taken for the premium account, even though it's already coverd. Additional complexity in the fact the card I have registered is no longer in use and I am recieving emails about payment being refused even though the subscription is active until next year.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Your existing Premium subscription for group video calling was converted into a Unlimited World subscription for the same price when Skype group video calling became a free feature in April 2014. See here for details:

In your case this date was pushed out a few months as before April you redeemed the Premium voucher with office. If you are not interested in keeping the Unlimited World calling subscription for a lower price please cancel it by following the instructions here: https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA1881/how-do-i-cancel-my-subscription

There is no serial number and you don't need one. What you need for a subscription is to SIGN IN within Acrobat, so it knows the subscriptions you own.

This is a case for the iTunes Store Support:
1. Go to expresslane.apple.com
2. select 'itunes' and then 'itunes store' on the right
3. select a topic and a subject
4. click 'continue' and then 'email'
5. fill out the form and explain your situation
6. they will respond within 24 hours usually

I have unlimited international calling to landlines in the US and Mexico, but I keep getting charged for calling my home phone that is a landline. The phone has always been a landline, never transfered to a mobile. Can I get this fixed?

Your call history shows that last calls to Mexico were covered by your subscription, but calls to US are not.
Currently don't have a subscription that would cover US calls. You can check your account: https://secure.skype.com/account/

Paid subscription, delivered, new billing cycle, still can't make calls

Paid subscription for 2500 mins to India. First month worked fine. Second month didn't work. Payment has been delivered to Skype but still no access. Billing cycle is over why can't u make calls?

Subscription to India double payment

I paid for unlimited subscription to India on 24/08/2012 around 32 AUD$ were deducted from my account. Saying India Unlimited min subscription. I am not sure what it is?? And showing that subscription expires in 12 days. Can anyone explain why. I realized that there is no unlimited plan for India, but still my account is showing up as unlimited call to India-mobile and landlines. I am confused. Please help.

Subscription is charged for year still shows only ...

i paid for 1 year india calling 800 min, and the i was out of minutes so bought another 800 min monthly subscription, it messed up everything
then for now i bought 2500 min subsccription, please fix my issue....
also i had bought 1 year free USA/canada calling and still getting charged for monthly usa subscription, please refund that credit as well

With my account i have called bangladesh for 300 min. its in a reccuring process so it will renew on the correct date...and i will be able to call bangladesh becuase my subscription was brought before skype decided to delete bangladesh from the UNLIMITED LIST.
So now if i upgrade my subscription to unlimited...will i still be able to call bangladesh. because i am not cancelling my subscription im just upgrading it.

Your account shows that you have a 300 minutes Subscription which includes Bangladesh as a destination to call landlines only. You can't purchase or upgrade to an unlimited version as that option doesn't exist anymore.

Subscription activation date overdue and still can...

My subscriptions normally activated automatically every months as I have set direct debit. This months however my account says activation due on 20 December but today is 21 December and still the subscription not activated. I also have received an email with delivery conformation pn 18 December . Anyone can help?!

I have paid for subscription monthly and I am able to call landlines or mobile with my ipad but I can't make a call with my macbook pro, each time I try to make a call with my macbook I am told to "get Skype cridet" to call the numbers. Could you help me please? Many thanks.

Get in touch with support (by web chat on weekends). Maybe there is an issue with processing your payment.

Student plan subscription paused for non payment.

Hi I have a subscription for a student plan but it has been paused due to not being able to take payment. I now am trying to get spotify to retake payment. I logged in to my account and am trying to repay to unpause my account but there is no opetion to retry to take payment. It looks like I have been kicked off of the student plan because the only option I see is to get the premium account all over again but for 9.99 when I was only paying 4.99. please HELP!!! Update.... After a 24 hour e-mail delay, itunes cancelled my subscription with netflix and refunded my money. Itunes also asked me to resubscribe to netfix through them. I called Netfix and had my subsription started again in less than 2 minutes not using itunes. It was so nice being able to talk to someone on the phone with instant satisfaction. Sorry itunes, with today's technology there is no excuse for e-mail delays.
