Subscription Denmark, cant call

Hello,
A few months ago I purchased a subscription for mobile and landline to Denmark. At first it worked perfectly but now it doesn't. When I try to call my moms mobile (I've only called mobiles when it worked) it says that I need to buy more credit. I haven't figured out the problem, can you help me?
The monthly payment for the subscription has been drawn every month so I really don't understand what's going on.

I have the same problem as you (cant call Denmark) and to top it off, I have an Unlimited World Plan and have had it for over 9 years. In my efforts to resolve this situation, I have discovered that there is a the lack of customer service, basically, . . . absolutlely no one to speak with regarding any issues you have. You will spend hours maneuvring through a badly setup website trying to get to the email address where you can ask for help, but unforfunatly, it will never appear. Usually, a sucessful company is willing to uncover issues that hinder progress, because progress leads to financial success, but it is also possible that by observing the type of actions or response of a company in a typical situation such as customer service(or lack of it), you can tell whether or not the company may be in a decline or in troubled times.Just hope they solve this problem with haste, guess we'll see how this one turns out.It leaves me having to re think on the renewal of this plan.

    Are you trying to call Mobiles? Not all countries covered by this subscription can call Mobiles for Free.

    Upon checking, I found out that you were calling a Shared Cost number.
    Shared Cost numbers are charged at a higher rate than regular numbers. Calls to these numbers are partly paid for by the receiver of the call and are often used by local businesses and other institutions.
    Note that calls to Shared Cost numbers are not covered by our subscriptions. This is the reason you were asked to purchase Skype Credit to be able to call that number. I recommend that you purchase Skype Credit if you need to call supported Shared Cost numbers: https://secure.skype.com/account/buy/credit

    We are fellow users here on these forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple.
    If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset - which will normally be by phone as they need to confirm your id and that it's your account.

    I have no idea what the cause is, but the first thing I would do is get in touch with Globe and find out if it is or is not a network or account configuration problem.  If the phone is working for other network related features, and not others, then the first area for trouble shooting would be the carrier and their network.

    All subscriptions apply to call forwarding. For example if your calls are forwarded to your mobile number in Japan, then you need a subscription that covers Japan: http://www.skype.com/go/subscriptions
    Subscription should cover the number where you forward your calls.
    Currently there aren't Unlimited subscription for Japan mobile, only landlines: http://www.skype.com/intl/en-us/prices/pay-monthly/#JP

    Well, the thing is i cant call any number. even *288. I just get a busy signal on everything. And i have rebooted the phone. My phones information is still showing its identifying itself under the old number while the new number is whats on my account.
