Subscription expiring

On 22nd April '13, I paid for a 12 month premium subscription for unlimited calls to Singapore. I just received an email today to say that because my credit card is expiring this month, it will cause my subsciption to terminate at the end of the billing period which is on 1st Aug '13. Why is this so when I had paid for a year's subsciption which should bring my subscription to 22nd April 2014?

                      I hope someone can assist me.  I currently have unlimited india calling plan. This product was discontinued sometime ago. However i still hold the subscription as i have been holding this subscription for a long time.
                               However on friday (day before yesterday) my payment for the subscription was refused due to my debit card not valid anymore.
                              I have spoken to the skype customer service via chat on friday and they advised me to update the card details which i did , and i was told the subscription will be renewed automatically which didnt happened.
                              I again spoke to the skype customer service yesterday and they advised me the same thing again to update the card details which  i did yesterday and i was confirmed the subscription will be renewed within 24 hours, which , when i checked today, didnt happened.
                              I spoke to the skype agent today again to renew my skype subscription , but agent advised me the same thing as other agents to update the details . I told him that i have already done that twice.
                                      Then he advised me to cancel my subscription and reactivate again. But i dont want to go this way, becoz if i cancel the subscription and then not being to to reactivate i will loose the product even for today.
                                   My skype subscription still says active in the account status. However no payment has been taken yet. and my subscription expires tonight.
                         Can someone kindly let me know what can i do to retain my subscription? as i dont want to loose it
    The thing i have done till now are :
    (1) updated my payment details twice
    (2) added three source of payment (1 using credit card, another using paypal, and the third using debit card
    i was advised by the agent , that the payment system is automated. Can someone let me know when the system will try to take the payment second time. as the first time being refused first time on friday?
       OR please someone can advice me a alternate way to retain my subscription?

    According to your account you have one Subscription - the Unlimited UK/India Plan - not the Unlimited India Plan. Please clarify. PayPal couldn't process your original order due to the expired credit card. As you have now updated your card you should resubmit your order. If you cancel a Plan which is no longer available or allow it to expire you will lose it permanently.

  • File usage after subscription expired or canceled

    Hello!
    I keep reading that if the subscription is expired or canceled, the files created using the suite are no longer available for use. How is that? I was under the impression that I can locally store all my files. If I transfer my files to someone with an active copy of Photoshop, they should still be able to be used correct?
    I have at least three people I actively swap created files with and don't wish to lose files I create during the subscription period if I choose to go on another direction.

    When your subscription expires or is cancelled, you lose access to the use of the Cloud apps (software).
    But any files (created by those apps) you store locally will always be fine whether you're a Cloud member or not. No different to owning a perpetual license They're yours to keep and do with what you will - but you won't be able to open or edit them with Cloud apps.
    Files stored in the Cloud are affected by the transition from 20GB storage (for members) to 2GB storage (free for non-members).
    Once you cancel your membership, you've got 90 days to reduce your online Cloud storage from 20GB to 2GB before Adobe does it for you (and then there may be some file loss)..

    If you cancel your paid membership you will still have access to the free level of membership, which provides 2GB of storage.   • Maintain an Adobe Muse site for a client once Muse subscription expires?

    Hi there, I'd really appreciate some advice here. I have created a site in adobe muse for a client that is shortly to be pushed live. I also have a subscription to Adobe Muse (monthly), which  will need to terminate shortly. How can I ensure that the site made under my account/subscription stays live when my subscription expires?  It is my understanding that my client can pay a third party hoster (or adobe business catalyst) to host the site - is this the case?

    Hello Matt,
    It is not mandatory to keep Muse subscription active after the site has been pushed live (this is in case of paid sites). Even if you discontinue the Muse subscription/membership, the paid site will still be very much active. It is also true that the client can use a third party hosting service or Business Catalyst to host the site. If you want them to publish from their own account with Business Catalyst, then send the .muse file to them and let them install the trial version of Muse (if they would just be publishing this site only this one time) or subscribe to Muse paid subscription (if they are going to keep making changes to the site time and again), and have them publish the site from their account.
    They can also upload the site to the host from their end, or this is something that you can do for them as well, as it doesn't have the concept of account creation then.

    i just called hbo now.  they are on system overload.  apparently no one can sign in.  she recommended i try to sign in during the middle of the night to see if it works. they "hope" to have the problems resolved in short order.  she said not to sign up for a new subscription because you will be charged for 2 subscriptions.

  • It appears since my Windows PC McAfee AV subscription expired my PC's iTunes doesn't see my two Apple TV2's.  My computer has internet connection thru router and my ATV has internet connection thru same router.  My iPad can see the ATV but it can't see iT

    My Windows PC iTunes doesn't see my two Apple TV2's (in the speaker button in lower right of iTunes), I believe this problem began when my PC's McAfee AV subscription expired.  My computer has internet connection thru router and my ATVs have internet connection thru same router so it's not a networking issue.  My iPad can see the ATVs but it can't see iTunes so the problem appears to be PC/iTunes related.  I turned the PC's firewall off but no joy.  I uninstalled the expired McAfee and still no joy.  Reboot = no joy.  Glass of scotch = no joy.  Need help!!

    Wanted to add that I turned on Home Sharing w/the same account in iTunes and ATVs.  And I've successfully streamed music/photos to my ATVs for over a year.

    When you are creating iView, you should select the " iView Template " and select the " KM Subscription iView " in the Template Selection, after you completion. Just you check it out. It will show the details about the subscription documents and its owner, subscripted item, Notification on, Expiration Date.
    And also you have to try this iView " KM Recent Notifications iView ", it is also the show the details about the subscription, Feedback for the documents, Reviews for the Docuements and Approval for that documents like wise.
    When Expiry date reached for the documents, subscription also expired. Subscription enabled in that documents. And also you can have to use the Mail server by the way, email notification send to admin / Manager role using the groupware.
    You have to try this steps to creating the Scheduler task for the documents Content Management --> Reports --> Time-based Publishing --> Click New (Select the path for the KM Folder).

    Skype offered free trial "World" subscriptions to some users which are "expiring". This email is a fairly deceitful attempt to get you to extend your current subscription in my opinion.

  • What Happens to AWS AMI's When Your CAL Subscription Expires

    I just tried out the Free Trial for enterprise foundation extensions on HANA and experimented with managing my instances directly from my AWS Console. I noticed that when I created two AMI (ERP HANA and BI) directly in the AWS Console and subsequently tried to launch new Instances from that AMI my dispatcher fails. (I shut down the Hana DB manually before taking the snapshot and started both the DB and SAP Services manually on startup)
    However doing exactly the CAL version of this process (Create Solution off a suspended instance) from CAL management console and launch new instance with this "My CAL solution" works fine.. Apart from the subsequent licensing error when trying when trying to log in to this new instance mased on "My CAL solution". So my assumption is that this is all happening because these are special trial licenses.
    This got me wondering;
    1.  Let's say I have a CAL subscription and valid development/partner licenses for my Installation, would I have the same experience as I described above?
    2.  After building a solution and creating an AMI on AWS, if my cloud subscription expires or I chose for what ever reason not to renew, will this AMI that was created through create a solution option in CAL and stored as an AWS AMI be still valid.
    3. Following from 2, will I be able to subsequently launch it in AWS in a new VPC and not the CAL VPC without any issues?
    Would really appreciate if anyone can share some insight on this..

    Creating AMIs and launching instances directly from the AWS Console violates the Terms and Conditions of the corresponding free trial or SAP CAL subscription.

  • Lightroom mobile subscription expired

    I logged into LR 5.4 to use the new mobile features.  My Creative Cloud subscription is current.  But LR 5.4 is showing me the message "Lightroom mobile subscription expired" - in orange letters above my name in the upper left corner of LR.
    Obviously, something is wrong somewhere.
    I think the adobe tech people who follow this forum need to look into this.  Being one of the first people to try this means no one else has seen this problem yet.

    My problem was solved by one of your colleagues. I bought a Student and Teacher subscription (I am Professor at Paris Descartes University) on July, 24 and my Visa Card was charged. This was done using the ID claude.xxxxxxxxxxxxx
    It appears that I have a second ID, orpheexxxxxxxxxxx that I previously used for a 30 days trial of Adobe CC.

  • Cannot Download Purchased Music After iTunes Match Subscription Expired

    The other day my iTunes Match subscription expired (making less money and decided to cut out the cost). I expected to not be able to access music I had stored on my computer (which was the only reason I did Match in the first place), but now, even songs I have very recently purchased using my phone are unavailable. I don't typically buy songs while on my computer, preferring instead to just use the iTunes app on my phone to make the purchases on the go. After purchasing them, I did not think they would not actually be downloaded to my phone. Anytime I try to re-download these songs, I receive a pop up notification stating when my iTunes Match subscription expired. Is there a way to get these songs to play on my phone without having to pay for iTunes Match again? I'm pretty unhappy about this because that was not how Match was advertised to function and don't feel we should have to pay a yearly fee just to be able to restore our purchases we made on the actual device.
    My phone is a 32 gb 5S running iOS 8.3.

    I've been having a problem similar to this. I click download, it charges me for it and then gives me a message saying there was a problem downloading, an unknown error occurred(-50), check the network connection to make sure it is active and try again. No firewall, no web accelator, network working fine for EVERYTHING else. I think this is because the iTunes servers are overloaded. It seems to have started once they put movies, tv shows, video games, etc. on the iTunes store. I would imagine the download time of these new services are much longer and more bandwidth taxing than the music they've been selling. I usually continue to try for the next few days, maybe trying during off hours to avoid the bandwidth traffic jams, and this SEEMS to help. Although, this is all pure speculation, it is what has worked for me. Still makes me consider paying more at Borders just so I CAN own it when I pay for it. Seems if you take my money I should get the product. Kinda sucky.

    Yesterday was my annual renewal date for my subscription to call phones in the USA and Canada.  Skype automatically charged me and sent me an email saying they did so.
    Today I got an email saying my subscription expired.
    My account appears to be working.
    Is this email I received also related to that World account email problem other people were having in the last few days?

    I'm an individual interested in making Youtube videos with After Effects. Maybe even run advertisements eventually if I become popular. However, I'd like to fully understand how the Creative Cloud license works, as I'd like work within my granted rights. It's just the legalese that's hurting my head a little.
    So please tell me if I'm correct about the following. If not, please clarify me!
    With this license, I'm allowed to publish Youtube videos made from AE.
    With this license, I am allowed to run advertisements on Youtube videos made from AE.
    If my subscription expires, I'm no longer allowed to make use of After Effects.
    If my subscription expires, I DO NOT have to remove my Youtube videos / remove advertisements.
    I can resume normal activities if I renew my subscription.
    The biggest thing I'd like clarification on is #4. I'm quite the worrywart and I'd just like someone with experience to clarify whether or not that is true.
