Subscription for India not activated

Hi,
Today I purchased the 2500 mins subscription for India with Order No. [removed for privacy]. I also received the confirmation email for the same. But unfortunately I am not ablse to make calls. Whenever I try to make a call it says you dont have any credit. I have been using this subscription earlier as well and didnt face any such issue.
Request you to please get this sorted out as soon as possible. I need to make daily calls to my family back home.

    Sorry to bother you, I have recently purchased the 2500min calls to India subscription and I am not able to make calls to India, its not connecting, and even if it is sometimes the voice is not there.
    Is your subscription is working for you? The India calling subscription?
    Is there any tips or advice you can provide to me if your subscription is working ?

    I am using India 2500 minutes subscription since last year each month renewed. This month it has just renewed on 4th of March 2014. My payment histry is showing that my oder has delivered and my bank account has a debit for that.
    However, when i trying to call a number in India, showing I need to buy credit. My Skype account is showing that i have reached my monthly call limit to India 2500 minutes 1 month.
    Please advise what should i do.

    Due to the time it can take for some transactions to be processed, we charge your bank or PayPal account three days in advance to ensure prompt delivery of your subscription. You don’t lose these three days: your subscription is still valid for the full period that you sign up for (one, three or 12 months).
    Although the recurring payment is taken three days in advance to avoid possible delays, your subscription minutes are reset based on the initial purchase date and time

  • My Skype subscription for India calling is not wor...

    Hi, I recently purchased Skype India calling for 2500min/month subscription. My problems are listed below;
    1. The subscription is unfortunately not working at all. I tried on couple of mobile numbers, its sometimes connecting but no voice. Only one time I was able to connect to land line number and the voice was OK, but still not so good clarity.
    2. I am not able to use this subscription feature in my Android mobile (Galaxy S4), to call mobile numbers or land line number are not possible at all my Skype mobile.
    Please help me find a solution for it. My normal Skype video and voice calls are working fine in my Laptop and also in my Android mobile but the subscription is not working. If there is no solution or official communication I have to cancel subscription, why should I unnecessarily pay to Skype.
    Any suggestion or help is appreciated greatly.

    First of all thanks for your reply and also you mentioned something PSTN/Cellular network etc etc how the Skype is working. But look here my problem is why this is happening, the subscription name itself India calling then Skype should be able to tieup or catch up with the local Indian carrier, isn't it? How do I know that the local carrier is supporting or not? I need a solution not the reason, yeah it is good to know the reason but what I will do with the reason here; it is beyond my doing. If this is the genuince reason for the failure then Skype is making false statement and fooling around the customers saying you can call Indian Mobile and land lines by this subscription, which is clearly not happening.
    Please let me know if there is anything can be done on this issue, yours time and effort is appreciately greatly.

  • Fix for iMessage not activating?

    Has anyone had luck resolving this yet?  I can get regular txt messages but iMessage and facetime will not activate and im also getting pop up notices in just about every app that it cannot connect to itunes to deliever push notifications....any help would be great.
    P.S.  Just to save some time...
        I HAVE
    - restarted the phone multiple times (hard and soft restarts)
    - reset network settings back to default
    - signed out of iCloud and back in
    - tried activating on LTE and two different wi-fi networks
    - toggled iMessage and Factime on and off and restarted after doing so.
         I HAVE NOT
    - restored my phone from a back up
    - reset my phone

    1) Erase your networking settings - you will have to enter in your Wifi password again after your phone resets the networking settings
    2)Turn on Airplane mode and shut Wifi off.
    3) Shut off your phone
    4) Turn it back on
    5) Connect to wifi with Airplane mode ON
    6) Go into Settings > Messages >Toggle the iMessage Switch
    7) Go to a Contact you know has an iPhone and try to send a message you will see iMessage in the typing area.
    If need be turn your phone on airplane mode and have wifi on and do a regular shut down of your phone and turn it back on. Worked for me. I have iPhone 4S.

    Got itune card as a gift, loaded on my iphone.  Wondering why Apple will not process pymts from that card for my paradora subscription?

    If you were instructed to call them, then that's what you should do. They will probably need to verify your identity before helping you with the security question.

    Hi i got an email on the 6th July titled "Your subscription funded by PayPal has been cancelled" due to a problem with my CC linked on my PayPal account so i sorted that a paid for skype then got the email titled "We've delivered your order" but to this day i still cant make any free call to the locations listed (ie. Thailand Moblie) so as you see below next payment is due on the 6th AUGUST 2012

    hello all. my subscription to india 800 hundred minutes. minutes are over. i bought new subscription of 800 minutes it will not active. and another time i bought new 120 minutes subcription it is also not active . it is showing in subcription bar. call not working. please help

You have used your full 60 minutes allocation for your current billing cycle and the next 60 minutes purchased today will be added to your account on May 7th 2015.
    Please note that your billing cycle starts on the 7th of each month.

    We have upgraded SAP version from R/3 4.6C to ECC 6.00 EHP 4
    However, in our present ECC6 - we are now going for fresh Payroll Implementation for India.
    We observed that in upgraded development client HR standard data is missing ,
    where as this is available in standard development client 000.
    following is the example of standard customization data.
    1- Statutory compliance update is missing.
    2- HR form Editor for India pay slip is missing.
    3- Dynamic Action for India Taxation Infotype is missing.
    Above mentioned are few examples.
    Please note that both the client patch level is same. Kindly advice what to do, so that Standard HR data and table with ECC6 version is available in development Server,
    Also we have activated business function components EA-HR , but system are not showing details for Payroll in India.

    ans save and leave the transaction and check the system.

  • 3 Months 800 minutes UIndia subscription not activ...

    Ihaveprevious Subscription ended on April1st and due to some payment issues it was not renewed automatically. Now I subcribed for a new subscription today and it is not active yet. Its still showing my renewal date as 25th April but my subscriptin end date as 22nd July, which is exactly three months from today. There is some problem and I request you to please do the needful for the same ASAP
