Subscription has reverted to Free account settings

We received (19/03/15) information via email that "Your FormsCentral subscription has expired, but we hope you'll continue enjoying
our services as a free member."
I understood that we would be able to use the account at the 'Regular' settings until FormsCentral is retired later this year.
The account has reverted to FREE account settings and consequently I'm unable to access all the data that has previously been submitted.
Worse still is the fact that I migrated the account to JOTFORM and it appears that not all of the data has been imported.
I'm a big fan of ADOBE products and have introduced the widespread use of them throughout my organisation. The Gloss is certainly fading!
What do I need to do to retrieve all of our data?

I will have someone look into this and correct your account.

    Thank you cor-el for your reply. To clarify for any other followers of this post: I found that if I first selected "Remember history" (apparently synonymous with "Default settings") and "OK," then reopened the Options pane and selected "Never remember history," it would stay selected. This seems like a bug to me however, since there is already a selection for single-session Private Browsing in the "Tools" pull-down menu, and it is simply not intuitive that a setting once selected would revert to any other setting simply because you re-opened "Options." This will result in many users who are not paying close attention using settings which they do not intend to use regarding their privacy. This is the sort of thing I expect from Microsoft or Adobe, but not from Mozilla.

    I have the same problem - it is maddening. I rely on this iPad for work so this is not just an annoyance! The above solutions of changing the appleid on the device or on the website do not work.
    The old email address no longer exists - I haven't used it in a year probably and I no longer have the account.  I logged into the appleid website and there is no trace of the old email address so there is nothing that can be deleted or changed there.  On the iPad there is no trace of the old email address so nothing can be deleted there either. I have updated the iPad software and the same problem comes right back.  Every 2 seconds I am asked to log in using the old non-existent email.  The device is currently useless.
    The only recent change to anything was the addition of an Apple TV device, which was set up using the correct login and password.
    Does anyone have any ideas? The iPad has been backed up to the iCloud so presumably it now won't recognize the current iCloud account? So restoring may notbe an option?

  • I changed my AppleID/Password and now am locked out of iCloud. iCloud says maximum number of free accounts have been activated. tried Settings, Mail etc but iCloud does not appear. I was going to delete it and start again.

    Had to change Apple ID/Password recently now cannot access iCloud. In settings when tapping iC, log in screen appears with old ID and request for (old) password.
    In Settings  Mail, Contacts etc iCloud does not appear. I was going to delete account.
    Trying new ID/Password message appears "maximum no. of free accounts have been activated".
    Using old ID/Password message apperas "you can,t sign in because account was disabled for security reasons ......reset password at iforgot.apple.com which i did.

    I tried to log in to iCloud but a message appears telling me I "can't sign in because my account was disabled for security reasons....reset password at iforgot.apple.com". I don't know why this happened.
    I reset both my Apple ID and password.
    When I tap Settings iCloud is listed on the left side between General and Mail, Contacts etc.
    Tapping iCloud brings up a log in screen for iCloud which shows my old Apple ID and requests the password. If I put the password in I get the message as above.
    If I use the new Apple ID/Password I get the message "the maximum number of free accounts have been activated....
    In settings there is no option to "Delete Account"
    Any suggestions??

  • I received an erroneous "per request" downgrade email (saying I had downgraded to free account) but my account was charged $20.00!  I had never requested a downgrade!  Why?  And what has happened to my data in excess of 5 GB storage??

    I received an email from Apple about fifteen minutes ago saying that "per your request" I had downgraded to a free account for iCloud.  But I had made no such request!  In fact, I had expected Apple to charge me $20.00 for a full 15 GB of storage.  And Apple in fact did charge my bank card for that amount!  But when I check the Apple device, an iPod Touch (4th Gen) for my iCloud storage status, it states that I had "exceeded" my free 5 GB!  This is absurd, since Apple owes me a full 15 GB based on the fact that it has charged my bank card for the amount of $20.00 for that storage option.
    To make things worse, the device nevertheless contradictorily refuses to let me "upgrade" to the $20.00 option on the relevant screen (since obviously the truth is that I have a full 15 GB and the information on the screen recognizes this fact), even as it continues to state on an earlier screen that I had only 5 GB, not 15 GB, of storage (and had exceeded it).
    So the bottom line is that 1. Apple sent me an erroneous notice that I had "downgraded" to a free account when I had done no such thing; 2. My iPod now relates two contradictory stories about how much storage I really have (as noted in the second paragraph above); and 3. I'd like to know what happened to the data I already had in storage that had already exceeded 5 GB -- did it get erased?
    I've been charged $20.00 for a full 15 GB and yet still have nothing to show for it but the 5 GB  free account!  Worse yet, I may have lost data (as the storage used before all of this happened was a little over 6 GB already).

    I have the same problem. For about 1 month ago I extended my iCloud storage account (+20 GB) in order to maintain my backups for iPHONE and iPAD as my account would expire 14/10. In spite of this, I got an email 15/10, which said that iCloud was reduced to 5 GB. 2 hours later I received a new email with comfirmation on the purchase of +20 GB storage plan. However, I only have access to 5 GB on my iPad and iPhone. Called Apple Support but they couldn´t help me. Did you find any solution ?

    You have Acrobat Pro on your system. It will try to open PDFs, and of course it will fail. You must uninstall it. Then, you will need a PDF reader. So install Adobe Reader. That seems quite simple, but perhaps something is wrong. If anything goes wrong with these two steps (1) uninstall Acrobat Pro (2) install Adobe Reader, then please let us know the details.

    I recently upgraded to OSX 10.6.8 and can't get iTunes to launch under my primary Admin Account: itunes 11.0.3 won't launch in 10.6.8
    We seem to have narrowed the problem down to account settings; iTunes will launch under an alternate account on the same computer.
    So I can set up a new account to use on my system. But is there a way to zero-out, revert, or reset my EXISTING admin user account so as to take it to ground zero and see if I can isolate the problem from there?

    you are only able to use up to 3 icloud accounts on an ios device.
    your only option is to use one of the accounts you already have.

    As Csound1 said, you cannot create a fourth new account on the same device, but this should not prevent you from signing onto an account you have created previously.

    It looks like your ExportPDF subscription is still pending. It can take 24-48 hours to process fully. But once it does, you'll be able to log in and use it without it asking you to pay!

    All you can do is re-use on of the accounts previously created on your device, or create an account to use on another iOS device or Mac (running OS X 10.7.2 or later), if you have one.
