Subscription not active

hello all. my subscription to india 800 hundred minutes. minutes are over. i bought new subscription of 800 minutes it will not active. and another time i bought new 120 minutes subcription it is also not active . it is showing in subcription bar. call not working. please help

Your account shows that the transaction today wasn't a new Subscription purchase. It was the renewal of your monthly Subscription which you took out on April 6th 2015. You have used your full 60 minutes allocation for your current billing cycle and the next 60 minutes purchased today will be added to your account on May 7th 2015.
Please note that your billing cycle starts on the 7th of each month.

    Ihaveprevious Subscription ended on April1st and due to some payment issues it was not renewed automatically. Now I subcribed for a new subscription today and it is not active yet. Its still showing my renewal date as 25th April but my subscriptin end date as 22nd July, which is exactly three months from today.     Your Subscription will allow you to call within your Subscription coverage for a total of 800 minutes per your billing monrh. Any unused minutes are not carried over to your next billing month.

  • Subscription not active still

    My subscription amount every month deducts on 23rd and subscription gets activated only after 26th even my earlier subscription minutes are used completely..
    I am actually stuck and even after paying, I cannot use my Skype subscription. This is really disgusting..there should be some way to prepond the subscription date so that a person after paying can enjoy talking continuously..

    Well I'm no expert but after having similar problems myself I try my best here to help I suppose the system works similar to a cell/mobile contract mins renew on a set date each month. Yes I agree with you there should be a simple motion set in place so if you use your mins then you shall be able to make an early repayment as where mins is concerned the only thing I can suggest is perhaps buy some credit to use as a back up so it's there as emergency, buy the skype unlimited package which I must say is a little dear up front but in the long run u save a little bit or maybe perhaps contact customer support. I hate to divert you there because countless times since Microsoft took over the system is absolute garbage if you ask me but they are the only guys that can ultimately get things done on here all you may receive is advice and directed to the scrutiny of the devil spawn of Skype customer support I hope you get your problem solved sorry I can not be of any help

    hi, i am having the same issue. i have purchased an unlimited worldwide and have a free 1 month trial. It shows up on my account as this sub is active. However when i try to call it says that i need to buy credit or take out a sub. i am going around in circles trying to solve it.

    You have a totally different issue.
    Your account shows that you are calling a cellphone in Ireland. Please note that only calls to landlines in Ireland are included in the Unlimited World Subscription.
    Check your coverage carefully.

    I have a "Visual Studio Ultimate with MSDN" subscription. As part of the subscription is the bundled "Office 365 Developer Subscription". I tried to activate the subscription 3 months ago but it failed with some temporary error. Now if I
    try to reactivate the subscription, it says 
    "It’s no longer offered by Microsoft.

    The beta or trial you’re requesting has expired.
    The promotion code has already been used."
    How do I avail the benefit of the subscription?

    I have already called the support helpline there 3 times and it was of no use. (My company is based in India and our experience for MSDN support here hasn't been that good compared to US support).

  • Creative suite 5.5 subscription not activating any more. Keeps on saying "check internet connection"

    For last 2 days I'm not able to activate/work because of this error. Tried to activate it on another PC but still get this error!!

    I have subscribed to creative cloud and also purchased annual subscription for the Illustrator. However it doesnt show a product in my list and also keeps saying trial expired. So i purchased again and now in my login it shows i have two subscriptions for the same thing but cant activate as i dont have any product key. can you advise what to do and how to cancel one.

    Hi,
    I've suddenly come across a problem with Adobe Bridge where it isn't allowing me to open .CR2 files into Camera Raw. When I right click on an image in Bridge, an error message pops up:
    "Bridge's parent application is not active. Bridge requires that a qualifying product has been launched at least once to enable this feature."
    Originally, I opened Photoshop CS6, then File > Browse in Bridge. I've have opened ACR hundreds of times on this computer so I don't understand why it wants me to open it to be able to use it. I've opened a RAW file from Windows explorer, but when going back to Bridge, the same error occurs.
    Does anyone know what the problem is here and how to fix it?

    Then, in Bridge, I get the dreaded "Camera Raw blah blah blah" message when trying to open files in ACR by pressing 'cmd-R' or going to File > Open in Camera Raw.
    This seems related to an old thread and I'm using email to read and write to the forum. Can you clarify a bit more about the blahblah?
    You stated that it happened suddenly this morning and also mention a subscription trouble with the creative cloud. Did you use Bridge after the trouble was solved and it worked but stopped this morning or was it directly after you reinstalled everything?
    Did you already try the obvious restart Bridge holding down option key and choose reset preferences? The Clean tool is not deleting everything Adobe has installed before.
    And double check on the updates, the application manager sometimes has a mind of its own, especially when having multiple language versions installed, it only updates the language version set in preferences.
    And check PS the About Menu
    for about PS it should say 13.1.2 x64
    and about plug in / camera raw it should say 7.3.0.71.
    And in Bridge About Bridge it should say 5.0.2.4
    Can you confirm this and can you also report what other applications you have installed from the creative cloud.
    And since I changed to OSX 10.8 I can't check myself, is 10.7.5 the latest update?

  • Trouble launching creative cloud apps. Subscription is activated but it shows trial expired screen.

    I am trying to launch creative cloud apps on 10.7.3 lion imac, but it keeps asking me to license the software, which I have already done. It even shows that subscription is active, but for some reason it keeps taking me back to the trial expired screen. I have already tried uninstallling everything and reinstalling, but that has not solved the issue. Creative Cloud seem to work just fine on my 10.6.8 macbook, but would not work on 10.7.3 iMac. Please help!!! I am so frustrated. I am paying for this and can't even launch an app. I am in the second month of this subscription. First month, everything appeared to be a trial and now it has expired. Now, when I try to license the software, it activates it for me, but it never launces the app. It takes me back to the trial screen. What should I do???

    I hit this same problem. The problem wasn't on my machine: No amount of tweaking locally would fix it, no amount of removing the apps, cleaning, and reinstalling fresh. The problem was on Adobe's servers, where my account had been tagged as being a trial rather than a paying subscription.
    The experience was tremdously frustrating, as most of the techs were worthless and wouldn't read the notes on what came before but simply threw out a random, inapplicable bugfix to try before handing it off to the next tech who would repeat the process. And there was no channel to get past them. Each time they'd tell me they were escalating the case, which became obvious as being a lie after a few weeks. No company has that many tiers of tech support. I was locked out of Illustrator for more than a month, waiting for late replies and meaningless "fixes".
    Eventually my case landed at the desk of an agent who actually cared and kept looking until she found the answer. Thank you, Sarika Behal.

    I have been extremely frustrated with Adobe CC. It has delayed my image delivery to clients because photoshop keeps quitting and I am asked to renew subscription or go on trial. I find it ridiculous that Adobe has not found a fix to this issue after over a year now. Every month I am asked to renew my subscription and now I cannot even open photoshop and my subscription is active. I am being told its an apple issue. I spoke to 3 senior techs today for 8 hours and all they could say " Its not our problem ". I dont run any antivirus or firewall. Its very frustrating that my business is suffering because Adobe cannot get their act together. Extremely rude and rather dumb tech support. I am on a Mac Pro. 1GB RAM. Mac OS X. Version 10.8.5
