Subscription not being renewed despite payment bei...

Hi all.
One of my subscriptions has not been renewed. It clearly states that it should be renewed on the 17th, payment was taken on the 15th and it is now the 18th with no subcription renewal. I have attached an image which displays this.
I have lost one days worth of very important phone calls and unless there is some clear reason why it has not been renewed I would like reimbursement for the days subscription missed.
Also, I realise that this will make little difference, but it is totally unnacceptable to not have telephone support for such a widely used service, Apple has phone support as does every other large company. In the eyes of every consumer using Skype the only view and impression we are left with is one of cheapness and money skimming at the expense of customers satisfaction.

I think you may need to contact customer service regarding the issues with your subscription. Just open the link pasted below to see the instructions on how to get in touch with customer service.  At the moment, Skype is only offering support via email (webform) and live chat (for premium/selected members)

  • Invoice Due Date is past due but not being selected for payment

    We have 12.1.3.
    An invoice has a due date of 7/19 in our system. We have run payments several times but it is not being selected. terms are net 30, terms date was 6/19, GL date is 6/28.
    The invoice has been validated and accounted. Is there something i should be looking for to see why this won't get picked up?
    Any help is appreciated.

    For this invoice to be picked up immediately in a Payment Process Profile you can change the payment terms to immediate.
    Further, while running PPR u can select pay through date as 7/19 and select this invoice from the batch to pay.
    There are multiple factors like PPR used, if discount is applied that might effect this.

  • BBC iPlayer global subscription not being recognised on IPad 2

    I live in the Netherlands and have subscribed to BBC iPlayer Global. The paid subscription appears in my subscriptions (so is active) when I check via my Apple ID / manage subscriptions.  However when I try and use the app it indicates that I need to subscribe. When I try subscribing again it does not work because it brings up the existing subscription. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling. No difference. I only have one Apple ID so multiple ID's is not the issue. I have written to the BBC iPlayer Helpdesk (because they do not have a phone number!!!!) and they have been unresponsive so far after initially suggesting all the things I had already checked. Has anyone experienced similar problems and been able to solve this or does anyone have any ideas About anything else I can try?  This is really frustrating!! One thing, maybe of importance, is that when I try and reinstall the global iPlayer app after 'deleting' it, the cloud symbol appears by it. I have tried to get it put of the cloud, deleted my entire cloud account to no avail. Not sure if this could be part of the problem...
    I could not find a category to fit this question so IPad, using IPad seemed to be the only option.

    An issue has been identified with the latest AFL Live update 3.1.8. The app will crash when a live stream is accessed on iPad running 8.4 and above. We are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In the meantime, we recommend AFL Live subscribers do not upgrade to the latest version until further notice
    In the meantime,  would suggest to access via your iPhone - if you can log out of the app on your iPhone and log back in and advise how you go, alternatively if this doesn't resolve please review our FAQ's thread here AFL Live FAQ's

  • Suddenly my online IDs, and many website preferences, and/or cookies are not being saved despite trying all the various privacy settings

    In the past week, perhaps since I downloaded a new Firefox update my cookies are getting deleted every time I close or restart Firefox. I have cleared the cache and my tracking setting is at "Do not tell sites anything about my tracking" although I have also tried the other tracking settings as well. I have "accept cookies from sites" checked although I have "accept third-party cookies" on Never. I have "Keep Unti"l at "they expire" I have removed all extensions. This just suddenly started happening about a week ago although I can't recall changing any settings or installing any other software. The problem only seems to affect Firefox as Safari still remembers my online IDs etc. Is there a bug in the most recent Firefox update for Mac desktops?

    Note that this can be caused by a corrupted cookies.sqlite file.
    If it happens again then try to rename (or delete) <b>cookies.sqlite</b> (cookies.sqlite.old) and delete other present cookie files like <b>cookies.sqlite-journal</b> in the Firefox profile folder in case the file cookies.sqlite got corrupted.

    You have a monthly Subscription and have used your full 60 minutes allocation for this month. The new allocation of 60 minutes which you purchased on October 15th 2014 will be applied to your account on November 14th 2014. In the meantime you can continue to call by purchasing some credit.

  • Payment term is not being pickedup in cross company code transaction

    Dear Friends,
    In one of the cross company code transaction scenarios (MIRO), We post a invoice in HQ books to bill on outside vendor. In subsidiary books one more cross company code document will get generated automatically, as billing on HQ as a vendor. In that second document, payment term is not being pickedup.
    eg., A is HQ and B is subsidiary company
    I post invoice in A books as B account debit and outside vendor credit.
    In B books one more entry will get generated automatically as GRIR account debit and A (defined as vendor in B books) account credit.
    In B Books payment terms are maintained in vendor master record (A vendor).
    But still the payment terms are not being pickedup in that document. Because of this, it is taking the document date itself as net due date.
    Please suggest, how to proceed to pick some payment term in that document.

    Let me explain the steps I am following, for the problem I am getting. I directly goto Down Payment Invoice option and made a down payment invoice and then I try to use credit memo of that recently made Down Payment Invoice.
    But same that Copy TO option is not enable.

    Just a few lines to assure you you are not alone regarding speed delivery. By no means.
    I'm on Infinity 2 with HH5 - was virtually guaranteed 63 d/l and told possibly even up to 78. My actual speeds are nearer 15 (yes 15!) to 28 d/l if I am lucky. I've played all the obligatory games of checking and posting and reviewing my HH stats - and of course wasting my time with India "help" customer services who are instructed to read from a script of inane generalities which are usually completely irrelevant and have no connection whatsoever with a user's Specific problem.
    It more often than not turns out that the automated monitoring system imposes a software called DLM = Digital Line Management = which (with the endless excuse of improving line stability) increases noise margins and drastically reduces speed. This can kick in pretty rapidly and can take at least 3 to 4 days to modify itself - if indeed at all!!! Usually an Openreach engineer visit is then needed - who will re-set the Profile to what it is you are supposed to be paying for ..... then of course it is totally possible that DLM will re-emerge and the same old cycle of troubles will have to be endured.
    We pay in good faith at the outset on the back of so many promises - only to be cynically let down and dismissed once signed up. It is quite wrong we have to continually argue our case to (try) to get anywhere and are always reminded that we are tied into contracts with expensive escape clauses - or that an engineer's visit is only free IF it is proved the fault is not inside your house - which it very rarely is! This is often more an Ordeal than a subscribed service. Superfast reliable Broadband in the UK ? Ha!

    I have tested the library using a standard email (with attachment) to the library and this works fine. 
    I have monitored the drop folder on the server and I can see both emails being picked up in drop and processed by SharePoint.  The email sent from a regular email account is uploaded with the attachment, whereas the email sent via SSRS subscription
    email is uploaded and the attachment (report) is missing.

    An update on this.  The email when sending from SSRS subscription is received in the library and the attachment is contained within the .EML file uploaded.
    The behaviour that I would like from SSRS subscription emails are to just have the document and not the email.
    Below is a snippet of the .EML files I quick copied from the Drop folder.
