Subscription not Renewed, though Credit Card Exp D...
I updated my Credit Card Details with you in advance of the subscription renew date. However I see here that my "subscription" failed on May 11. On May 15th you did charge the updated CC for my "Auto Renew".
I cannot find where to get my subscription going again, which is what I would like.

Subscription cancellation means that you cancel the future recurring payment (of the subscription renewal). You will be able to use the subscription during the period that you have already purchased.

You have a monthly Subscription and have used your full 60 minutes allocation for this month. The new allocation of 60 minutes which you purchased on October 15th 2014 will be applied to your account on November 14th 2014. In the meantime you can continue to call by purchasing some credit.

AppStore does not accept my credit card
I have a iPhone 5c iOS 8 and AppStore does not accept my credit card when i want to download a free app or game. I to try with 6 different credit card and nothing.
FIRST: A FREE item does not require a credit card. Only a user account name & correct password.
Assuming you are using the correct password & getting past the entry field for the account name:
IF its an item requiring a credit card (see 1st sentence above):
Do you have the credit card entered in iTunes first? And from the same account name?
For CHARGE ITEMS: I’ve experienced trouble [using Appstore] if iTunes doesn’t have the card, or the same account name.
Try entering/validating the credit card in iTunes - then go to Appstore (which I would preferably do on a desktop, not from a wireless device) to download your app (though some appear not to be visible from the desktop account if they’re exclusively iPhone/iPod format).
Should you not want to keep the credit card always active, you can always change to “NONE” after your purchase in one, or both places.
(There are 2 places where DONE button gets selected). -
I recently was unable to watch a movie I purchased & paid for because my credit card was out of date. Surely you cannot take access to items I have purchased away from me if I do not own a credit card? Does this mean that I will no longer be able to view purchases if I decide to cancel my credit card. If this is the case, I will not be purchasing movies from iTunes again
We are fellow users here on these forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple.
If you have a credit card on your account then it will need to be valid. If you don't have a card to replace it with then have you tried removing it from your account ? On your computer's iTunes you should be able to edit your payment info by going into the Store > View Account menu option and logging into your account, and on your account's details page there should be a payment link.

I have the *exact* same issue I think. Even though I'm running ios8.1, the passbook screen shows the old ios8.0.2 screen which doesn't include the abilty to add a credit card. Also, in the settings screen I don't see the Passbook option (in the section with iCloud and iTunes & App Store) where you're supposed to see the new Passbook option. I called Apple Support last night and they suggested backing up my phone and restoring to ios8.1 factory defaults. Did that, signed in with my appleID without doing a restore from backup and it still didn't work (i.e. wasn't given the ability to add Credit Card). I have an USA itunes account using a USA credit card and live in NYC. The applid ID is a shared ... maybe that's the reason it's not working?

If you are just visiting Singapore, then leave the account as it is. If you have moved there, then view your account using the iTunes app on a Mac or PC and change the country/region to your current location and address. If you do not have a bank card, you can fund your account using iTunes gift cards if available in Singapore.
