Subscription order

Hi,
I subscribed for a one month unlimited calls to europe package and promptly received an email saying my order was delivered with a reference number.
It has been 5 days since, neither my bank account has been charged not my there is an increase in my credit limit?
Could you please help?

Hi,
Subscriptions are recurring by default as stated during payment process. If you don't need a subscription anymore then please cancel recurring payments as shown here: https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA1881/How-do-I-cancel-my-subscription
If you forgot to cancel recurring payment and it went through then you can contact customer service to check if you are eligible for a refund: https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA297/How-do-I-request-a-refund

Issue with Monitoring of Subscription Orders

Dear Experts ,
Recently we are facing an issue in the monitoring of subscription orders.
We have scheduled the Monitoring ( Tcode : JKRM) in the background during the night time. Since last few days, our basis guy is complaining about creation of too many archive logs due to this. I am not sure whats to be done for this. Hence seeking your help in this. Please suggest what needs to be done for this so as to avoid creation of un necessary archive logs.

Hi Chintu ,
SAP has a standard functionality of creating the archive log in the system whenever any transaction is processed (Table Name : BALDAT).
In your case , there can be 2 reasons for creation of unnecessary archive logs :
1. There are lot of subscription orders which are in Error ( Check the monitoring log )
2. You are running transaction JKRM with Record Success Messages in Application Log check box On. If this check box is on at the time of monitoring , system will try to record each and every activity done for the individual subscription order ( Either Suspension , termination, closure or offer creation) though it is not in error.
Hence I will suggest you to check which of the above 2 reasons causing you trouble.

Creation of suspension line items for Subscription orders

I am currently working on IS-Media project.
I have a requirement that I need to create a suspension for all the line items available for the subscription orders.
I mean I have to create a new line item for all the active line items of a subscription order.
I have seen the FM : ISM_SALES_ORDER_CHANGE.
it is working for only single active line item.
Could you please suggest any of the Function moulesavailable in the SAP : IS-Media?

The best FMs that would meet your needs are below. They are listed in the order that will best address what you are trying to accomplish. They are ISM_SALES_ITEM_UNLIMIT_CHANGE, ISM_SALES_ITEM_SUSPEND and ISM_SALES_SCHEDULE_CHANGE.

New contract account for every line item in subscription order....

Hi Guys,
I am having a problem with the subscription order.
Whenever I change the subscription order and add a line item to it, SAP by default creates a new contract account for that line item. Whereas I want to assign the same contract account to the second line item also.
Can you suggest me any solution for this problem?

Hello Abhay,
This is the normal and correct function for SAP. If you would like for the subscriptions to be on the same contract that you subscriber has, an enhancement has to be developed.
We had a similar requirement and an enhancement was developed per specifications.

Issue dates of only parent publications are getting reflected in a subscriptions order.

Dear All,
Could you please help me with a development pertaining to Issue dates of only parent publications are getting reflected in a subscriptions order.
Synopsis:
An offer has been created by me using combination of two publications namely A and B.
The Combination has been defined by creating a mix type (JDMPS0) by keeping A as a parent publication and B as a child publication.
When a subscriptions order gets created for this combo offer, the order delivers the issues of both the Publications as per their respective issue dates. The deliveries of the same can be observed in table (JVVLFZUO)
The Issue crops up when I wish to terminate this order over the issue dates of the child publication. This is because issue dates of only parent publications are getting reflected in a subscriptions order (JK03).
Could you please suggest a development where in I'll be able to view issue dates of all publications.

To change the subscription order quantity.

I have a requirement to change the subscription order quantity,
ex.- to change the order quantity to 30 from 50.

When i see the order in jk02 (Change mode), the quantity field is non-editable.

Hello,
the functionality 'partial suspension' is not realized for an unlimited suspension.
It is only relized for a renewal subscribtion in Standard SAP.
Maybe you can relized it via a modification.

I have terminated the subscription orders in IS-MSD. Now I want to Close these order . Can you please tell me how to go with that if i want to do so without running Monitoring.

Hello Nikhil,
Please explain what you mean by "Close Order".
Once a subscription has been terminated, it is closed in the sense that there will no longer be any subsequent deliveries created from the time sensitive effective/end date. You can achieve this also through the unlimited change execution of the subscription termination.
The FM that you reference can achieve the same from the ABAP perspective but if you were looking to achieve this online, the above is applicable as well.

I have purchased 10$ subscription in my account but the status shows it's pending. Moreover it also shows two pending orders of 10$ while I purchased only one. Please explain me what is going to happen next. Is skype going to charge me twice? I need to cancel the orders then.

I understand that you are seeing orders with "Pending" status. Those pending orders doesnt really mean its pending. Those orders are cancelled due to some payment issues like, not enough funds on the card, credit card already expired, change of billing address of the card, etc.

Subscription order status "delivered" but unable to make skype call
