I paid my subscription to you for calling landlines in Greece and still i don't have my minutes. My account says that there are no minutes left but when i'm trying to buy a new subcription it says that i already have one (i got also the confirmation email). My credit card was charged also. Can you please check it and answer me asap?

They're on the computer's hard drive. Each iTunes library has its own music selection, which is determined separately from the iTunes Store account system.
How do I get them?
Restore them from your backup, or an iPod or similar device via the Transfer Purchases command in iTunes. If you don't have one, wait for the main computer to be returned.

ICloud is now working but where are my emails?

Finally working for me but where are the 100 emails I know I got in the two days the service was out? I get at least 50 a day and nothing in my in box except my test message I sent from Google.

I called and spoke to someone in tech support and they were confident that the emails were being stored and would eventually come through, but I have so far gotten most, but not all of my emails from yesterday. New ones do seem to be coming through no problem.

I paid, but I have no minutes from April 5.

ITunes 10.2.1. downloads, but where are the files?

I've tried four times to download the free program "The House in Cypress Canyon," program H255, from the iTunes Store. The word "Downloads" appears in iTunes, along with the download-progress bar, but where in heck is the file when the download is complete??
I've searched all my playlists, as well as the "Recently Added" list, and there's no sign of the download. Help! (I REALLY don't like iTunes 10.2.1. For six years, iTunes worked beautifully. Now it won't even accept drag-and-drop, and then this problem of simply hiding downloads...)

It will be in the Apps section under the Library heading.
If you can't see the Apps section then go into your iTunes preferences and look on the General Tab.
Make sure you have the Apps tick box selected.

Connect to server but where are the computers?

In Panther I could use the CONNECT TO SERVER in the Finder and I would see a list of all the Mac and Windows computers on my university network... like Windows Network Neighborhood. Great for finding PCs to drop my files into colleagues` shared folders. BUT where have all the computers gone in Tiger CONNECT TO SERVER? If I know the computer name or IP address then no problem but as it is grading time I need to drop Excel files into course coordinators` PC and Mac shared folders. Should I revive my Lombard G3 with Panther OR is there a 10.4/ Tiger solution? I simply want to see all the computers on the uni network.

One difference between Tiger and Panther is that Panther understands AFP over Appletalk, that was dropped in Tiger, which only does AFP over TCP/IP.
Don't know if AFP or Appletalk even enters into the equation though.

It doesn't look like you currently have an active Skype calling subscription. Instead you have been using Skype credit to pay as you go recently. You can verify this via the "Usage" also on your Skype web account page.

I suggest you simply copy your entire User folder from old computer to new computer. This way all your data (Music, photos, contacts, emails, calendars, documents, etc.) goes across.

Or you could try this:
Hover over the widget with your mouse pointer. A small i will appear in one of the corners of the widget, click on the i, the widget will flip over. On the backside of the widget the name of the widget, who made the widget/company and an URL (sometimes a URL link) should be there.

The description of this new property is:

IPhoto auto upload to iCloud but where are they?

Not sure if this should be in iCloud or iPhoto.
I use iPhoto as the manager. I download pictures from my camera or SD card and then I see activity (via little snitch) showing data going to iCloud photo. But there the trail ends, I see no images on searching on my iMac, iCloud etc, the device I use for managing pictures, nor do I see them on my iPad. The only way to see them is to actively share them from iPhoto but then they seem to be uploaded a second time.
I am led to believe that a certain amount of images are automatically uploaded for sharing and I do not need to actively share it. I realise it is Beta, just trying to get the hang of it. So, what am I missing?
I have automatic upload enabled.

I have tried the settings as you suggest and they do indeed appear in the iPad (new test shots uploaded after reading this). It was that "iCloud Photo Library (Beta)" setting that did the trick.
But I am still wondering where the images go when I download from the camera to the computer (iMac) from a recent trip. I returned from a trip a few days ago and 1.7gb of images uploaded to iCloud Photo's, this was prior my setting adjustment on advice from yourself. I now understand why I could not see them on my iPad but 1.7GB of data went somewhere.
OK. Thank you for the links, I had read the first one but still missed the trick with turning off that setting. Best await 2015 then for a full fledged service?

Subscription paid but not working

I have paid for an Unlimited world subscription to make calls to Colombia and we have used it for a while. The other day it was disconnected and on the 16/05/2012 I paid for it again to reconnect, when on the internet it says the package is delivered and I have paid for it but I still cannot make calls from my phone. Can you please help, thank you

I did all the stuff you guys mentioned, no go. Called Apple and did some basic stuff, one of them being Turn on Airplane mode then off. Fixed it for me. Here is the basic article from Apple. Great service from Apple again..
