Subscription payment for Skype Credit

Hi,
I wanted to pay for subscription from Skype Credit but I couldn't. I have enough money for it. All the time it shows me the form with bank card info after that I stoped.
Help me, please.

SkypePro was the forerunner of Subscriptions and was discontinued except for existing subscribers of which you were one so you were receiving the service.
Effectively SkypePro provided free calls to a number of countries but was restrictive compared to the present range of more flexible Subscriptions.

    I've had occasional issues with skype telling me I need skype credit for a number I don't need credit for and then sometimes it works and sometimes not (this is my parent's phone number I call all the time, so it's not an issue of location). I just upgraded to new version of skype so maybe the new mac software has a glitch I need to figure out? Please tell me how to call out with subscription so it will stop asking for skype credit.   • Paid for skype credit but can't even use it

    Hi.I paid for skype credit over the weekend but I am yet to make one call. My Internet is excellent so I don't know what the problem is. However when it starts to connect my service bars disappear at the top of my phone. This is very frustrating as I had a number of people to ring and I'm yet to make one call successfully. It just says "connecting" and then ends. Can someone please help me resolve this issue , if not can you please arrange a refund. Thank you.

    Hi. Not sure where the iPhone comes in (unless I have created this post in the wrong category -in that case, my apologies). I haven't mentioned what phone I use, but yes Android.
    It doesn't call any numbers whatsoever, saved or unsaved on my contact. I haven't tried groups. Don't have any groups on my contact.

  • Subscription for Skype Credit not showing

    Hello,
    I subscribed to skype credit before and then after one of the patches awhile back it shows me that I have no subscription but when I go to skype options it says I have auto recharge enabled. However, it doesn't recharge automatically when it falls under the credit threshold it set up; I have to do it manually. I've tried disabling then re-enabling auto recharge but it still shows "No subscription" on my skype window. Also, my CC is up to date and works when I manually recharge it
    Any advice on this?

    I subscribed for skype online number on 10/31/2014 . You charged my account on 11/03/2014 in the amount of $30.48. On the 12/31/2014 you charged my account again for $30.00 for the same number again. I called my bank that you are charging me twice for the same number. I disputed the second charged that was made in the amount of $30.00. Can you please explain why you charged me $30.48 0n 11/03/2014.

    To clarify: the $30.48 charge on October 31st 2014 was for renewal of your Unlimited US & Canada 12 months subscription.  The $30.00 charge on December 31st 2014 was for renewal of your Skype Number for a 12 month term.
    As you reported one of these charges as fraudulent,  you will need to contact Skype customer service to restore access to your account.  Any time a charge is reported as fraudulent and a credit card charge-back is processed, the Skype account will be suspended as an effort to eliminate future fraudulent charges.

    I have found some answers on these questions, but they were separate. I have a question which includes them all. I have subscribed with 2 accounts to call landlines in Brazil (60minutes per month). Because I have paid for full year, I got 15 minutes bonus per month. I was hoping that after I have used my minutes, I would get some kind of notification. When I logged into my account I have noticed that I have spent 83 min but not to worry because I will get some Skype credit (under fair usage... etc). I was little bit confused with automatic recharge option and Skype credit option.
    My questions are:
    1. How can I set up my subscription to have ONLY minutes I have subscribed to (60+15) so that I don't have to worry about additional charges on my credit card?
    2. Is my monthly cycle from the date I paid or it starts 1st of every month?

  • Charged twice for skype credit reload

    Hi, I reloaded my Skype credit with $35 and it didn't seem like it was going through the first few times I tried so I did it until I knew it had gone through. Turns out it loaded twice instead of once. I don't need that much credit especially since the expiry date to use it by wasn't extended along with the purchase so there's no way I'll be able to use it all by the time it'll expire. Who can I contact about either refunding one of the transaction or to extend the expiry date by another year or so??

    Regarding your purchases yesterday, please refer to the private message I sent. You can find the link to your mailbox on the top right of the community.
    After each purchase, Skype sends notification email to your primary email address which will confirm if the purchase is successful or not.

    Today i was charged twice when i bought skype credit. I went to customer support page but i am not able to chose my country (bosnia and herzegovina) so i chose austria instead.
    Niw i am waiting for response.

    Got charged twice on 11/30, please refund.
    Also, why is that we cannot contact skye directly, why should it take me 2 hrs to find out that there is no direct link to customer service. This is just unprofessional.
