Subscription renew doesn't top up the minutes

I have monthly subscription on 4th of everymonth and payment had been taken out on 1st July and I am suppose to have new minutes today. But I couldn't make any call and when I checked my subscription I saw below message. Wasn't it Jul 4th suppose to be today!!
"Your subscription has been suspended as you have exceeded your allocated free minutes. Your free minutes will start again on Jul 4, 2013."

Difference in the minutes on the subscription

Hello,
I bought a 400 minutes subscription. According to my call history I only used 136.12 minutes. But in my account it's written that I have only 192 minutes left, when I suppose to have 263.88 minutes.
Does anybody know why this difference between the minutes?

Call plan minutes are not carried over into the next month. You would need to check your purchase history and see when that plan was purchased from your account page: http://www.skype.com/go/myaccount for example, if this was a limited minute purchase vs. a renewable subscription plan.

My credit card is charged for the subscription on Aug 25 2014 but the account page mentions the minutes will start from September 28 2014. I have not used any minutes of the subscription yet. Why is this?

Your account shows that your India 800 mins 1 month Subscription will start on 08/30/14 and will renew monthly on the 30th unless and until canceled.
TIME ZONE - US EASTERN. LOCATION - PHILADELPHIA, PA, USA.
I recommend that you always run the latest Skype version: Windows & Mac

Well I figured it out, right click the arrow that makes the screen bigger and unclick the Hide Toolbar. I knew it couldn't be that hard.

In terms of a refund, what does it say on the app's description page in the store (a lot say that refunds aren't given) ? But you can try contacting iTunes Support and see if they will refund or credit you : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

I just bought the new HDMI cord for the IPad, it works good but a small potion of the TOP and the BOTTOM is cut off. It doesn't seem to do it for movies. My monitor is a 23 IN' acer s series.

Is there any way to change the feed in itunes? The only feed I have now is http://feeds.feedburner.com/CasaEgyptStation
I tried to restore the feed http://feeds.feedburner.com/imananddinasbroadcast but feedburner refused.
I know that I missed things up but I still have hope in working things out.

Launch Contacts, then on the "Window" menu select "Zoom". That should maximise the window and give you access to the bottom-right corner where you can resize it, and the bar at the top which you can drag around.

Thanks so much! I am backing up the entire computer now with an external hard drive - this should be fine right? And surely if I am backing up the whole computer these projects/videos will be backed up too? I wasn't sure how to do this any other way and I am clearly not great with tech issues. Premium subscription - being charged by the minute

I just noticed that I am being charged by the minute for my calls to the US even though I have a premium subscription. Anyone else seen this? Any suggestions?

Did you purchase a Subscription in addition to Skype "Premium".
Check at your Account Page to make sure you have a Subscription covering calls to the US.

TS4009 iCloud subscription renewed, but I don't have the storage.

My iCloud subscription renewed on 14th October (Current Plan is stated at 10GB, so total 15GB). It's 16th October and I have the message 'Your iCloud storage is full' and Total Storage is given as 5GB. Backup isn't working.

You found the problem!!!
I was using my iPhone for company email a year ago, but I no longer need to do that. I deleted the global MDM(?) and after everything cleared out, the storage & backup tab came back.
