I renewed My subscription of 800 minutes to India but after renewal I am charged at Skype credit rates per minute to India why? Please explain

Your account shows that you have used your full minutes allocation in your current billing cycle and your next minutes will be added to your account when your next billing cycle starts on July 12th 2015.
Renewing your monthly Subscription before your billing cycle ends has no effect on the date upon which your minutes allocation will be added to your account.
To continue calling until your next minutes allocation is applied to your account please purchase either a Subscription but with a different amount of minutes or Skype Credit.

    It means exactly what it says.
    Your account shows that you have used your entire 800 minutes allocation for your current billing period. Your next allocation will be added on January 27th 2015 at midnight UTC.
    Your payment date is irrelevant.

    My India 400 min. subscription got automatically renewed yesterday & my card was charged for $8.99.  But my account does not show the credit for my 400 minutes yet.  My renewal date is 20-Feb. and I had not opted for auto renewal.  So why is my card charged & my subscription renewed.  And where is my credit of 400 min. My purcase details are :

    By default all subscriptions are recurring as stated in terms of service. Your subscription will be automatically renewed until you cancel recurring payments as shown here: https://support.skype.com/faq/FA1881
    In order to ensure that customers don't get cut out in the middle of important call just because recurring payment was even 1 minute delayed, Skype is taking recurring payment 3 days in advance. Of course you don't lose these 3 days, subscription next month will still be activated on the 20th as expected.
    Your minutes will be available to your on the 20th of February and valid till 20th next month.

    Thank you Skype for your Service but I do feel a little let down and don not understand the Charging against my Skype Credit Account ?
    I have been trialing the last Free Trial of Worldwide Unlimited Calls. I really only call the USA, so want to buy this Subscription and not the Worldwide and also wanted to compare the savings if I were to just Pay as You Go ?
    If I I understand correctly the Pay as you Go rates of 1.6p a minute plus the 3.4p Connection charge.
    However, I tried to MAKE two calls to a USA Cell phone and even though I did not even get through.
    I had 20p deducted from my existing Skype Credit balance.
    Can you explain why ??

    As long as you keep renewing your account every 30 days by adding the $15.00 your account will stay active and the money will be carried over up to $1,000.00 dollars. If you have had the cell for more than 6 months you can get a contract or monthly plan and you will be given credit for the money on your phone. I use the extra money for long distance calls since I do not have  a long distance carrier on my landline, also if you text you can use it that way.  If you put in a $30.00 prepaid card it will be good for 90 days so that would save you $15.00 every 90 days by not buying the $15.00 card every 30 days also you can buy a $100.00 card and it would be good for one year.

    I received an email alert from my bank informing me that I had made 3 online payments of $25 to Skype. Confused, I went to my banks website to confirm. I then logged on to my skype account and watched my skype credit charging up and discharging while not knowing what to do. I was not making any phone calls, nor was I using skype in any way other than to try to figure out what was happening. I noticed that I was charged 2 more $25 increments while I was logged on to skype. At that point, I picked up the phone and called my bank and had my card canceled.
    I'm not sure what happened, but I suspect someone gained access to my account. While this was happening, I received two 'group' text messages (SMS) to my Skype account asking if I was still selling a boat and in another one, a bike. The writer was trying to get me to reply to their email address. I did not fall for it. I turned over the email address to an FBI agent friend of mine so they can run trace on it. Just got word that everything seems to trace to Belgium. 
    Now that I am out $150, but the scammers are unable to continue charging my card... I was dismayed that I could not locate a phone number to Skype's customer service line so I could let them know I was having this issue. I find it hard to believe that there is no customer service line what-so-ever. Did I make a mistake in working with Skype? I didn't have problems in the past, and it appears to be a great service still... but no customer service line?
    So tell me mysterious people behind skype... How do I get my $150 back?

  • TS4009 iCloud subscription renewed, but I don't have the storage.

    My iCloud subscription renewed on 14th October (Current Plan is stated at 10GB, so total 15GB).  It's 16th October and I have the message 'Your iCloud storage is full' and Total Storage is given as 5GB.  Backup isn't working.

    I was using my iPhone for company email a year ago, but I no longer need to do that. I deleted the global MDM(?) and after everything cleared out, the storage & backup tab came back.

    I had a 60 minute subscription renewed 3 days ago and my time kept counting down from the previous subscription. now after 3 days and only 21:24 minutes later and my account shows 'you have used all your monthly minutes'

    After the renewal of my 400min subscription on oct 05, 2012 I get zero minutes to call by that subscription.
    The renewal was invoiced on oct 3,2011 - order nr. 535006986 - status: delivered
    What can I do?!

    I have a 400-minute subscription to Russia. I am charged on the 14th of every month and that is when I can start using my 400 minutes as well. However, this month I have been charged, but there are no new minutes added. Mine still shows the left-over minutes from the previous billing cycle.

    Please keep in mind that recurring payment is done 3 days before, but minutes will not be reset 3 days before. Your minutes are reset on the 17th each month since the original order was made on the 17th.

    Recurring payment is taken 3 days before in case there are any delays or payment issues. Then you have enough time to fix issues like change expired credit card to new one or in case bank is not able to deliver order right on time.
    This doesn't mean you will loose your subscription days.

    My subscription starts from 18th of each May; though the subscription charge gets deducted 3 days before each time. And still not able to call even it is 18th May.

    I was renew my Creative Cloud subscription,  all desktop application working correctly (Photoshop and Lightroom). But, in Creative Cloud I still have 2 GB size and my Lightroom mobile has prompt "Subscription expired" (also in desktop Lightroom while I'm try connect to Lightroom mobile).
