Why do my CS6 applications continually prompt me "Continue Trial" when I've been a paid up subscriber for months?

Yes, if you use Photoshop CS6 at all, then definitely make sure you install the latest updates for it, as the thread Bill mentioned suggests. (I believe the thread mentions this, but after updating, you'll need to click "License This Software" and sign in with you e-mail address once more.)

There is no serial number and you don't need one. What you need for a subscription is to SIGN IN within Acrobat, so it knows the subscriptions you own.

I signed up for the Technical Communications Suite Subscription yesterday. Now when I launch FrameMaker, it says I can either use as a trial or buy whereupon it propts for a serial number.

On installation when I tried to access my adobe account in the dialog box that appeared. It said I didn't have an internet connection. My internet was working fine and I got the same message even once I launched my browser.

Did you install using an account with admin privileges? Do you have any Group or other security policies on machine that may restrict new software installs?

Lets clear a couple of things up first.
1, You have the Photographers CC subscription which gives you access to PSCC and the current version of Lightroom.
2. PSCC does not include Lightroom.
Now what you will need to do is delete the Lightroom app on your iMac and restart the Mac. Then you can d/load Lightroom from the CC app.

Subscription Service to Mexico

Since last Friday 10/17 my Subscription Service to call numbers in Mexico is NOT working at all. Has anybody else experiencied the same problem?
Basically, when calling to a phone number in Mexico it rings several times and when somebody picks up the call in Mexico, I can hear them but they cannot hear me.
How can one actually complain about the Skype Service?? What is the Customer Service Number to call ???

It now works!
I spoke to another customer service rep just now on live chat and apparently this one was a bit more tech savvy than the last one. We did remote access and he deleted some files in my skype folder. Apparently some bugs/files attach themselves to skype and cause issues (don't ask me how this happens).
Anyway, it's now working, so ask for this when you next chat to customer service.

IPod compatible subscription service - any hope?

Does anyone know if there are any plans for iTunes or some other service to provide a subscription service that is compatible with the iPod like Napster and Yahoo are with, say, iRiver or Creative Zen players? I love the ability to check out a HUGE variety of music without having to pay 99 cents.
I would love an iPod but I can't use it with these. Any hope of a future subscription service?

Well, it doesn't seem very likely right now
But (I know this would be time-consuming) I believe you could purchase the songs from napster/yahoo and burn them to CDs and re-rip them into iTunes. That's the best solution I can think of.

Activating subscription service on a custom developed read only repository

Hi Experts,
We have a custom implementation of a read only KM repository manager which just expose documents, but does not have any editing functionality. Now the client wants to activate subscriptions on that repository manager. The current implementation of the manager is not sending any emails. Do you know what should be implemented by the manager in order to get the subscription service to work? We are looking for a daily notification as it is clear that because it is a read only manager there is no way to get notification for all events.

It will be for me too expensive at the minimum cost of £9 per month. The additional services that CC brings are personally of no relevance or usefulness. Adobe should be prepared to support existing users who are, like myself, non commercial, amateur photographers by giving them the simple opportunity to upgrade to Lightroom 6 as a standalone, perpetual licence product. As a member of a camera club I know my co-members who use Lightroom are equally disappointed by this move to a subscription-only service.

Yes, but when I bought my standalone license and clicked on the "Download" button it took me to the LightroomCC page. The downloaded file is named Lightroom 6, but in the CC app the installed program is LightroomCC (2015).

You need to restore the phone in itunes in order to use it again, You will have to put the phone into recovery mode and restore to factory settings http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1808

I got some problems with the subscription service. I get a notifcation mail every time a new subscription is created or deleted. So this works fine for me. But I dont get a notification mail, if someone adds or deletes files in the corresponding folder.
Any clues?

Check whether the EMAIL and Internet channel is configured correctly in the below path for receiving the notification.
System Admin >> System Configuration >> Knowledge Management >> Content Management >>Configuration >> Content Management >> Utilities >> Channels >> E-mail Channel
