Subscription to the student complete Creative Cloud but it doesn't come up in my billing history

Hello, my name is Rutger Mol. I have an subscription to the student complete Creative Cloud but it doesn't come up in my billing history. And when i boot up an Adobe program it asks for an serial number.
Can you please help me?

    Uninstall the trial version of the creative cloud. This process will not interfere with your catalog, preferences and personal files it will just remove the application.

    I have an annual Creative Cloud Photography Plan - € 12,19/month (it's not a Student/Teacher plan, it was a promotion).
    I just noticed that, since I am a student, I could sign up for Creative Cloud complete - € 19,83/month.
    Do I need to cancel my current plan and sign up for the Student/Teacher plan? If so, how?

  • I'm downloading the trial of Creative Cloud, but am getting an error from downloading Illustrator. "Update Failed." I click Retry and I just get the same message

    I have successfully downloaded the trial of InDesign and Photoshop, but the trial of illustrator errored. It says update failed. I have tried to hit Retry a number of times but am getting the same thing. Any advice would be appreciated.

    Gw17 I would recommend reviewing the installation log file to determine why the update has failed.  You can find details on how to locate and interpret the installation log file for the update at Troubleshoot install issues with log files | CC - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-install-logs-cc.html.  You are welcome to post any specific errors you discover to this discussion.

    Yes of course.  It addresses a security hole within Safari.  Its an update provided by Apple, its certified to work on Apple's devices.  Why would you doubt it?

    Sol 1. Please try sign out from Creative cloud Desktop App and quit it.
    1. Launch Creative Cloud application manager.
    2. Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner and select Preferences.
    3. In the Preferences menu, under General, click the Account tab.
    4. Click Sign Out from Creative Cloud.
    Then re-sign in and launch Photoshop CC 2014 and check.
    Sol 2. Check your Hosts file.
    Windows
    1. Choose Start > Run, type %systemroot% \system32\drivers\etc, and then press Enter.
    2. Locate Hosts file and move it to Desktop
    3. Right-click the hosts file and select Open. Select Notepad for the application to open the hosts file.
    4. Back up the hosts file: Choose File > Save As, save the file as hosts.backup, and then click OK.
    5. Search the hosts file for entries that reference activate.adobe.com (for example, 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com) and delete these entries.
    6. Save and close the file and move it back to Etc folder.
    Mac OS
    1. Log in as an administrator to edit the hosts file in Mac OS.
    2. In a Finder window, choose Go > Go To Folder.
    3. Type /etc.
    4. Select the hosts file and move it on Desktop  open it.
    5. Back up the hosts file: Choose File > Save As, save the file as hosts.backup, and then click OK.
    6. Search the hosts file for entries that reference activate.adobe.com (for example, 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com) and delete these entries.
    7. Move Hosts file back to etc folder
    8. Save and close the file.
    Then try launching Photoshop CC 2014 or Illustrator CC 2014
    If prompt for License this software, please click on it and sign in with the Adobe ID and Password which you have used to purchase the subscription and check if you can activate and use the products.

    The CC does not needs any serial number, it is based on Adobe ID.
    In case you are being asked for serial number then you can refer to.

    You can install one single license of a Creative Cloud on upto 2 machines. CC is a platform independent product so you can use it on both Windows & Mac but make sure that you are not using it at the same time.

    Cancelling is something that requires contacting support in sometimes though, normally hitting the "Still Need Help" button should give chat and phone options when available or list available times when not.
    What browser were you testing from? You might try a different one just in case.
