Subscription to Unlimited World, Unlimited Minutes

I have a subscription to Unlimited World with Unlimited minutes, but I am unable to make any international calls. I have a 12 month unlimited subscription that I activated on December 17th 2014 and expires December 17th 2015. I am trying to make calls to both mobile numbers and landlines in Kenya. I keep getting an error message stating I need to add credit, but this is a one year pre-paid subscription so I should not have to add credit, which was the point of getting this. Can someone tell me why this not working? Thanks.

The 'world unlimited' subscription is actually limited to specific countries and, unfortunately, they don't include Kenya.

I have worldwide unlimited minutes subscription an...

I have a subscription with "worldwide unlimited minutes". But I can not call an Italy landline. It says "Buy Skype credit" and hangs up. Why?? Italy is included in my subsciption.

Great! I finally found how to cancel the subscription, but is a little tricky, and hard to find, anyway, hare is the solution I found to share with the most as possible:
In iTunes, go to account details, and there is a section to cancel automatic subscriptions!!!

Unlimited Europe subscription to unlimited world

Can you please let me know if I can change my unlimited Europe subscription to a World subscription, I have paid for the Europe subscription for 12 months and would just like to pay the difference.

Simply cancel the subscription you no longer need; it will remain active until the end of its term. In other words, if it is a monthly subscription, and you cancel it, the subscription will cancel on what would have been its renewal date.
Then, start the new subscription you originally intended.
If you have not used the first subscription, you could feasibly apply for a refund by contacting Skype Customer Service. However, please note that Skype's Terms of Use and refund policy do indicate that Skype does not refund anything on a pro-rata or per diem basis.

Is there a subscription for unlimited call forwarding?
I really don't like paying per minute.

All subscriptions apply to call forwarding. For example if your calls are forwarded to your mobile number in Japan, then you need a subscription that covers Japan: http://www.skype.com/go/subscriptions
Subscription should cover the number where you forward your calls.
Currently there aren't Unlimited subscription for Japan mobile, only landlines: http://www.skype.com/intl/en-us/prices/pay-monthly/#JP

Subscription for unlimited calls to US

Good morning, i want to buy the subscription for unlimited calls to US for a month, but i have some problems:
1. There it says that if i want unlimited calls on US mobile number i have to say that before i pay the subscription , but i complete everything i can not write anywhere that i want unlimited minutes to US mobile number. I am not interested in unlimited calls to landlines
2. I put the card number... and so on, but i can not make the payment it says to chech if i have money or verify my account, it can be possible this because i have a Master Card with LEI, not with Dollars or Euro

I just signed up for the premium service yesterday (I have had a "regular" Skype account for years) and seem to have the same problem. How do I link my newly purchased outside phone number and my new annual subscription together? I emailed Skype tech support about 24 hours ago and have received no reply.

I am using skype from long time, I was using subscription for unlimited call to India on landlines and mobile, unfortunately I missed to put autorecharge option and on 28th august my subscription expired.
Now when I am trying to buy India unlimited subscription from portal its not available and it has been replaced with 2500min/month.
Is it possible to buy India unlimited subscription for 1 year without cap of 2500m/m.
Any help appreciated.

The Unlimited India subscription no longer exists. According to posts here on the forum, Skype discontinued it due to high levels of abuse. You can now choose from 4 time-limited monthly subscriptions (60, 120, 800, or 2500 minutes per month).

Unlimited minutes after 9?

Do unlimited minutes after 9pm on weekdays include all networks or just verizon?

Whoever thought this new search box GUI was a good idea was mistaken IMHO.
I've used the method shown above to return it to the old constant icon/text display with instantly available drop down of my alternative chosen search engines. All back to how it was in the previous version. Yay!
Displaying the chosen default search engine icon/text in the search box just seems a better and more sensible GUI feature to me than needing to hover over the box to show the same information (minus icon) . As for having to start entering search terms before the other search engine options become available - that is just plain ill conceived design.
The old design is more user friendly and should be the default setting but if some users want the new GUI for the search box why not include that under Tools > Options?

Hi i got confused with this : 4GEE Extra plan with EUROPE I want take phone sony z3 with 20gb 4gee extra plan with unlimited minutes and texts + one shared sim cost £12 extra a month Now we got problem I travelling with my wife plenty times to Europeand i want give my wife "SHARED SIM" which she can be using my plan ( included unlimited minutes and texts) In Europe. now i spoke with 2 staff on chat and one staff from EE SHOP. Problem is one staff from chat and women from EE SHOP told me i CANT using shared plan (unlimited minutes and texts in Europe on SHARED SIM.i need buy £2 addon which give me unlimited minutes and texts .Told me this SHARED PLAN working only in United Kingdom ?!?I want have plan 4GEE EXTRA including EUROPE with 20GB data( data in now working only in United Kingdom) On leader sim (sony z3) will be no problem today i spoke to chat and lady from chat told me i can using my plan (unlimited minutes and texts) on both LEADER SIM and SHARED SIM with no problem in Europe. Where are the World Plan minutes used on this new website?

There is no subscription that covers mobiles worldwide for all countries, please see the list of countries and phone types that are covered worldwide here: http://www.skype.com/intl/en/prices/pay-monthly
Then click the "See Details" for the worldwide subscription to see the phone types covered in each country.
If you call specific countries often and the unlimited world subscription does not cover mobiles in that country, there are "Limited Minutes" that can be used for mobiles in that country, that are cheaper than standard Skype rates as well.
Simply enter the country and a list of call plans will be displayed using the above link as well.

I have an old Skype account and when I signed up for Unlimited World Extra with my new skype account, I now have two Unlimited World Extra subscriptions and being charged twice a month.
Since I can not find any way possible to email Customer support and I using this method.
How can I cancel the Unlimited World Extra on my old account and move the credits to my new Skype account?
Please provide a way I may contact Skype Customer support?
