Subscription unlimited europe doesnt work

hi,
I bought an unlimited Europe subscription and I can see it on my skype account but when  I try to call somwhere it doesnt work. Early I was using skype credits and everything worked properly.
What should I do?

    It doesn’t matter where you are in the world, if you’re signed in to Skype, you can still use your Unlimited US & Canada Subscription

  • Upgrade from Unlimited Europe to Unlimited World

    Hi, My subscription Unlimited Europe was automatically extended until April 2013. However I would like to have now an Unlimited Worl Subscription. Is there a way to Upgrade from Unlimited Europe to Unlimited World without paying for both Subcriptions? Please advise me what to do. Best Regards Lobito67

    Unfortunately you can't make the switch on your own since recurring payment is already done, but please contact customer service and they will help you with this: https://support.skype.com/faq/FA1170
    In the future make sure you cancel recurring payments first and then purchase a new subscription.

  • Why was my "Unlimited Europe" subscription cancell...

    On March 26 I renewed my "Unlimited Europe" subscription for one month, today April 17th Skype tells me the subscription has been cancelled (system message in Swedish) for no apparent reason. It worked fine before lunch, but after lunch Skype would not allow me to make a call. Skype then prompted me to buy credit. Being a new user I thought I could load some credit to my account and use the credit to renew my subscription. This was a mistake I now realize, because credit cannot be used this way I have now learned - through reading the support pages. So really I have two problems, I see no reason why Skype cancelled my subscription and I want it activated again, and I want to use my credit to buy a subscription (which I assume Skype will neglect/disregard). I have spent 10 minutes to find a phone number for Skype support on the web, but I gave up and ended up in this forum instead. I have little hope I will receive any help. This experience tells me Skype have a long way to go before it will become a real threat to established telco business. I would rather pay a little more, but have help when I'm stuck.

  • Unlimited subscription to Europe not valid?

    I have an unlimited subscription to Europe, which is up to date but when I try to make a call I am told my subscription is not valid. I really need this to work again fast.

    Hi all,
    I want to get the RTX DUALphone 4088 and combine it with an Unlimited Europe Subscription. You can do Skype Out calls with the phone, but I want to know if the subscription will work also without having my skype credits being charged. Can't seem to find that anywhere on the web.
    Please let me know about your experiences or where to find the answer.

    Hi Mikkim 10,
    I have a RTX Dualphone 4088 which I use with a Unlimited World Subscription.
    I make calls (which should be free with my subscription) and my Skype credits aren't touched. The Skype credits are only used if I make calls which are not covered by my subscription.

    I am in India and purchased unlimited Europe Subscription (landlines only, Order No. 583232703). i tried calling numbers in UK, Germany etc but subscription does not work.
    I get same error message that i need skype credit.

    Can you please let me know if I can change my unlimited Europe subscription to a World subscription, I have paid for the Europe subscription for 12 months and would just like to pay the difference.

    Hi, Zorbatextiles, and welcome to the Community,
    Simply cancel the subscription you no longer need; it will remain active until the end of its term.  In other words, if it is a monthly subscription, and you cancel it, the subscription will cancel on what would have been its renewal date.
    Then, start the new subscription you originally intended.
    If you have not used the first subscription, you could feasibly apply for a refund by contacting Skype Customer Service.  However, please note that Skype's Terms of Use and refund policy do indicate that Skype does not refund anything on a pro-rata or per diem basis.

    I bought an "Unlimited Europe Subscription". The money has been taken from my bank account. The subscription has been delivered to me on the 4.th of August. Today is the 29th August and the whole month I was not able to using a single point of my subscription! Can anyone pls help? I would appreciate your help!

  • Bought Muse CC Subscription, doesnt work on either of my CC accounts, Help!

    I have a two CC accounts. One for work and one for home. I had muse on my work account working fine, but before that i had a subscription for muse that i didnt use and expired. Ever since downloading CC to my home computer, muse doesnt work.
    I purchased a new subscription today (31-08-2013) but when it comes to downloading, links to the CC above which is my work one, even tohugh im signed in as the one used for Muse subscription. On launch it comes with the meesage above that my subscritpiton has expired. but ive just bought a new one!

    Hi, I've been having the same problem for the last year over and over again. Very few support members seem to really care and of those that do care only a rare couple (so far: just one) actually know how to solve this problem. Last time I ran into this problem of renewing my license after not using Muse for a couple of months I spent 3 hours (!!!) on chat support and basically they just don't know what the problem is. They tell you the program should ask for a code (it doesn't), they tell you to delete the program and then reinstall it (doesn't work either). Only once I had a support chap giving me an alternative download link (after about 1,5 hours of chat support and going from one help desk to another) that really solved everything. That was a one time blessing that did not get repeated, unfortunately.
    Anyway, bottomline: I love Adobe products, but purchasing them and renewing them seems to be dysfunctional beyond belief.
    I react because I would like to pay for my subscription and, in fact, need to use muse again. But I don't want to start another trip into waisting hours and hours of precious time in non-functioning Adobe support systems. So I was surfing on the web to look for a possibility to just buy Adobe Muse outright without the monthly subscription fee. Or, least attractive option, just download an illegal version. Because really, if I want to pay for the product, how come Adobe cannot make the purchase experience smooth and pleasant without a total waist of time and excess of frustration?
    So here's to Adobe: please check my chat support tags and fix this problem. As soon as you have your problem solved, let me know and I will be a willing, paying and happy customer once again.

    I've an unlimited europe subscription and I tried to call a Dutch mobile number. (same as my  call id) and it said i haven't got enough call credit for that call. 
    What is the problem?

    Your Subscription only includes calls to landlines. Calls to Dutch cellphones require Skype Credit - hence the message you received.

  • Cancellation of Unlimited Europe subscription

    To whom it may concern,
    I have received a communication yesterday (february 24th), that my Unlimited Europe subscription was canceled because of payment problems.
    The subscription runs until February 27th and I do not understand why it was canceled already on February 24th!
    I have provided to update my payment details this morning (February 25th) and I request that my Unlimited Europe subscription be continued seamlessly and at the same rate.
    Kindly contact me immediately should there be any problems left with my payment details.

    When you log into your Skype account using the "Account" link at the top of this web page, do you see the subscription listed there?  If so, what Polish number were you trying to call?  If it was a mobile number, that would not be covered by the Unlimited Europe subscription, which covers calling to landline phones in those countries.  If you post the number in this forum, please post how you were dialing the number - but replace the last 4 digits of the number with XXXX. 
    If you are needing to call a mobile number in Poland, you can either purchase Skype Credit or a subscription specifically for Poland that covers calling to mobile phones.  You can see the options for subscriptions covering calling to Poland by clicking on the "Subscriptions" link at the bottom of this page, then entering Poland on that page.  Make sure to click on the "Landlines and Mobiles" tab, so you are seeing the options related to calling mobile numbers.
