SuccessFactors LMS not showing completion on Captivate 5.5 courses

THis is the only info SuccessFactors is telling us. I dont know where to find this settings in Preferences or Publishing settings.
Please double check the publishing settings to ensure the content is set to update lesson_status as soon as the user reaches the final slide.
Republish and resubmit this new content to iContent and I will process it ASAP.

Add a button on the Last Slide of your Project (Click to Finish) and enable "Include In Quiz" under Reporting (Properties Inspector)
Make sure "Reporting Level" should be Interactions and Score (Under Edit -> Preferences)

Query not showing complete data

Hi,
I faced this issue many times. Original query is not showing complete data but when I create a new query with same rows, columns and filters it gives correct data. Do anybody have any idea what can be the problem?

Below is the checklist :
1. Make sure you have same number of filters/ restrictions in both the queries.
2. Make sure you are not using any authorisation object.
3. Make sure the technical names of the objects you are using in the query are name.
4. Make sure both the queries are on the same multiprovider.
5. Make sure both are of same version.
These are very basic things, I assume you must have done. But these are the only possibilities I could think of.
If this is fine, then as suggested by Raman you can add one object each time in both the queries and test the output. You might get some clue.

Itunes is not showing complete sentences

My itunes is not showing complete sentences. For example the first option in the options box when my iphone is connected says "sync with this iphone over...". im currently running windows 7. Nothing i cant guess but it gets on my nerves. Please help thanks

It appears this problem can arise in some cases when the Segoe UI font isn't properly registered.
Close iTunes
Open the folder C:\Windows\Fonts, or %Windir%\Fonts if Windows is in a non-standard location.
Click the menu File > Install New Font...
Select the Fonts folder in the folder panel, the panel above should list all fonts.
Scroll down the list of fonts and select Segoe UI (True Type), then click OK
Start iTunes

Captivate 6 not showing complete in LMS

I can't get captivate 6 projects to show completed in my LMS (successfactors AICC format). I can get captivate 5 project to show closed but not captivate 6. Any ideas?

Captivate 6 had totally revamped drivers for SCORM and AICC. Adobe ditched the ones they had used previously and went with Rustici drivers. Rustici are the people that make the SCORM Cloud LMS.
I recommend you try uploading your content to SCORM Cloud to see if it works fine there. If it does, then the issue is with your LMS, not your Captivate content.

Captivate 6: LMS not showing learning is "Complete" when e-Learning has actually been completed.

I've read and researched variations of this topic for the last two days before resorting to ask a new, but related question so sorry for the repetition.
My problem is that our users are using our Captivate 6 module and although they pass it, their profile does not register as complete. Once I change the settings and the LMS recognizes a class has been complete, then bookmarking fails in the course and their place isn't saved.
I've changed the Template from Default to SendTrackingDataAtEnd to help with score reporting.
Here are the settings I have tried so far:

In addition, in the Advance LMS settings area, I initially selected Never Send Resume Data, but I learned that prevented bookmarking, so I unchecked it and republished the e-Learning. However, when the Never Send Resume Data was selected, the CBT would register as completed once one viewed 100% of the slides.
There are quizzes within the CBT, however, they are not scored. The only scored quiz is at the end and the user does not need to pass: I've provided an image below just in case:
I really don't know what else to do, so if anyone could provide some assistance with this I would be very appreciative.
By the way, we are uploading the CBTs to Adobe Connect ver 9.1.

I thank you and everyone else for chiming in. I am about to do just that: set to 'User Access", because I have no idea how to correct this.
I've attempted all variations that Reporting will allow me, but nothing will seem to work. My only choice is no bookmarking, but once they complete the e-Learning module, the LMS will mark it as complete OR allow bookmarking, but the users' training area will always show Incomplete although they really completed it.
Also your comment to me on Nov 25:
"You don't explain why 'Set exit to normal after completion' is unchecked. That should be checked. 'exit' should be 'suspend' when you want a lesson to bookmark properly and 'normal' (or null) when you want it to restart every time..."
Whenever I check that box, the LMS won't show Complete although the user completed the course. I tested it and it never changed on my system to Complete until that box, 'Set exit to normal after completion', was unchecked.

Will not show complete in LMS

I've created training and a quiz using instructions provided
by my LMS people.
Under properties on the last slide, In navigation I was
instructed to enter javascript:setExitState(); to make sure the
course shows as "complete" in the LMS. I've gone through the whole
training but the module still does not close out after the last
slide and will not show as "complete" under the status.
Any ideas?

Depending on your LMS, you may need to change the settings in
the Quiz properties. For example, some LMS products expect your
materials to report Complete/Incomplete, while others expect
Pass/Fail.
Either that, or one or more of your individual scored
interactions are not set up correctly.
If you post the name of your LMS, perhaps someone else has
the same one and can provide specific assistance.

LMS not reporting complete for slide views

Hi,
I am trying to get my captivate projects to report competion status as complete to the LMS based on slide views. For testing I have created a very simple two slide Captivate. Both slides have 3 second durations, one caption each and nothing else, so the whole project runs for 6 seconds without any pauses, quizes or interactions of any kind. I have used SCORM cloud to view the SCORM calls being made by the package, and it is not reporting completion to the LMS.
I am using the following settings in reporting:
Any help will be really appreciated. Im about to watch http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/event/index.cfm?event=set_registered&id=1775550&loc=en_us to see if that can help. My backup plan is to put an interaction on the last slide but that's going to mess with my quiz results for the projects that do include quizzes (This is also why im reporting Quiz Results and Slide Views).
Note: with these settings, passing a quiz causes the captivate to report completion.

I'm not sure of this and defer to any contrary/additional replies that may follow...but...
Past versions of CP have required some sort of scored interaction in order for the lesson to properly report via SCORM to the LMS.
If you have a CP lesson without any scored interactions (no 'reporting'), that may be why completion is being recorded to the LMS.
SO try setting up one scored interaction as you suggest.
For CP lessons that do have quizzes, you won't need that separate scored interaction.
You'll also likely want to change you settings to just 'Slide Views Only' if you just want completion reported based on them viewing the whole project, and I suspect Slide View Completion should be 100, not 10...

S_bce_68001439 is not showing complete information (Report RSUSR100)

Hi All,
i have executed transaction s_bce_68001439 to get the information about the changes in the following areas:
1- Users that are created during the year
2- Users that are deleted during the year
3- Users whose access rights are modified during the year
4- Users that have been created and then deleted during the year which are not appearing the USR02 table.
But the problum i am facing with this report is, the report is not showing all the information. Users that are careated during the year and are still active and appearing in the table usr02 are not appearing in the s_bce_68001439 report. Further, rights of certain users which i m aware that i have modified during the year, are also not appearing in the report. Due to these facts i am confused with the completness of this report.
Can any one from this forum help me in getting the complete report which can fulfil my objectives as mentioned above. Further, can any one tell me the tables that are used by this report to extract data.
Further, if there is any other mean to get the above mentioned information, please tell me how.
Please help me.

I am a member of SAP_ALL profile and have access to all the SAP transactions. so, there is no issue with the authorization. Further, I do not have any system refresh where the tables are deleted.
Beckers, is there any other option thorugh which i can obtain the desired information i.e. directly through SAP tables or some other transactions or reports etc.
The issue is not only comming with the 2009 users but also with the 2008 users data. which was OK in the last year. but now some of the information of the previous users are also missing if i am running the report for the previous year i.e. 2008.

S_P00_07000134 not showing complete vendor address in generated file

In the file downloaded after using tcode S_P00_07000134 is not showing the vendor house no., but rest all things like the name ,street are fine..
Please help what should be done to fix this or which sap note will solve this problem.

If you look inside the report, it is fetching the short address of length 80. it is as per standard program.
the exporting parameter (ADDRESS_SHORT_FORM_S) in function module is referred to LIKE SZAD_FIELD-ADDR_SHORT of length 80 with data element AD_LINE_S.
Please raise it to SAP, they might suggest you some SAP note for it.

Printer does not show completed jobs

I have an Epson Workforce 30 printer. After printing something, I check the printer icon in the dock to see if the job shows up as “completed.” Nothing appears. What can I do to remedy this situation?

With the printer queue selected, click on the word Jobs in the menubar and select Show Completed Jobs.

Characters not showing up in Captivate 6

Greetings, I'm relatively new to Captivate but not the Adobe Creative Suite and am working on a project. I was elated to hear that Characters are automatically included (a few at least) and you don't have to purchase them separately. However, upon attempting to Insert -> Characters, I'm left waiting. No response from the system and no dialogue box shows up. I can Insert -> Interaction and it works perfectly (for the most part). Is there something I need to do to enable Characters in a project?

I did not download the characters, I mistakingly assumed they were included after reading how they were included lol. Moving forward, I searched around and could not find where to download them. I believe this was a trial install that was upgraded to full (work machine) but I can reinstall it, or whatever the process needs to be to make this work. I'd really like to utilize these characters for upcoming projects. Any advice on how to proceed?
EDIT: Found files to download via a blog's instructions. Will attempt to install and get working later. Also downloaded the very big NeoSpeech Text-To-Speech files so we'll see if that works out.
"Note: If you don't have many characters, visit the Adobe Captivate trial download page and download the eLearning Assets. Once the assets are installed, you will find that several posed characters have been added to Captivate."

Pdf in mail not showing complete

when i either drag a pdf from finder to the mail icon in the dock, or use the send pdf with mail shortcut from the print dialog, the pdf only shows it's first page in the mail that's created.
it seems however, that the attachment itself isn't corrupted, only how it shows up in the mail.
any ideas? does anyone else experience this?

thanks for trying to help, but i already know that i can choose to view as icon or as inline pdf. the issue is that when i create the mail, the inline preview is incomplete (one page), but when i send the mail to myself, the attached pdf is displayed completely (all pages). just a little inconcistancy, but it seems like a bug to me, because there is no way of telling whether i actually only send one page, all pages, or if the file has been corrupted.

Summary tab not showing complete text in iTunes

Hello All,
Is anyone else experiencing parts of their Summary tab information being cut off? It's also happening on my Nike + IPOD tab.
Basically, the bottom part of lines are cut off, so it makes it difficult to read some of the data. Is this a font size issue?
Also, under Summary tab, it says Capacit instead of Capacity in addition to the bottom part of the sentence cut off.

IMHO, it is a layout problem. There are few, underline few, reasons to ever use a null layout manager. (note that I said "few" and not "none") I think you may have just hit one of those. When it comes to dialogs, I have NEVER found a good reason to use null layout managers. By setting fixed sizes and locations for your components you've negated Java's intelligence in creating a component
I would lay out the dialog using a layout manager to position and size your components. I think you'll be happy with results. If you have problems doing that post the layout portion of your code and I, or someone else, will show you how.

My view object has 4 fields ,
company id, company name, street and pin
when the view object is dragged and dropped iam not getting the complete name displayed in the company name field.
is there anyway that we can increase the column width in the adf table.

My glossary made in a widget does not show up in captivate 8 responsive project. I copied and pasted it. What to do?

I reply to myself:
response projects are for me too complicated: either one function is working and excludes the other or reverse.
Buttons do work and the glossary not or the glossary works and the buttons do nothing.
Also powerpoints cannot be imported and other functions are also excluded (slide overs)
I like to work on the content, so it my course is very good to be seen on my Ipad in a non responsive way.
Also the helpdesk is very poor: no answers......
Nobody knows the right answers.
A bit disappointed.
I will wait for captiva 9, 10 and 11 before going back to responsive.
Unti now I will go on in the nonresponsive way: in doing that captivate is excellent
