Suddenly calls stop coming to call center for 10 min and then it come back

Hi All;
I faced a very special strange problem where we are not used on it since we installed the CVP and IPCCE. While calls were coming to the GW and the IVR responds fine for the customer, then when the customer press 0 to be transferred to the call center, the call disconnected instead of being transffered to the agent, the problem stayed for 10 minute and then the system come back working fine without doing any thing (without doing restart or any other thing). Did anyone face such problem?
The GK model is 3845 and the IOS version is 12.4(15)T4 RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc2)
And the GW model is 5350 and the IOS version is 12.4(15)T7 RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc3)
The CCM is 4.2(3), CVP is 3.1(2) and the ICM is 7.2.6
About the network, it was fine and no errors in the logs regarding the network, also the IP Phones existed in a site and the servers (GW, GK, CCM, CVP, ICM) are existed in another site and linked togethor via network link. During the down, the CTI clients were logged in and the IP Phones were logged in (so all registered), that means the network link was fine and did not go down.
I appreciate if anyone can give advises for the reason of this problem and which things to check and from where could be the problem to avoid it from being happenning next time.

Bilal,
You may want to look at logs and describe bit more activity.  So what happend if you try to re create the scenario and in that 10 minutes period when you make a new incomming call can you track it?
I hope you are not mentioning the activity of just one call.

    If you have not taken the iPod apart, Apple will exchange it for a refurbished one for $99. You can do it an an Apple store

    the iphone 4S has been in recovery mode for a long time and i have tried to press and hold the power and home buttons until the apple symbols comes on the screen again but it stay on the screen until the screen turns off and doesn't come back on to the home screen and have tried to sync with mac and doesn't do anything it does display the itunes and cable icons for a while but then goes back to the apple symbol and doers nothing what can I do to fix this  and not loose what is on the phone at all?

    Hi my iphone showed signs of moisture in camera area and so i kept it under a table lamp for a few hrs after switching off the phone. Later the moisture was gone so i switched on the phone and after 5 min of perfect operation an High temp alarm came. Every time i switch off the phone works fro 5 min and ten gets the alarm. How can i get my phone back to normal?

    Thanks for the reply, just being positive as the phone turns on fine and every thing works ok for 5 min and then the temperature alarm comes on. I am hoping that the issue may be limited to a perticular temperature sensor etc.
    I have got the phone opened and there was little water signs that have been cleaned with alcohol but the issue remains the same. I believe that the temp alarm is caused due to the phone being kept under the table lamp which raised the phones temp beyond the acceptable range and hence may be damaged one of the temp sensors. Heard that there are around 5 different temp sensors in the iphone. If any one has more knowledge please advise on how i can get this fixed.Thanks.

    I have an Iphone 4 and it was running 4.0.1 previously and now 4.3.2 ( its was dropping calls both on 4.0.1 and also after upgrading to 4.3.2)
    I am facing these problems:
    When I make a call or receive, the person is not able to hear me completely (its not in mute)
    or
    When I receive a call, I am able to talk for about 2-3 min and then it goes blank and disconnects.
    I spoke to my phone carrier and they said there was nothing wrong from their side.
    Any help.

    I am having the same problem. I have 4.3.3 and in 30 minutes I had a total of 11 drops. The funny thing is, nobody know anything.

  • HT4623 After installing IOS 6.1.3 I am now unable to install any app.  I hit the "install" it asks me for my password and then is goes back to install.

    After install iOS 6.1.3 everytime I attempt to install any app, I hit "install", it aks me for my password and then clocks for a couple of secs and then goes back to "install" without installing.

    Have you tried a soft reset? Hold down the home and lock buttons until you see the apple icon appaer then let go. If this doesnt work, open iTunes, conect the handset to the computer and do a full restore.

    Connect the iPhone to the iPhone's USB power adapter and let it charge for at least ten minutes.

    the speaker of my macbook mutes all at a sudden for few seconds automatically and comes back even the speaker icon which is on top right side of the computer also shows mute at this point. and when the volume of the speaker is pressed at this moment it shows locked symbol of the speaker. Kindly help how to resolve this. I am not sure but recently I did install leopard to upgrade my computer does this effect the problem with my speaker.

    This is all most unfortunate...from what I read in your post you have covered everything that can be done at your end....something is damaged on the Logic Board it sounds like...as to how much it would cost only the people that end repairing will know after it is diagnosed....take it in...tell them what you have found and tried so far...maybe that will help narrow down the problem...

    Right click on the AOL icon and select move to trash.

    If you restored to factory settings/new iPod via iTunes (Not via Settings>General>Reset>Erase all Content and Setting) and still have the problem that indicates a hardware problem.
    Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store. This time be more persistent.

    Try:
    - Resetting the iPOd. Nothing will be los.
    Reset iPod touch:  Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
    least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears
    - Download/install a new app
    - Restore from backup

  • I tried resetting my pram but now my MacBook won't startup it just stays in the grey apple symbol for 20 mins and then goes to the login page but does not login!

    Help, my backscreen keeps flickering and I got told that resetting the pram (alt ctrl p and r) might fix it. But now it won't start up at all. It was working fine befor but now just goes on grey apple screen for 20 mins then the log on page comes up but it won't log in! I don't have the original install disk. I'm not sure what to do and I can't afford to take it to the apple store. What can I do?

  • The sound on my computer hiccups every minute - it's like a blip or a bump for about half a second and then it comes back on.

    Any ideas on what it might be or how I can fix it? It happens across the board on all my applications - iTunes, Spotify, Chrome, etc.

    There isn't much besides a failing hard drive or other hardware fault that can cause those symptoms. Run the Apple Hardware Test, or just take it to an Apple Store for testing.

    FInally I got my AppleTV  and connected it to my TV and network , sadly it took me hours until I succeed to activate airplay after finding out in some forum that I need to reset my network connections and the airplay icon will appear , happily it happend and I start looking for answers regarding the huge lag in mirroring stage ( which still huge problem that have to be solve after I will solve the airplay disappear issue) .
    after 10 min the airplay icon disappear at my IPad and iPhone and even resetting the network connection is not helping , please please please some one help !!!

    It's not necessary, but is a good troubleshooting step.  How to do so varies from brand to brand.  Look at the manufacturers website, they should have a manual available that explains how to access the settings and change it.
