Suddenly, my password is popping up automatically when I sign onto my e-mail account, and I do NOT want this!
For years, I would be required, when signing onto my Yahoo e-mail account, to type in my password every time. Now, it pops up automatically...and I CANNOT have this. I tried disenabling cookies, etc., but the problem persists. Help, please!
Find the stored passwords<br/>
Preferences > Security > Saved passwords<br/>
and delete it. If it asks next time whether to save it, say no.
If that doesn't work (not sure how yahoo does it) <br/>
Preferences > Privacy > Remove individual cookies<br/>
enter 'yahoo' at the top and delete any cookies containing it. (Or delete all cookies.)

Email Deleting Automatically --- Do not Want This To Happen - - Help
I have a 3GS iPhone that is somehow automatically deleting emails, actually moving them to the trash. I do not want this to happen. I've shut off any reference to deleting emails in the iPhone, but this happens intermittently.

The problem is that the iPhone is automatically, without user input, deleting everything from the InBox. This is determined by the log on the server. I traced the IP of the device that is deleting the email back to the iPhone. -
My itunes library has automatically started to list my songs alphabetically. I do not want this. How do I change it so that when albums come up, the songs are listed in the order of the imported album, NOT alphabetically.
For the missing Artists on your iPod, make sure their tracks in iTunes are not marked as "Part of a compilation" in iTunes. You can do this by highlighting the track, right->clicking on them and choosing "Get Info" from the shortcut menu. When the window pops up, head over to the Info tab and make sure there is NO tick mark next to this option in the lower right hand corner. Lastly, sync the updated changes to your iPod.

Just updated my iphone. Now I can se I have two! iCloud accounts? One of them appears on my phone, and I have forgotten the password. When I try to add the other account, I get the message that this account is already added, but with the name of the first account where there is no available password. I have tried several times to reset the password, bun I don't get the information I need - I have no access to email. What can I do?
Hi, thanks for the suggestion. I have tried as you suggested, and when opening the "purchased" apps some have the icloud logo next to them, but I only have "OPEN" against "Find My iPhone". When opening it up, it goes through the same routine; needs to be updated before proceeding, and wouldn't update because I don't have IOS8.
Anything else I could try, or am I doomed!

My wife had an iPad for a year and synced to our computer with no problem. I recently received an ipad2 and when I tried to sync using separate apple and iTunes passwords, under her computer user name, it appears I over-road her account and synced all her apps with my apps on my iPad. I then set myself up as a new user on our computer and tried to sync. I now get the error that my iPad is synced to another library. How can I start over without erasing all my data on the iPad?
Go back to her login. Unless you deliberately erased apps, they should all be there, both yours and hers! Then, you need to set up each iPad separately. You will notice that they have separate names for that very purpose.
There is no problem with multiple Apple IDs on the same iTunes on the same computer except... Apps are permanently associated with the ID that was originally used to obtain them. If you choose to update an app from inside iTunes and you're logged into the "wrong" ID, you must log out and back in again.
On the bright side, you can configure either or both iPads to sync with apps and music and movies, etc. from either or both IDs. Further, if you choose to update the apps from the iPads themselves, there is no need to log out/in. The device handles that. All you need is the correct password. In my case, I use the same password for both IDs to make things easier. -
when i signed in it recognized my name and password
but then it asks formy password again but the email address i cant edit and it says like randompeoples from my buddy list i must of shared music or something with its so weird and it doesnt say mine so i cant put my passwordGo to Settings>icloud, scroll to bottom of screen and tap Delete Account. JohnYou are getting this message because you are trying to create an iCloud account on a PC. You can only create iCloud account on an iOS device (iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch) running iOS 5 or higher, or on a Mac running OS X Lion (10.7.5) or higher. After creating your account on one of these devices you will then be able to sign into the account using this ID on your PC.

I do not have the option to change my security information when I sign in to my Apple ID and goto Password and security. Why not?
Just to be clear - what are you signing into? You could be talking about connecting or setting a computer or device to your icloud or itunes account. You could be talking about logging into your icloud account using a browser to icloud.com. Or you may have followed a link to an Apple page that lets you edit your account.
If you can't remember your security questions/answers then go to Express Lane and select 'iTunes' from the list of 'products' in the middle of the screen.
Then select 'iTunes Store', and on the next screen select 'Account Management'
Next choose 'iTunes Store Account Security' and fill in that you'd like your security questions/answers reset.
You should get an email reply within about 24 hours (and check your Spam folder as well as your Inbox) - but some recent posts are saying that Apple have temporarily suspended the reseting of security question/answers whilst account security processes are improved, so it may take longer. -

You can not create an iCloud account using a PC, set the account up on a Mac or an iPhone/iPad, then you will be able to sign into it on your PC.

- Apps are locked to the account that purchased them.
- To update apps you have to sign into the account that purchased the apps. If you have apps that need updating purchased from more than one account you have to update them one at a time until the remaining apps were purchased from one account. -
I am receiving my Iphone 5 in the mail soon. I am going to connect it to my macbook pro. I am afraid that the apps I have downloaded on my iPhone 4 will transfer over to my iPhone 5.
