Suddenly No Service

Today at 3pm I was able to receieve and send phone calls/messages and now my phone says No Service after I have taken out my battery, restarted, etc. HELP! VERY FRUSTRATED! NEED PHONE!

I had this exact same problem today.. after spending 3 hours in the Verizon Store they recommended I talk to Apple since its a software issue - good luck

I have a similar issue with my iPad 2 Wi-Fi. At first I couldn’t find a reason of Wi-Fi lost connection (Wi-Fi icon is indicated, but nothing happen).
Then I found out that lost of the connection happens only after any app tries to locate my iPad 2. Anyway location worked only a couple of times.
Now I get a stable Wi-Fi connection after disabling all location services. It is confirmed by doing ping command for 8 hours – all packets were received by iPad 2.
I hope after firmware update this problem vanishes.
P.S. iPad 2 Wi-Fi 32GB with iOS 4.3.3, router D-Link DIR-615.

Cellular - Suddenly "No Service" and "SIM not provisioned" iPad 2 and mini

I have an iPad 2 and an iPad mini and occasionally sign up for AT&T cellular service on both, has always worked and never had a problem, until now!
Suddenly on BOTH iPads I see "No Service" and if I check network in settings I see "SIM not provisioned"?
My question is, does anybody know what has happened, especially as it has happened to both of my iPads, what it means and how I can resolve it?
I was reluctant to post as I see lots of similar posts on line, but couldn't anywhere find a solution.

Talk to your carrier, it's their sim problem.

Suddenly no service on iphone

All of a sudden my iphone will not receive incoming or place out going calls. I have no service. I am trying to connect to itunes like the phone is telling me to.. but it is from a computer not my phone. itunes does not recognize my appleID?? help

you just have to pop out the SIM card tray, reposition the card and pop it back in

CUCM suddenly Hang, service down, Back to Normal After Reset

my client use CUCM 6.0.1.2000-3 which run in CISCO MCS 7800 Series,
unfortunately this box has end of support of cisco. The issue that happen now the service often HANG suddenly , it occurs 2 - 4 times a day.
i try to monitor from RTMT and found the common partion usage is in more 90%. whether high "common partision usage" high is the root that causing server Hang. since i dont see anomaly logs found.
Anyone have any ideas ?

Thank you for the link, based on my deep analysis and monitoring, in other condition i also found that the disk space was over threshold , as shown in the capture *)
I thought that this condition can also cause the server to hang, based on experience is there any temporary solution that can be done to reduce the hard disk space, in addition to the upgrade of the device.

Iphone 5 suddenly no service.

My iphone 5 suddenly went to "No Service" and has worked ony intermittently since. I have tried shutting down and re starting, resetting the netowork settings, putting phone in airplane mode and the back on and turning off wi fi, all to no avail. Any suggestions???

Suddenly - no service available at home?

I've been in the same house for over 18 years, and have always had Verizon coverage. Not the 4G servicee they tell me I should be right on the edge of, but never the less, decent coverage. We could always make and receive calls and texts, and use the internet services. And we do so daily/hourly/as needed.
Now today, it is like a dead zone -- Hello, can you hear me now? NO! Nada! Nothing. Pull into my driveway and it's like driving into a concrete bunker (actually it starts about a 1/2 miles from my neighborhood). The bars all disappear and it even says "no service" at times. Sometimes we see a half bar of service. Not enough to make or receive a call... Worked fine a day or so ago. Had to drive a ways to get coverage and call Verizon. They said nothing has been reported and it will take up to 7 days to get this checked out. Are you kidding me? This is ridiculous.We have thtree phones in the house, they worked fine at work today, and they worked fine when we drove back into town to make phone calls.
Has anyone had this happen to them? We had a bad storm last night, it's almost like the storm took out a tower, but wouldn't they know about that?

Sudden "no service" issue abroad

Hi, I have an iPhone 4s on Sprint. It's on 5.1.1 and I've used it internationally before. I'm in Hong Kong and I had service at the airport but at my hotel I have no service. Yet, everyone else with 4 and 4S has service here. I've tried network reset, I have no pin set, I've done the airplane mode trick, reconfirmed roaming settings are correct, etc. I don't know how to proceed. I've emailed Sprint but due to the timezone difference I'm not within their operating hours. Thanks for any thoughts.
I can't do an itunes restore because I'm on my work laptop using Ubuntu.

Ok, found the issue after 3 days.
Sprint is having issues in Hong Kong plus there is a special provisioning setup that needs to be applied to accommodate Hong Kong. I got up at 3am and had a chat with Sprint international support, gave them some info, and presto, full bars and a carrier menu now.

IPhone 4..Suddenly no service?

I have an iPhone 4 with iOS6. I am on a Canadian carrier. I usually have service in my house (strong signal), as well as everywhere else I go...But today my service has switched from full signal to searching for signal to no service.. I restored my phone as new, restored from backup aswell, reset network settings etc. I called my provider and nothing seemed to help. I don't live close to an Apple store.. my phone is under warranty I believe. What do I do?

You've probably lost everything since the last sync.
Either the SIM card has failed or there may be a hardware problem with the phone. I'd take it in to your carrier or local Apple store for service.

IPhone 3GS Sudden "No Service"

Upgraded to 3.1.3 and yes i found myself met with the battery problem as so many of you have, but this is more of a major issue, my iPhone is stuck on 'No service' Or 'Connecting' where ever i go, at the most i had one bar which soon vanished, this occured out of the blue, i have tried resetting network settings, didnt work, done the manual reset (sleep and home button) and even restored from back up, and as a new phone, any other ideas?

Yes, I have been getting the same issue. 3GS bought on 5th Jan, worked great until 3.1.3. Now signal seems poor in places where it worked great before. Think apple must have chnaged some settings and overlooked the potential damage caused. Wifi still works fine for me and battery life is only a little bit worse. Worst thing for me is the signal.

First, though the phone is "new" to you, it really is a 5 year old piece of equipment. Ancient by current standards.

I am having issues with my Rezound's service... not 4G or 3G but the regular service used for calling and texting.

Okay, so a few weeks ago my phone starting acting kind of weird. I had it off for a few days and when I turned it back on, I noticed it was not receiving very good signal at all in places where it used to have full bars. I can't make calls or send texts. I can receive calls but when I answer, the call is lost. It is basically just a pager now because I just have to call the people who call me or text me using a different phone. I can't even check my voicemail! 4G and 3G are working fine... When I have gone to the Verizon store TWICE, miraculously the phone all of a sudden has service but, of course, as soon as I leave it no longer has service. I have also called tech support twice to no avail. These people are of NO HELP and my phone is out of warranty. Unfortunately, informing them that ever since I got this phone back in January of '12, I had 5 replacements in the first FIVE months of having it because it had issues over and over again that could not be lived with such as not turning all the way on, not charging, etc. After the 5th replacement starting having minor issues, I ignored them and continued using the handicapped phone. Now, this is happening and I can no longer use it as anything more than a pager/internet browser! I read that the antenna is built into the battery cover of the phone but I don't know if that is just for 4G/3G or if it is also for regular service. If I get a replacement for the battery cover, will it possibly fix this issue??

What type of troubleshooting were we able to do with you? I want to make sure that we can get some sort of resolution for this problem.
It is quite possible the battery door may get your phone in working order again. I'm not sure if the store has it in stock, but it is available in our warehouse for $14.99 which can be ordered via customer service.

Is AT&T's cell service truly as bad as I am experiencing?

I have been a Verizon cusomer for many years and actually paid the $175 cancellation fee to buy my iphone at the full list price before the drop. I am not upset about that, I share it only for disclosure purposes. What has me really curious/frustrated is the lack of service quality. (the phone coverage, not the people) I routinely drop calls or show a "no service" in the screen. I cannot remember the last time I dropped a call with Verizon! Yet, I lose one in five calls and the quality of the ones I keep, isn't that hot!
Is this a problem that is system wide? Or do I have bad phone? I have the 8 gig and plenty of free space... And the recent update...

AT&T coverage compared to Tmobile in LA/OC area is terrible. With Tmobile I never had dropped calls and I could hear the people I was calling loud and clear and vice versa. With AT&T I dropped many calls and every call I make is broken up, staticy, and it sounds like the person on the other end is talking in a cave.
I don't make a ton of calls with this phone and mainly use it for email, Internet, and iPod so it's not a huge problem for me.
However, I'm not convinced that the problem is entirely AT&T's network. I imagine some of these problems are with the hardware. My reasoning? Because I've had Sprint, Verizon, and Tmobile in the past. I've owned probably a dozen cell phones and some times the phones work awesome (so you assume it's the great network) but then you get a new phone and suddenly the 'service' is horrible. It has to be the phone. The only way I could decide for sure I guess would be to get another AT&T phone, swap my SIM card and use that phone for a while and see.

What happened to my service in Mexico?

I suddenly do not have service in Mexico. My plan says that I do and I am in an area that I have spent much time in the last 4 years having few problems. Suddenly my service is gone. In a time of emergency it wasn't there leaving me in a dangerous situation and unable to reassure my family.. T-Mobile plans work here as do AT&T as well as Sprint what happened to Verizon service? My daughter tried to help me by going into an office and telling them of my problems but they were not helpful. It is not like I can call Verizon myself because I am searching for service. I want help.

WCF service shutting down

Hi,
i have been trying to access WCF service function(Which loads C++ Dll's too) in a C# client project.
When ever i start client program it fetches the service, loads the dll, but suddenly WCF service will be terminated from the system tray.
I have added timeout parameters in web.config(Service) and app.config(Client).
i have tried to log the error as said
here but still its not logging the errors.
what's causing this error, any help will be appreciated.

till now i have tried most of the solutions suggested in Internet, i need to know what is the error causing this, their are so many out their who faced same error but most of them didn't get correct solution for this. Here is my entire code i am working
