Suddenly unable to make instant bank transfers

Usually I use paypal to purchase games, and other items online from multiple websites, and now all of sudden lately I am asked to add a credit card and the bank account instant transfer is no longer a option. So I added a card and still forced to use a card and my bank is still not an option. My bank account is confirmed and I have called to get help and got no where. Am I locked out of doing them or what?

I use to not have to use a card and had zero issues purchasing from these places, but as of lately I was asked to use/add a card with no other options. So I call support, we try multiple things to resolve this issue. None of them work so I find and add a prepaid gift card cause I am forced to basically, still unable to chose my bank as another option. So customer support tells me they "will have their technicians look into it and will call me back in a hour", never got the call and still am stuck suffering this issue. I've tried support twice now already. Is my account being blocked or?

The tool flags the LVDS selected option with red LVDS*
According to http://www.xilinx.com/support/documentation/user_guides/ug865-Zynq-7000-Pkg-Pinout.pdf
these ports are HP so I don't understand why I am unable to set then to LVDS. The VCCIO voltage is set to 1.8V
The DRC reports
I/O port TX_DAC_DN/P is Single-Ended but has an IOStandard of LVDS which can only support Differential for all the ouputs. Can these ports not be configured as LVDS on this device?

Thanks for that, it worked. I was trying to do it from package pin tab, which is similar to setting them in the synthesis tool.
To clarify how to do it as tcl contraints it looks like you need to specify the IO Standard and direction for both P and N pins but only specify the package pin for either the N or P port. For example to specify TX_DAC_DP0/TX_DAC_DN0 as an Output LVDS buffer

I am suddenly unable to make purchases. Receiving unknown error code.

For no obvious reason when I sign into Itunes Store to purchase a track I have started to receive the following message just after signing in
"We could not complete your ITunes Store request. An unknown error occurred (-9808) There was an error in the itunes store. Please try later."
I have checked that my internet connection is set up as per the support manuals,but have made no changes to the system and was able to purchase last week.

it sounds like your work changed something on their network. Try asking your IT people if they recently blocked any ports related to remote management or changed their firewall settings to block incoming connections.

I have spent 2 hour-long sessions with technical support and although they were very nice, it is still not fixed.
When I try to call the phone from a land line, it doesn't ring AND it doesn't recognize that a call is coming in (no missed call) BUT if I leave a message, it records it.
Is it possible that the age of the phone will affect its ability to receive calls?

Unable to make purchases with my new Mac in iTunes Store.

I am unable to make purchases with my new Mac in iTunes Store.
I can buy with my iPhone or my company lap-top (Windows) without any problems. Only with my brand new MacBook Pro it is impossible.
When I try to authorize my Mac, sure dialog window appears and I give my ID and password. Then I get error message: "There was an error storing your authorization information on this computer. The required file was not found or has a permissions error. Correct this permissions problem and try again, or deauthorize this computer if the permissions cannot be changed." The same message I get, when I try to deauthorize.
If I try to buy anything (pushing button "Buy"), then I get following error message:
"iTunes couldn`t download your purchase. You don`t have write access for your iTunes Media folder or a folder within it. Change permissions (in the Finder) and then choose Store--Check for available downloads".
But I have such a permission!!! I can see it!!!
I have even made so, that "everyone" and "staff" also have permission "read and write" in folder iTunes and all subfolders.! :))
When I ask for "available downloads" immediately I get the same answer: " iTunes couldn`t download your purchase. You don`t have write access for your iTunes Media folder or a folder within it. Change permissions (in the Finder) and then choose Store--Check for available downloads"
I have done:
1. I have used the Terminal to correct the permissions (in Finder it looked correct anyway).                    -          NO Result.
2. With Disk Utility I have verified and repaired Disk permissions. (There were approx. 10-12 incorrect values and 3 of them concerned iTunes and other - Jawa ).           -           NO Result.
3. I have moved all iTunes files in Thrash and installed iTunes again (previously downloaded from App Store ).                    -          No Result.
4. I have verified Disk permissions with Disk Utility again. There was nothing wrong, but in spite of this I have pushed the button "Repair Disc Permissions".          -          NO Result.
5. New installation of iTunes again.           -          No Result.
Can it be, that the reason of a problem are not correct transferred data from my old MacBook?

Firefox blocks online utility payments and bank transfers

I have had problems within the last three weeks or so doing certain things involving online transactions. It started with bank transfers, and now I am having problems with my gas company's online bill payment. I get strange messages that don't give me any real idea what is causing the problems (my gas company's site for example tells me to enter a valid Zip, or tells me that my phone number is not in a valid format). I only know it's Firefox because when I run into these problems, I try again in Internet Explorer and it works fine (the way it used to in Firefox). I do sometimes get messages about Firefox stopping the page from redirecting to another site, but strictly speaking, these messages don't occur at the same time as the problems I have with services on the site.

Unable to make changes to your software

Hi,
We have an SCCM 2012 client (Vista pc) which was upgraded (SCCM 2007 => 2012 via client push).
We deployed a task sequence with OSD Windows 7. This worked fine untill now.
Suddenly we get the message "Unable to make changes to your software", None of the applications you tried to install began installation succesfully.
There is no smsts.log since the tasksequence didn't even started.

Found the problem. On Vista as well wifi as standard nic are enabled. Although it should not happen, the wifi-address/mac is used to download content. When we added the wifi network as boundary, problem was solved.

Unable to make or receive calls

I have had my phone for about 4 months and all of a sudden I am unable to make calls on my blackberry 3g 9300. I receive call failed error or no circuit/channel available. Also if you call into my phone it goes to voicemail. I am also not receiving all of my texts.
If I switch the phone to 2g I am them able to make receive calls but as soon as I go back to 3g I have the same issue. I am also not gaining access to the internet.
I have tried removing the battery and restarting but I am still having the same issue.
Anyone help please.

hi mate, have you checked that you don't have anything like a screen protector or case blocking the proximity sensor? also try performing a soft reset, and ensuring that you are up to date with the latest firmware for your device, and you are up to date with the latest Nokia system app updates from the Store.

Unable to make a DVD from a book I have made in I-photo 09

Hi.
I have just loaded i-life 09 and seem unable to make a dvd of books I have made in I-photo.
This was a straight forward process with i-photo 08.
It is as if it tries to pull one image only from the album.
I generally make the book up, go to Share... click Send to I-dvd, and then it all loads up from there.
I then create the finished dvd, of the book already made.
This does not happen now.
It tries to up load and comes up with preparing or sending to I dvd, but does nothing from that point, where it used to before.
I can only think it is a glitch with i life 09.
Is there a fix out there!!

I can't answer your question, but maybe you can help me as you say it is easy to transfer an iphoto08 slideshow to idvd and burn it. I transferred the slide show OK and its name appeared on the idvd main page but when I selected it and burned it I got only a burn of the default first idvd page with the rotating theme and the name of my slideshow on it! The slideshow did look correct when I doubleclicked on it and it played in Preview. How do i get it to burn?

I have an unusual problem on my AS instance. We're using AS 10.1.3.5.0 (recently upgraded from 10.1.3.3.) and suddenly we're receiving the next error when we try to go to the instance <MY_INSTANCE> in enterprise manager:
Unable to make a connection to OC4J instance <MY_INSTANCE>on Application Server <MY_SERVER>. A common cause for this failure is an authentication error. The administrator password for each OC4J instance in the Cluster must be the same as the administrator password for the OC4J instance on which Application Server Control is running.
I've been working on this issue for a whole day now and I'm 100% sure, the passwords fore domain home and <MY_INSTANCE> are the same and it is the password I use for logging into the EM. I've been following the instructions from http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/B31017_01/core.1013/b28940/em_app.htm#CEGCFFCB but no success.
Can anyone please try and explain what might be wrong? The error also appear if I click on default_group group. The message is:

A connection could not established to some members of the group default_group. Common causes for this failure are an authentication error or a JMX protocol mismatch.
The administrator password for each OC4J instance in the group must be the same as the administrator password for the OC4J instance on which Application Server Control is running.
The JMX protocol is specified by the property oracle.oc4j.jmx.internal.connection.protocol and the remote OC4J instance must be configured to use that protocol.

Unable to make icons

after transferring all of my user data from my old g5 using a firewire between the two imacs. I am unable to make icons for some of the items to place them in the dock. Mainly the ones from MS office, excel, word, powerpoint and entourage. I have checked my permissions and I have read and write permissions for all of them.
