Sugarsync indd, psd, ai files on local drive

I just purchased the debut app for my new tablet.  I have a subscription with sugarsync and I couldn't find a shortcut to their file structure.
Anyway I synced down a three different types of files from my sugarsync cloud.
     1. jpg
     2. psd
     3. indd
A folder poped up in add section of the debut app.  The only file listed in there is the jpg.  The indesign file and photoshop file don't show at all.
What am I doing wrong?
Also it would be great if I were in sugarsync looking at all my files on my home computer that when I press on a file to open that under the what do you want to open this menu adobe debut would show.  This coulld be a very useful app If icould get it to work right.
Thank you

    Hi,
    The error message may be thrown out when you attempt to create a database on another shared cluster drive when the SQL Server resource is not dependent on that disk.
    Check if you are in the scenario which mentioned in the following article:
    How to create databases or change disk file locations on a shared cluster drive on which SQL Server was not originally installed

  • Export data in CSV and store the file in local drive

    Hi,
    Here is the requirements.
    Fetch the values from table (around 60000 records), and export them into CSV file and store the file in local drive.
    I have written servlet to to this and it is working fine expect saving the file in local drive. At the moment, it is asking to save as in local drive. i want to save the file automatically in particular path (/var/www/files/). Below is the code.

                        queryString = "select * from candidate where candidate.status='A'";
                        connection = ConnectionPoolHelper.getConnection();

  • Copy a file from local drive to network drive!

    The subject says it all but I'll explain. I have a web application that runs on a tomcat and mysql. I have a bunch of clients in a local network that uses the application.
    Server is running Windows 2003 server and clients are running windows XP.
    On a client request a file is created on the server in "temp" folder. The file name is "justAFile.txt".
    On the client pc a folder "temp" is shared for reading/writing.
    What I want is the server to take the IP address of the client, and then based on that address to copy the file "justAFile.txt" to it (for example "\\192.168.0.20\temp\" - that is the client address).
    I have the address of the client:
    String userAddress = request.getRemoteAddr();I use this code:
    FileOutputStream outFile;
    PrintStream p;
    String bonFileName = (justAFile.txt");
    String destinationFileWithPath = ("\\\\192.168.0.20\temp\\skladPrint\\"+bonFileName);
    try {
        outFile = new FileOutputStream(destinationFileWithPath);
        p = new PrintStream( outFile );
        p.println ("a textto be written on a file");
        p.close();
    } catch (Exception e) {
         %>Error writing to file<br><%
    }This code can create a file on a local drive with no problems, but when I try on a network drive it fails. Even for testing purposes I set the shared folder to a maped drive "Z:", and again no luck.
    I've spend all my day till now in reading articles in inet, but haven't found one that will solve the problem.
    I also tried creating a batch file (exec.bat) that has in it:
    move \temp\*.txt \\192.168.0.20\temp
    and then executing it with:
    String[] executeCommand1 = { "cmd.exe", "/c", "\\temp\\exec.bat" };
    Process p1 = Runtime.getRuntime().exec(executeCommand1);
    p1.waitFor();But again no luck. When I execute the file from command prompt, it moves the file to the shared folder, but when I start it from the java application with the posted code, it DOES NOT move the file...
    Any help will be appreciated...

    Try using the jCIFS project. This package allows you to access shared folders on a PC if you have a good username/password.

  • Unable to copy file from local drive to external drive

    I'm attempting to copy a 7gb file from my local drive on my iMac to an external firewire drive. Whenever I try to do this I get the following message: Sorry, the operation could not be completed because an unexpected error occurred.
    I've rebooted, checked permissions on local and external drive. I'm the only person that uses this iMac. It only has one profile on it. Any suggestions?

    Hello Sikwidityo
    If that External HD is formatted MS-DOS FAT32, then there is a 4GB file size limit that the iMac's can write to it.
    See > http://www.macworld.com/article/51972/2006/07/ww_drives.html
    In order to copy large files to it you from your Intel iMac's, you will need to set the Partition Map Scheme to GUID Partition Table and Format it Mac OS Extended (Journaled)
    See > http://www.kenstone.net/fcphomepage/partitioningtiger.html
    Keep in mind that repartitioning and reformatting will erase the current data on the External drive. So if you do, you'll need to copy it's contents to one of your iMac's and then back when your done.

  • Creating file on local drive while running the report on web

    I am using text_io package to write data to a file in reports. When I run it on my local machine, it creates the file (in C drive) perfectly but, when I am running this same report on the report server, it doesn't create the file. Looks like report server doesn't understand where to create the output file. I hard coded the path(C:\xyz.csv) in my report as to where to create the file, but the report server is not creating the output file. Any suggestions how to create the output file on my local machine while running on the web.

    Bhasker,
    You will have to use destype=localfile

  • OEDQ 11 - error.connection.externaldatasource - While trying to export excel file into local drive

    Team I am trying to export a dataset as a excel spreadsheet on to my local drive. when I ever I try to run the Export I am getting error.connection.externaldatasource error message.
    Even I tried creating a excel file in my local and point that file in EDQ - Data Stores connection , still getting the same error message.
    Please help.
    Thanks!

    Also useful to understand:
    - Is it a server-side or client-side data store?
    - Is it an XLS or an XLSX file you are trying to write?
    - What's the data volume?

  • Can I list files on local drive in tab in a particular sort order?

    I find it useful to have Firefox list files on a local drive or network drive such as:
    file:///u:/captures/
    Is there a way to have it list in the files in a tab in a particular order such as newest to oldest?

    I'm not sure (based on your description) if you did or did not try this already... Most of those network drives have a USB 2.0 port. Have you tried connecting it directly to the computer, and deleting those files? You may also want to do your mass file copy to it connected this way, to speed up the transfer.
    If you are able to do this type of connection with the drive, run Disk Utility. Select the drive in the sidebar and look at the bottom of the Disk Utility window. Note what it says for +Partition Map Scheme+. Then select the volume under the drive in the sidebar. Note what it says for Format. Ideally, for use with Intel Macs, the +partition map scheme+ should be *GUID Partition Table*, and the Format should be *Mac OS Extended* or *Mac OS Extended (Journaled)* (the Journaled part is not that important - it can be turned on and off).
    If the format is something like FAT32 (a Windows PC format), that may be a problem. Although Mac OS X can read from and write to FAT32, I have read that FAT32 has some upper limit on file size, and there may be other issues with copying from a Mac OS formatted volume to a FAT32 volume, such as file name length and naming convention.
    If you want network storage that will work with no hassles, there's the newly refreshed Time Capsules.
    http://store.apple.com/us/product/MB765LL/A/Time-Capsule-1TB?mco=NDkyMTcwMg
    Now with 1TB or 2GB of built-in storage and dual-band wireless networking. The older version without the dual-band wireless at 1TB is available as a refurb for a bit less.
    http://store.apple.com/us/product/FB277LL/A?mco=NDkwNjU0NA
    Perhaps overkill just to get network storage (since a Time Capsule is also a wired/wireless router), but I have an older AirPort Extreme Base Station (basically a Time Capsule without the storage). It is my main router, and I have connected a regular USB 2.0 drive to it for network storage (it has a USB port). It work fine with no hassles. The AirPort Utility is very easy to understand and use.

Is it possible to do?If yes, how to do this. It is not compulsory to store the HTML locally, I have to display the html page in BSP.
       This BSP will be called from Enterprise Portal.
    Regards,

    sathish,
    so you want to display a html page in BSP. If i understood your requirement correctly,
    you will be having the path of the file so just use the below code to display it in the bsp.
    <a href=" http://w3.hr.xxxxxxxxxxxxcom/people/asp/globalCompetencies.asp"
      target="_blank" STYLE="color:blue;font-size:11; font-face:arial;"

  • How to prevent user from saving file on local drives

    Hi,
       We have a file server set up on a Windows 2003 Server. Is there any way to restrict users so that they can only open and view the file but they can't save it on their local drives? If not, can this be done with Windows 2008 or 2012 or any Linux
    server or any document management software?
    Thanks,
    Jerry

    If you can open the file from a client then generally there is not much you can do to prevent them saving it locally. Unless you restrict the clients access to save anything at all on their local hard drive which depending of the security requirements of
    the data you are accessing could be a valid option.
    Depending how critical / sensitive that information you could look at alternate method of accessing that file. In my experience securing important / secret data comes down to access procedures just as much if not more than technical solutions.
    Maybe restrict access to that file to a handful of trusted users who can then inform the "untrusted" users of any information they need.
    Like I say this is a procedural issue as much as anything else.

  • Search for file on local drives

    Hi,
    How do I search for a file on the clients local drives with a Java Application?

    Get a FileSystemView, iterate over all File System Roots and recursively look for all files and directories on each root until you found one with a matching name.
    You should tell the user that he can go and grab a coffee while the process is running.

  • Moving creative cloud sync files on local drive

    Upon the latest update to the Creative Cloud app, all my sync files were moved locally from my secondary (data) hard drive to my primary boot drive, without notification or permission.
    Now the software won't move them back, even though I reset the default file location back to where I want them.
    How can I restore my files back to where they where without messing up all the sync data with the cloud?

    Hi,
    We are aware of this issue. Can you open the Creative Cloud Application and click on Assets from the top menu then files and finally click on open Folder. This will take you to the location of your files.
    You may change the location of the Creative Cloud files folder to the location you had before from Preferences>Files>Folder Location
    Thanks
