Suggestions for creating a multiclip with SD & HD footage?

Hello All,
I was hoping to do a multcam edit with footage from 2 cameras from a recent shoot. It was a basic corporate presentation with a locked down SD camera capturing the presenter and a hand-held HD camera getting some close-ups, audience shots etc. I now see that you can't create a multi-clip with footage using different codecs. I thought about exporting all of the HD footage and using compressor to convert it to SD DV format, then just reimport that and go forward. But I liked the option of having the HD footage so I could zoom in and pan around the image where appropriate. Can anyone suggest a different workflow that would allow me the benefit of keeping the one source as HD and be able to do a multicam edit?

Yeah, I get what you're saying. I'm just debating on whether it will be more efficient to do that and have the availibility of the HD footage to 'play' around with for panning/zooming, or is the time savings of having a true multiclip more advantageous....

Hi,
You can use this FM "/SAPNEA/SMAPI_ORDER_CREATE". I haven;t tried this but you can still give it a try. Mention the Reference Order Type and other data in the header work area and pass it to the FM.

Need suggestion for creating 'whispy smoke'

Hi All,
I'm trying to figure out a way to create a cartoonish looking whispy smoke. I've played with Trapcode Particular and that creates some very realistic looking smoke, probably too realistic. I've played with CC Particle World, and also tried painting the smoke and then animated it on with a mask and a stroke set to reveal the original based on the mask. Nothing really gets close to what I'm looking for. Here's a sample of the client's original art:

In this function module fill up the all necessary Details.
With details in Item Table we haveto give the Fields PREQ_NO and PREQ_ITEM for each item .
then it will creates the PO with PREQ.

Suggestions for creating LOGOS and GRAPHICS??

I create logos as kind of a "hobby". I usually use PAGES to create as most are manipulations of fonts, shapes and importing images, etc.
I realize I am limited by PAGES in terms of producing high quality images for reproduction.
Does anyone have a suggestion for the next best program to use? I don't have the patience or time to learn COREL DRAW - I'm hoping there is something in between PAGES and programs similar to COREL!

I do monograms in Photoshop Elements which is really a program for photo manipulation but is a great program for graphic design. I went with Elements since it is a lot cheaper than the full version of Photoshop and has everything I need.

What are the best options for creating a PDF with bookmarks and a hyperlinked TOC?

What I'm interested in is whether or not there is an alternate process I could follow that would side step Word 2011's inability to export to PDF with bookmarks and hyperlinked TOCs. How do you create PDF documents with bookmarks and hyperlinked TOCs in your documents?
Some background:
In Word 2010 and 2013 for Windows (and I'm sure this applies to older versions as well), you can export documents to a PDF file format where the exported file will carry over the bookmarks and hyperlinked table of contents. Specifically, by making specific text headers, will appear in the final PDF file as bookmarks on the side (see image taken from Adobe's website).
Regarding the table of contents, using Word's built in Table of Contents feature successfully ports the ability to navigate to a specific section by clicking on its chapter in the table of contents to the finished PDF file.
I've read several forum discussions that say it's not possible to do this from Word 2011, so my current solution is to just finish all documents on a Windows machine (either with parallels or a separate computer). The alternate process flow of creating a word document, exporting it to PDF, then rehyperlinking everything in Acrobat is just too time consuming to consider.

The links work from that PDF.
Note, I did not try this with TOC but it worked with hyperlinks embedded in the Word document

I want to create sales order with a material which in turn triggers a configurable network order.
I am using the following BAPI : BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2.
After reading the "[Variant Configuration (LO-VC)|http://help.sap.com/printdocu/core/print46c/en/data/pdf/lovc/lovc.pdf]" documentation, I thought I had to populate the
following tables ORDER_CFGS_REF, ORDER_CFGS_INST and ORDER_CFGS_VALUE.
The call function return no errors and the sale order is well created. However, I have no values in the network.
If I created a sale order in VA01, a network is created with value. So the customizing is good.
Do you have any idea how to populate this tables ? Sample code will be very helpful.
We found in this forum a lot of sample code about configurable material, with obj_type populate with MARAu2019. But no example with configurable network.

Just an idea. If you can load a minimum of data for your cube then it is easy.
You just have to generate for your cube for instance a datasource and then create some update rules to loop on your data.
a. generate export datasource
b. map it to your infosource
c. define some update rules to ensuere your data will be different. For example in the start routine.

Thanks for the question. It sounds like you are experiencing issues with your Printer and OS X. Before opting to purchase a new printer, you can try these troubleshooting steps to completely isolate the issue:

Follow these steps until the issue is addressed:

Function module for Create service order with reference to sales doc (RAS )

I have to create a service order (type SM03) with reference to sales document (doc type RAS, in other way it is called as repair order).
I have used function module 'ALM_ME_ORDER_CREATE' && 'CO_ZV_ORDER_POST' to create service order and its working fine but problem is that i am not able to create linking between repair order and service order.
Can anyone suggest me function module, BAPI to create service order with reference as sales document (RAS) so that all related details of sales document will automatically reflect to service order..

Try this function module BAPI_ORDER_MAINTAIN. Just search with BAPI_ORDER* in SE37 you will get some more functions.
