Suggestions for Personalized Advanced Photoshop Support via Email

Can you suggest an individual who could offer personalized Photoshop and Lightroom support via email? I am an advanced user with 20-years of experience using Photoshop; so I want someone who knows more than me. They need to have excellent interpersonal skills. I want contact with one person who is easy accessible and I'm willing to pay for the privilege.
I am not looking for classes or online training. I want personalized support for questions as they come up as I work. I imagine paying for help as I use it. If this works well I could see establishing a long-term relationship.
I am a successful full-time, self-employed artist/photographer using Photoshop and Lightroom to make large fine art prints.
Some of the questions I might want help with might include:
How to create actions for specific workflows
How to fine-tune the interface to hide things I don't need to see
Suggestions for optimizing prints that are greater than 10-feet wide
Suggestions for improving my workflow to be more efficient
Help with improving my masking skills
Help with compositing skies in landscapes
Occasionally I need to use Illustrator with Photoshop and find myself quickly lost.
An Adobe Certified Expert is prefered.
At least three eferences needed.
I am working on a new high-end Mac with dual 30-inch monitors. I am running the latest versions of Adobe Creative Suite CS5.

You mean other than the fact that it was a weekend? I don't know how much staff Apple has working on weekends, but it's likely to be less than during normal business hours. I'd suggest that you first check any antispam filters that may be in operation on your email account, and if they're not trapping messages from Apple you wait until tomorrow (Tuesday) and if you still haven't received a response try contacting iTunes Support again.

I'm so sorry your having issues. Unfortunately there isn't an email for global support. The only way way to reach them while traveling is to call them at 908-559-4899.

the problem is not the exported xls. If you have a look inside with Notepad or something like that, you will see that your leading zeros are exported correct.Excel-settings occurs this problem, it is all about how to open the document. If you use the import-assistant you will have no problems because there are options available how to handle the different columns.
Another solution might be to get familiar with ABAP2XLS-Project. I got in my mind, that there is a method implemented, that will help you solving this problem. But that is not a five minute job

I am not aware of any SAP standard ESS application that could do this - in terms of SAP standard -->
You could use HCM process and forms - a two step process between employee and HR administrator
In this case the employee would submit an Adobe form containing the data to be created or changed and the
HR admin would approve it and committ it to the DB
Its not however quick and easy as such to do this - would need to develop the processes/forms and the workflow
required and make it available to the various user roles
ESS is actually designed to be the quickest and easy way to update ECC in its current form - directly by employees via iviews without workflow steps

My boss just told me that I will get some funding from our department for new equipment purchase. We want to spend the money on Xilinx FPGA and tool kit.
We already have a ML605 evaluation board in our lab. Currently, we just make it communicate with PC with UART cable, but we want to have better demonstrations in the future.
(1) We want to use a microphone to record speech signals during real time and send the audio signals to FPGA;
(2) We want to have a touch screen for users to write on, and the handwritten images will be send to the FPGA;
(3) Any suggestions for fancier demonstration? Video detection or robots?
For (1), maybe it is possible to just use ML605. But I heard something called "FMC card". So any suggestions on such products;
For (2), what kind of boards or cards should we purchase?
Also important, we can also buy a new evaluation board with Virtex-7, if such boards already support (1) and (2).

I tried by phone but the automated voice is broken and extremely frustrating. All i want to do is get another package sent so i can send my ipod off for repair/replace but so far apple have messed up in 4 different ways.
1 - Not Repairing the ipod in the first place even though they claimed they did
2 - Putting a sticker over the freepost code making impossible to send via freepost
3 - Not having an onscreen option to cancel or resend empty package
4 - Voice "recognising" automated answer machines on the support phone number
havent got to 5 yet but i predict there will be.

My MacBook Air from Apple Thailand online store just arrived after a long wait. Turn out it comes with Chinese settings and already have admin set up with unknown password. And I can't find a way to contact customer support via email. Pls help.

I couldn't recommend it enough. There are a few quirks in places with the version differences but some reading around will sort you out.
It's written in a very Archlinux style and explains the concept fantastically.

Is there support via email here at verizon

My normal bill is $79 before fees and taxes but my current bill is $101.31 (before taxes and fees). I looked at my plan and it is still $39 phone, $10 text, and $29 unlimited internet.. Is there a email I could contact to find out why the extra $20 charges? I don't want to call and be put on hold for over a hour to only be told that it is what I owe and ask what else they can do for me today. My 2 year contract is up next month and with this type of stuff it makes me really want to just leave verizon all together.

What does your bill say the charges are for? Each charge is listed line by line.

Need suggestions for imporving data load performance via SQL Loader

Hi,
Our requirement is to load 512 (1 GB each) files in Oracle database.
We are using SQL loaders to load files into the DB (A partitioned table) and have tried almost all the possible options that come with sql loaders (Direct load path, parallel=true, multithreading=true, unrecoverable)
As the tables is growing bigger in size, each file load time is increasing (It started with 5 minutes per file and has reached 2 hours per 3 files now and is increasing with every batch- Note we are loading 3 files concurrently on the target table using the parallel = true oprion of sql loader)
Questions 1:
My problem is that somehow multithreading is not working for us (we have multi CPU server and have enabled multithreading=true). Could it be something to do with DB setting which might be hindering the data load to be done in multiple threads?
Question 2:
Would gathering stats on the target table and it's partitions help improve load performance ? I'm not sure if stats improve DML's, they would definitely improve sql queries. Any thoughts?
Question 3:
What would be the best strategy to gather stats on this table (which would end up having 512 GB data) ?
Question 4:
Do you think insertions in a partitioned table (with growing sizes) would have poor performance as compared to a non-partitioned table ?
Any other suggestions to improve performace are most welcome !!

2 hours to load just 3 GB of data seems unreasonable regardless of the SQL Loader settings. It seems likely to me that the problem is not with SQL Loader but somewhere else.
Have you generated a Statspack/ AWR/ ASH report to see where all that time is being spent? Are there triggers on the table? Are there bitmap indexes?
Is your table partitioned in a way that is designed to improve the efficiency of loads so that all the data from one file goes into one partition? Or is data from each file getting inserted into many different partitions.
