Suitable Exit/BADI for populating Requirement Tracking Number in PO and PR
Hi all,
I need help from you all. I need a single exit or badi which will trigger before saving any PO or PR while creating.
For PO, it should handle 3 possible cases.
1. Tcode : ME21
2. Tcode : ME21N
3. BAPI function module (Ex: BAPI_PO_CREATE1)
For PR, it should also handle 3 possible cases
1. Tcode : ME51
2. Tcode : ME51N
3. BAPI function module (Ex: BAPI_PR_CREATE)
I need to populate Requirement Tracking Number (BEDNR) field in the line item from a custom number range object and also have to update a custom table.

I have looked into the system and i could not find any User Exit or BADI for creation of Transfer requirement. This is for manual creation through LB01 and not interface with PP or IM. I am aware of the Userexits available for those, but i could not find any for WM TR Manual creation.

JithinWhen you create a transfer requirement, i want to make it mandatory to enter the destination bin, for example. The Transfer Requirement should not be saved if it is not entered.
I know we can do this by creating multiple movement types for each destination, but i want to know if there is a way where the user can enter the destination when creating a TR with a single movement type.

I was just given a development task under CRM module. The transaction that I would enhance
would be CRMD_ORDER. What I need to do is that I need to check the customer class
in table CRMM_BUT_FRG0041-classific if it falls under 09. If true, then search for the
condition exclusion from the table PRCC_EXCL_PROC for a given combination and by checking the
fields KAUGR1 and KUAGR2. If found, then bypass this exclusion for customer class 09 so that it will
be given a trade discount and bypass the pricing procedure.

You will have to put the required Logic there and test.
But what I feel is you need to use IPC Pricing routines, which are assigned in the Pricing Procedure. They are java routines.
According to my understanding, you will have to first check the customer class from table CRMM_BUT_FRG0041. If it is 09 than u read the condition exclusion groups, the condition type assigned and bypass it.

Reg. Exit/BADI for changing item data of PO in ME22N
Hi all,
My requirement is to update the field LABNR (Order Ack.) of few specific line items of a PO, in the Transaction ME22N, using Exit/BADI.
I have tried the BADI ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST. But the PROCESS_ITEM method of this BADI processes only the line item which has been changed/inserted in ME22N transaction. But my requirement is to update line items irrespective of whether that line item was "changed/not changed" during the process in ME22N screen.
Could you please suggest me some suitable Exit/BADI for this requirement.

Problem solved by implementing the method Process_Header.
1. Get the items from Header - im_header->get_items
2. Loop the item list and get the line item record - re_item-item->get_data
3. <- Logic to Update the line item - >.
4. Update the line item - re_item-item->set_data

User exit -BADI for overriding Partner number in Purchase order output type
Hello All,
We have a requirement wherein the EDI message type will distribute the Idoc to the partner number determined in the output type of the purchase order. We are maintaining the condition record for a generic partner number in MN04 and we want this partner number with partner role SH from the condition record to be modified to the sales order sold to party partner number. We are using third party processing and hence sales order number can be fetched from account assignment (EKKN) table of the purchase order. Kindly do let me know the user exit /BADI that can be used for achieving this functionality.

Authorization object for requirement tracking number
I want authorization object for requirement tracking number in PR ME51N.
I have to make control over User against requirement tracking number that particular user can use this tracking number only while using ME51N.Check the t code su21 whether your requirement is fullfill or not.
If not make a authorization object with the help of abaper and assign this object to the particular user in their profile.

Cass shipment type (VTTK-ADD03) field needs to be required and should be automatically populated upon creation of the shipment document. The rules for populating the value (SO, ST, PO and RA) are as follows:
If any of the orders on the shipment are customer order types, then the CASS shipment type should be a SO,
If all of the orders are STO orders, then the Cass shipment type should be "ST",
If all of the orders are PO orders, then the Cass shipment type should be "PO" , and
If all of the orders are customer return orders, then the Cass shipment type should be "RA".
I have to find out proper user exit / badi to do this.I have tried with many userexit but it won't work.

I need user exit/badi for account assignment in item details for following requirement.
If user changes G/L account of the first line item then I have to copy same G/L account to all line items.

follow the steps.......
For User Exit's
goto to tcode->status->program name->double click on that,
then goto to-> attribute take the package name and
Goto SMOD tcode ->Utilities->give the package name and F8
then a list of exits will display for that tcode as well as that package.
u can check the table MODSAP
For BADI's,
1)goto to tcode SE24 give the CL_EXITHANDLER and display and then double click on the GET_INSTANCE
keep Break point at this location 'call method cl_exithandler=>get_class_name_by_interface'
then the tcode it will trigger there and we can debugg there we can find badi'for that tcode and then remove the break point.
2)Goto to tcode->status->program name->double click on that program will display's
then press crtl+F then cl_exithandler

Exit/Badi for Accounting Document
Dear Friends
Is there any user exit/BADI for accounting document. My requirement is quite simple which you would also faced in many implimentation. Client wants number ranges business area/plantwise. I was just thinking as plant/business area is a line item field it may be little difficult to have different number range controll at that level, so I thought we could use user id as the import parameter. But these is possible once I get any user exit/badi for number range change. We dont want to create so many document type also.

User exit/BADI for Deleting the Empty Handling unit
Hi All,
Can anyone give me the suitable User exit/BADI for the below scenario.
While creating the TO (Transfer order) for a delivery using the transaction code LT12, the system will automatically generate HU (Handling unit) number. If the materials are not found in the storage bin for the selected HU, we have to delete the Handling Unit from the delivery document.

Modifications to almost all the STD t codes are generally done with BADi's
Try finding relevent BADI with below step by step process
Follow the below steps to find out what all BADI's are called when you press any button in any transaction.
1) Goto se24 (Display class cl_exithandler)
2) Double click on the method GET_INSTANCE.
3) Put a break point at Line no.25 (CASE sy-subrc).
Now
4) Execute SAP ((S_P99_41000101))transaction
5) Press the required button for which you need to write an exit logic, the execution will stop at the break point.
6) Check the values of variable 'exit_name', it will give you the BADI name called at that time.
7) This way you will find all the BADIs called on click of any button in any transaction.
