Summary Report: Can Smallest Tile Display Label?

A client has requested to not "do the math"...
Even though the hover state shows the value, can the display of labels be required?

Hi Tim,
One possible work-around would be to increase the amount of available space for the report tile. This can be done by following these steps:
1. Switch to the "Summary Report" tab
2. Click the File > Page Setup... menu item
3. Increase the available space by either increasing the page width or changing the page orientation from portrait to landscape
The screenshot below shows the before/after of an example report tile.

i am facing a problem with infoview.
I created a report in Webintelligence and exported it to CMS. When i loggin into the Infoview, under my favorites, i can see the report. By double clicking on it , it displayed an error.
What should i do to get the report display?

What is the webi processing server? Where to find it? If you meant is related to that, could you please guide with steps?

Summary report displaying incorrect questions.

My summary report shows the incorrect text/question from my form. I used a form template and changed the text in the questions, but the old (template) text shows up when I pull up the summary report. How do I correct this?

It looks like the choice in the "View Responses" table was likely edited and that is what is now "out of sync", the label in the Summary Report tiles match that of the View Response Table. I only see the one label for "Succinct" being out of sync. You can change that corresponding column header in the Response Table (under "Please reflect on the following attributes of Jane-Rachel in her role as facilitator:") from "Seminar location was convenient." to "Succinct" and that will update the Summary Report tile label as well. If any others don't match update them on the View Responses tab and that will update the Summary Report tiles.
If you do this, change the View Responses label to match the field, they will now be "in sync" again so that if you changed the label again in the form the View Responses column header and Summary Report tile would change to match.

How can I display labels in the margin on last page

I would like to display a label and a line (for a signature) on the last page of my report at the bottom of the report. This has to be displayed after all the other report details have been displayed and should appear only on the last page. How can I do it? Please help.

You can move the label and the line for the signature into a frame and place the frame at the end of your report. Then set the "Print Object On" property for the frame to Last Page.

Hi,
For PPR Report:
Select "Yes" in "Enable Partial Page Refresh" item of "Layout and Pagination" region in Report Attributes of that report.
For display Label with TOTAL:
Use "Break Formatting" region in Report Attributes of that report.

How can I view free-response text answers in the Summary Report of FormsCentral?

Can we view full individual free-responses in the Summary Report of FormsCentral?
One of the only things that keeps me using Survey Monkey occasionally over FormsCentral is that I can't find a way for FormsCentral to show users' free-response answers in the Summary Report. Survey Monkey produces all the customizable charts and graphs and also provides a "Show Free Reponses" or "Show all responses" option so you can view/report those details under the question summary, as well as the numbers. I would prefer to use FormsCentral for everything, so I hope I'm not missing something obvious. But, if this functionality doesn't exist yet on FormsCentral, this would be a really helpful enhancement in the future.

Your observation is correct, the text responses are not shown as text in the Summary Report.

I have a report built from webi. But will like to count the report by different categories.

Hi Cobimah,
You have several options. You can simply add totals to the measure columns where you want a count or sum. Click on the column and then click the Sum button on the menu and you can count, sum, min, max, etc.
If you want a separate summary report, you can place formulas in the cells like =Sum([Measure Object]) or Count([Measure Object]), or create a variable as the same and place it in the cell.
You also have the option of creating the pre-aggregated objects in the Universe and then they are already there for you to use where you like if they are aggregations that you will be using often.

Allright guys. I appreciate the quick responses. I've worked a lot in CR however i am not understanding the solution so I'd appreciate if you can dumb it down for me. If i understand it correctly you guys are suggesting to make a formula, that either return my group by string (which is a formula in my report) or the Quantity. I tried writing a formula like this

but it seems like CR does not allow you to return 2 different data types. Even if it had worked i would not know what to do from there. Can anyone please dumb it down for me. To make my situation more clear below is an example of how my data is..

when the data shows in the report, its grouped by state, so it comes out like
MN 350
CA 800
I want the users to decide whether they want it sorted by state (ascending)

or Total quantity (asc)

Can the summary report show the actual data in spreadsheet form?

We have several forms that we are collecting data from and are trying to find an easy way to analyze all of the data. The summary report just shows percentages of who filled out the forms. I would like to see the actual data from the forms.

The View Responses tab ~ there everything is in table form - you can import into excel etc and analyse from there.

Hmmm...I thought this tool was going to be a good replacement for Survey Monkey. I was wrong. I definitely need a way to tabulate responses from multiple surveys so that I can roll them up by region or state or district. Do you have any suggestions of how I could accomplish this in AFC?

How Many Records a Desktop report can display

My report is completed with error message saying fetched maximum number of records, Report may not contain all records.

Entitlement Summary Report

In OIM Reports-> Operational Report ->Entitlement Summary Report is there OOTB. In this report Account Status is one drop down whose default value is blank. Now when we are giving Resource name lookup value and clicking submit button without selecting any value from Account status drop down. It is throwing error.
Can we customise this report. Can we make any value in Account status drop down as default or can display any message.
